Abstract

本发明涉及一种五金弹性触头,其包括由一块金属片材弯折而成的弹性触头,所述弹性触头包括从上至下依次设置的弹性触面、弹性支撑面和固定支撑面,弹性触面的至少两道棱边分别设有所述弹性支撑面,各弹性支撑面下端均设有所述固定支撑面。此款五金弹性触头的弹性支撑面至少由两弹性支撑面支撑,使得弹性支撑面处于较为平衡的状态,同时,由于弹性触头由一块金属片材弯折而成,即其各部分为一体,不存在各部分之间接触不良的情况,所以,其具有成本低、加工容易、工作可靠、寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电弹性触头,特别是一种五金弹性触头。
背景技术
现有的电子产品或电力设施用导电弹性触头可参见中国专利公告号202585849U于2012年12月5日公开一种手持装置的锂电池导电组构造,包括:一导电筒座,其底板内端面冲压一定位穴固连现有手持装置电路构成的供电位置(即电筒座底部用于与电路固定连接),另端开口滚压一唇环;一导电帽,开口端滑置在导电筒座内,另端压触头以一肩部连接;一伸张弹簧,一端顶置在导电帽压触头内,另端置入导电筒座底板内端面的定位穴内,使伸张弹簧常时顶推导电帽开口端外径滑行肩部挡止在导电筒座的唇环内面,及导电帽的压触头游穿出导电筒座唇环,可弹性的顶压锂电池的供电接点。该结构中导电组即为导电弹性触头,其由导电筒座、导电帽和伸张弹簧构成,其结构复杂,成本较高。另外,由于导电帽与导电筒座内腔滑动配合,当两者间隙积有污垢时,容易卡死;或者,当该导电组应用到其它大功率的电力设施时,导电帽与导电筒座的配合间隙容易出现打火、熔融,使得两者连接在一起,失去弹性,降低其与其它导电触头接触时的压紧度,导电效果减弱。再有,由于导电组处于封闭结构,其散热效果较差,以致导电组温升严重。还有,导电帽与导电筒座之间滑动配合,伸张弹簧在伸缩运动时伴随不规则的摇晃,因此,当导电组长期使用后,导电帽与导电筒座之间配合面具有不规则的磨损,以致导电帽与导电筒座之间配合间隙增大,以致导电效果减弱;另外,虽然导电帽与导电筒座之间可以通过伸张弹簧导通,但是由于制作伸张弹簧的金属材料的导电性不佳,伸张弹簧表面导电镀层的腐蚀等原因,使得导电组的导电性减弱较快,尤其是应用在大功率(强电)的电力领域中,以及需要长期开合工作的场合,可体现出上述导电组的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、合理,成本低、加工容易、工作可靠的五金弹性触头,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种五金弹性触头,包括由一块金属片材弯折而成的弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性触头包括从上至下依次设置的弹性触面、弹性支撑面和固定支撑面,弹性触面的至少两道棱边分别设有所述弹性支撑面,各弹性支撑面下端均设有所述固定支撑面。此款五金弹性触头的弹性支撑面至少由两弹性支撑面支撑,使得弹性支撑面处于较为平衡的状态,同时,由于弹性触头由一块金属片材弯折而成,即其各部分为一体,不存在各部分之间接触不良的情况,所以,其具有成本低、加工容易、工作可靠、寿命长等优点。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的方案,所述弹性触面表面设有凸点或凹点。以提高弹性触面与其它导电体接触时的配合度。
所述弹性支撑面弯曲设有弹力面。通过将弹性支撑面弯曲后,可以提升其弹性形变能力,弯曲的形状可以视实际情况而定。
所述弹性支撑面竖直设有至少一道分隔槽,分隔槽将弹性支撑面分隔成至少两条弹性支撑脚,其中,相邻两条弹性支撑脚分别向内侧方向和外侧方向弯曲设有所述弹力面。通过设置分隔槽使得弹性支撑面分成两个以上的弹性支撑脚支撑,而且,每一个弹性支撑面的弹性支撑脚的弹力面弯曲方向可以不同,从而提高其弹力支撑的稳定性,以确保其基本保持垂直方向完成弹性形变。同时,由于位于同一侧的弹性支撑脚之间被分隔槽隔开,避免弹性支撑脚发生形变时因相互接触而出现的卡死现象。
作为更进一步的方案,所述弹性触面呈方形,其左右两侧棱边上分别设有所述弹性支撑面。弹性支撑面分布在弹性触面的一组对边上,提高其支撑的平衡度。
所述弹性支撑面竖直设有两道分隔槽,两道分隔槽将弹性支撑面分隔成三条弹性支撑脚,其中,前后两条弹性支撑脚为外弯弹性支撑脚,中间一条弹性支撑脚为内弯弹性支撑脚,外弯弹性支撑脚和内弯弹性支撑脚分别向外侧方向和内侧方向弯曲设有所述弹力面。
所述固定支撑面包括左固定支撑面和右固定支撑面,左固定支撑面和右固定支撑面分别与位于弹性触面左右两侧的弹性支撑面连接,左固定支撑面和右固定支撑面上分别设有左固定支撑脚和右固定支撑脚。由于固定支撑面可以直接与电路连接,一方面起到支撑作用,另一方面起到导电作用。
所述左固定支撑脚和右固定支撑脚均为水平设置的贴片式固定支撑脚。
作为更进一步的又一方案,所述左固定支撑脚和右固定支撑脚均为垂直设置的插针式固定支撑脚。
作为更佳的方案,所述左固定支撑脚和右固定支撑脚分别设有至少一条、并相互前后错开。当需要在铜带上排版冲裁展开状态的弹性触头时,由于前后相邻的弹性触头的左右固定支撑脚相连,正因为左、右固定支撑脚前后错开,所以可以减少材料的浪费,进一步降低成本。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款五金弹性触头由一块整体的金属片材一次加工成型,其各部分均为一体化,无需装配,精度要求低,大大降低了产品的制造成本;
(2)此款五金弹性触头展开后略呈方形,两端形成几乎互补的凹凸结构,当选用宽度为弹性触头宽度整数倍的金属片材冲裁展开后的弹性触头时,展开后的弹性触头几乎可以排满铜带,而裁掉部分只占很小,以减少材料的浪费;
(3)按照目前的生产工艺,此款五金弹性触头最小可以制作成体积为2平方毫米大小,使其可以适用于较多的电子产品,当然,其体积也可以做很大,使其适合大功率的电力设施,也就是说此款五金弹性触头的使用范围很广,小至适用于电子产品,大至适用于大功率电力设备;
(4)此款五金弹性触头整体略呈拱形的支架状,其结构比较通透,利于散热,从而避免其产生严重温升,提高其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一,参见图1至图3所示,一种五金弹性触头,包括由一块金属片材弯折而成的弹性触头,所述弹性触头包括从上至下依次设置的弹性触面1、弹性支撑面2和固定支撑面,弹性触面1的至少两道棱边分别设有所述弹性支撑面2,各弹性支撑面2下端均设有所述固定支撑面。
所述弹性触面1表面设有凸点11(或者,所述弹性触面1表面设有凹点12,见图4和图8所示)。所述弹性触面1呈方形,其左右两侧棱边上分别设有所述弹性支撑面2。
所述弹性支撑面2竖直设有两道分隔槽23,两道分隔槽23将弹性支撑面2分隔成三条弹性支撑脚,其中,前后两条弹性支撑脚为外弯弹性支撑脚21,中间一条弹性支撑脚为内弯弹性支撑脚22,外弯弹性支撑脚21和内弯弹性支撑脚22分别向外侧方向和内侧方向弯曲设有弹力面。
所述固定支撑面包括左固定支撑面3和右固定支撑面4,左固定支撑面3和右固定支撑面4分别与位于弹性触面1左右两侧的弹性支撑面2连接,左固定支撑面3和右固定支撑面4上分别设有左固定支撑脚31和右固定支撑脚41。
所述左固定支撑脚31和右固定支撑脚41均为水平设置的贴片式固定支撑脚。
所述左固定支撑脚31和右固定支撑脚41分别设有至少一条、并相互前后错开。
参见图5所示,为弹性触头展开后结构示意图,其展开后略呈方形,两端形成几乎互补的凹凸结构。鉴于上述结构,当选用宽度为弹性触头宽度整数倍的铜带(或者其它导电金属片材)冲裁展开后的弹性触头时,展开后的弹性触头在铜带上布局见图6所示,虚线处为冲裁的轮廓,阴影线区间为裁掉部分,由此可见,展开后的弹性触头几乎可以排满铜带,而裁掉部分只占很小,以减少材料的浪费。当铜带冲裁成图5所示形状时,可通过一次加工成型为弹性触头。其中,图6中所示A、B、C处分别为三块展开后的弹性触头。
实施例二,与实施例一的不同之处在于:参见图7所示,所述左固定支撑脚31和右固定支撑脚41均为垂直设置的插针式固定支撑脚。

Claims (10)

1.一种五金弹性触头,包括由一块金属片材弯折而成的弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性触头包括从上至下依次设置的弹性触面(1)、弹性支撑面(2)和固定支撑面,弹性触面(1)的至少两道棱边分别设有所述弹性支撑面(2),各弹性支撑面(2)下端均设有所述固定支撑面。
2.根据权利要求1所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性触面(1)表面设有凸点(11)或凹点(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性触面(1)呈方形,其左右两侧棱边上分别设有所述弹性支撑面(2)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑面(2)弯曲设有弹力面。
5.根据权利要求4所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑面(2)竖直设有至少一道分隔槽(23),分隔槽(23)将弹性支撑面(2)分隔成至少两条弹性支撑脚,其中,相邻两条弹性支撑脚分别向内侧方向和外侧方向弯曲设有所述弹力面。
6.根据权利要求5所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑面(2)竖直设有两道分隔槽(23),两道分隔槽(23)将弹性支撑面(2)分隔成三条弹性支撑脚,其中,前后两条弹性支撑脚为外弯弹性支撑脚(21),中间一条弹性支撑脚为内弯弹性支撑脚(22),外弯弹性支撑脚(21)和内弯弹性支撑脚(22)分别向外侧方向和内侧方向弯曲设有所述弹力面。
7.根据权利要求3所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述固定支撑面包括左固定支撑面(3)和右固定支撑面(4),左固定支撑面(3)和右固定支撑面(4)分别与位于弹性触面(1)左右两侧的弹性支撑面(2)连接,左固定支撑面(3)和右固定支撑面(4)上分别设有左固定支撑脚(31)和右固定支撑脚(41)。
8.根据权利要求7所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述左固定支撑脚(31)和右固定支撑脚(41)均为水平设置的贴片式固定支撑脚。
9.根据权利要求7所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述左固定支撑脚(31)和右固定支撑脚(41)均为垂直设置的插针式固定支撑脚。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述五金弹性触头,其特征在于:所述左固定支撑脚(31)和右固定支撑脚(41)分别设有至少一条、并相互前后错开。
