Abstract
本发明公开了一种珍珠粉气雾剂，将珍珠粉乳液通过囊袋隔离地存贮入气雾罐中，在气雾罐与囊袋之间充填推进剂。其中的珍珠粉乳液包含以下重量百分比组分：珍珠粉4.0‑5.0％，肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2.0‑3.0％，硅石0.01‑0.02％，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷12‑14％，去离子水余量。本发明使内容珍珠粉乳液以细腻柔和的雾化形式释放来均匀喷附，更好的调理皮肤。本发明使用起来更加快捷高效，携带方便，易储存，并且不透光的容器隔绝了光源和空气，延长了珍珠粉乳液的保存时间。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种珍珠粉气雾剂，属于个人护肤品技术领域。
【背景技术】
众所周知，珍珠是一种古老的有机宝石，其所含的营养成分：19种氨基酸、近20种微量元素、天然牛磺酸、珍珠钙(宏量元素)等，使得它在美白、控油、祛痘、去黑头、淡斑、生肌等护肤领域有明显的独特的优势。目前大多是将珍珠用作功效性添加成份加入化妆品中使用，添加量过多影响产品膏霜，乳液类质感。而单独使用珍珠美白时，需要将珍珠磨成粉，调成糊使用，操作不方便也不卫生，不便于携带。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是弥补现有技术的空白，提供一种便于携带、使用和贮存的珍珠粉气雾剂。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：
一种珍珠粉气雾剂，其特征在于将珍珠粉乳液通过囊袋隔离地存贮入气雾罐中，在气雾罐与囊袋之间充填推进剂。
本发明中的珍珠粉乳液包含以下重量百分比组分：
本发明中珍珠粉的平均粒径小于400nm，保留其原营养成分的同时得到细腻的粉质和淡雅的味道。
本发明的珍珠粉乳液中还添加有天然护肤组分，优选芦荟汁粉、蜂密、VC、橄榄油等护肤成分中的一种或多种。
本发明中的生产方法如下：
将各组分混合后均质乳化均匀成珍珠粉乳液，再罐入气雾罐中的囊袋，填充推进剂即可。
本发明所使用的推进剂为LPG，气雾罐内25℃内压为0.35-0.55MPa，为医药级无味LPG，使产品内容物体系稳定、产品内压适宜。
与现有技术相比，本发明有如下优点：
本发明使内容珍珠粉乳液以细腻柔和的雾化形式释放来均匀喷附，更好的调理皮肤。本发明使用起来更加快捷高效，携带方便，易储存，并且不透光的容器隔绝了光源和空气，延长了珍珠粉乳液的保存时间。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步更详细的说明，实施例中的百分比如未做特殊说明的均为重量百分比。
实施例1：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.35MPa即可。
实施例2：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.45MPa即可。
实施例3：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.55MPa即可。
实施例4：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.45MPa即可。
实施例5：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.55MPa即可。
实施例6：
珍珠粉乳液配方如下：
将各组分混合后均质成珍珠粉乳液，灌装入气雾罐中的囊袋，充填推进剂到25℃内压为0.55MPa即可。
对实施例1-6的产品技术指标检测如下：
剂液外观：白色乳液，
产品外观：轻柔均匀的微雾，
喷出率(25℃)：≥95％，
耐热性能：40℃±2℃，4h,恢复至室温(25℃)能正常使用，
耐寒性能：-5℃±2℃，24h,恢复至室温(25℃)能正常使用。
本发明珍珠粉气雾剂还可以推广拓展其他应用，如外伤处理(治疗各类的皮肤损伤、创痛，并且伤口处很快愈合，特别令患者雀跃的是，受创部位恢复时，能让皮肤恢复原来的平滑状态，既不会产生难看的色素沉淀，更不会残留任何碍眼的疤痕)、婴幼儿爽身粉(淡水珍珠亲和贴近宝宝肌肤所需，滋润娇嫩肌肤的同时，有效祛痱，减轻刺痒，更可有效防止红屁股，避免各种刺激引起的皮肤不适，让宝宝肌肤时刻保持清爽舒适更健康)等等。
珍珠粉气雾剂产品具备了化妆品和气雾剂的特点，因此具有非常优异的应用前景。
Claims (3)
1.一种珍珠粉气雾剂，其特征在于将珍珠粉乳液通过囊袋隔离地存贮入气雾罐中，在气雾罐与囊袋之间充填推进剂,所述珍珠粉乳液包含以下重量百分比组分：
所述珍珠粉的平均粒径小于400nm，所述气雾罐内25℃内压为0.35-0.55MPa。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种珍珠粉气雾剂，其特征在于所述的珍珠粉乳液中还添加有天然护肤组分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种珍珠粉气雾剂，其特征在于所述的推进剂为LPG。
