Abstract

本发明一种箱体多层带式烘干固化机,它包括箱体;箱体的顶端设有吸潮管,底端设有落料斗;箱体的中部设有输送带;输送带的一端与箱体弹性连接;每条输送带相互之间呈上下交错间隔对称排列,且每条输送带为反向传动;箱体内最顶端的输送带的一端与布料托盘连接;箱体的底部设有与热风机连通的热风管;落料斗与箱体内最底端的输送带相互上下对应。输送带呈上下对称排列,占用空间小;输送带之间呈交错间隔对应,传动反向也为反向传动,物料可逐渐下落至最底端的落料斗,物料随着逐步下落湿度逐渐降低,并最终烘干后经落料斗的螺旋推料杆排出即可;输送带会在带有弹簧的伸缩杆的弹性伸缩下进行调节,适应温度的变化。

技术领域
本发明属于烘干设备技术领域,具体涉及一种箱体多层带式烘干固化机。
背景技术
现有技术中,潮湿物料干燥的方式多是通过烘干机进行烘干,即从流水线式烘干机的一端进入,在输送带的传送下逐渐后移,移动的过程接受高温干燥;这种烘干方式被广泛使用,但是其设备呈水平设置,长度长、体积大,占用空间大;并且,通风和温度难以根据物料的不同特性进行调节,使用局限性大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在占用空间大和使用局限性大的技术问题,提供一种箱体多层带式烘干固化机,以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种箱体多层带式烘干固化机,它包括箱体;其要点是所述箱体的顶端设有与引风机连通的吸潮管,箱体的底端设有带螺旋推料杆的落料斗;所述箱体的中部设有若干上下对应叠加的输送带;所述输送带的两端分别通过主动轮和被动轮传动连接,且主动轮与电机相互传动连接;所述输送带一端的被动轮通过带有弹簧的伸缩杆与箱体弹性连接;所述每条输送带相互之间呈上下交错间隔对称排列,且每条输送带的传动方向呈相互反向传动;所述箱体内最顶端的输送带的一端与箱体外部的布料托盘对应连接;所述箱体的底部设有与输送带对应的热风管,且热风管通过管道与箱体外部的热风机相互连通;所述落料斗与箱体内最底端的输送带相互上下对应。
为了根据不同的物料调整烘干温度,所述箱体内设有感温探头。
为了便于移动,所述箱体的底端设有万向轮。
所述感温探头部件相对比较敏感,为了提高其耐高温耐腐蚀耐老化性能,本发明对其进行了改进,具体如下:
所述感温探头涂有一层涂料,所述涂料按照如下工艺制备而得:
1)称取原料:按照重量份称取各原料备用,其中,珍珠岩2份、高岭石3份、云母石3份、钠水玻璃3份、酚醛树脂15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12份、丙烯酸40份、乳化硅油25份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5份、纳米碳化硅1份、纳米硅藻土1份;
2)球磨:将珍珠岩、高岭石以及云母石投入到球磨机中,磨至粒径为500-800目的粉末,然后将粉末与钠水玻璃混合,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
3)搅拌:将酚醛树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、乳化硅油以及邻苯二甲酸二甲酯依次投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,然后置于温度为70℃,相对湿度为70%的湿热环境中6小时,得到物料B;
4)离心:将纳米碳化硅和纳米硅藻土置于离心机中,以1000转/min离心搅拌5分钟,得到物料C;
5)分散:将物料A、物料B以及物料C依次投入到涂料分散机中,分散均匀,即得。
使用方法:将涂料喷涂到探头表面,自然干燥即可。
本发明有益效果主要包括:
本发明结构设计合理、使用方便,输送带呈上下对称排列,占用空间小;并且输送带之间呈交错间隔对应,传动反向也为相互反向传动,物料可逐渐下落至最底端的落料斗并排出,物料在最顶端的输送带传送时湿度最大,随着逐步下落湿度逐渐降低,并最终烘干后经落料斗的螺旋推料杆排出即可;感温探头可根据不同物料的特性调整温度;箱体内的温度变化时会产生热胀冷缩,输送带会在带有弹簧的伸缩杆的弹性伸缩下进行调节,适应温度的变化。本发明对感温探头进行了涂料喷涂,该涂料采用多种原料合理配伍,耐高温耐腐蚀耐老化效果好,延长了探头使用寿命,杜绝了安全隐患。

参照图1和图2,本发明它包括箱体11;所述箱体11的顶端设有与引风机1连通的吸潮管12,箱体11的底端设有带螺旋推料杆6的落料斗7;所述箱体11的中部设有若干上下对应叠加的输送带2;所述输送带2的两端分别通过主动轮3和被动轮10传动连接,且主动轮3与电机15相互传动连接;所述输送带2一端的被动轮10通过带有弹簧的伸缩杆9与箱体11弹性连接;所述每条输送带2相互之间呈上下交错间隔对称排列,且每条输送带2的传动方向呈相互反向传动;所述箱体11内最顶端的输送带2的一端与箱体11外部的布料托盘4对应连接;所述箱体11的底部设有与输送带2对应的热风管8,且热风管8通过管道14与箱体11外部的热风机13相互连通;所述落料斗7与箱体11内最底端的输送带2相互上下对应;所述箱体11内设有感温探头;所述箱体11的底端设有万向轮5。
本发明中的输送带之间呈交错间隔对应,传动反向也为相互反向传动,物料可逐渐下落至最底端的落料斗并排出,物料在最顶端的输送带传送时湿度最大,随着逐步下落在热风管的高温作用下湿度逐渐降低,并最终烘干后经落料斗的螺旋推料杆排出即可;感温探头可根据不同物料的特性调整温度;箱体内的温度变化时会产生热胀冷缩,输送带会在带有弹簧的伸缩杆的弹性伸缩下进行调节,适应温度的变化。
本发明结构合理、维护简单方便,占用空间小,伸缩杆可保证设备在热胀冷缩情况下得到有效的保护。
实施例2
一种感温探头,其涂有一层涂料,所述涂料按照如下工艺制备而得:
1)称取原料:按照重量份称取各原料备用,其中,珍珠岩2份、高岭石3份、云母石3份、钠水玻璃3份、酚醛树脂15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12份、丙烯酸40份、乳化硅油25份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5份、纳米碳化硅1份、纳米硅藻土1份;
2)球磨:将珍珠岩、高岭石以及云母石投入到球磨机中,磨至粒径为500-800目的粉末,然后将粉末与钠水玻璃混合,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
3)搅拌:将酚醛树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、乳化硅油以及邻苯二甲酸二甲酯依次投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,然后置于温度为70℃,相对湿度为70%的湿热环境中6小时,得到物料B;
4)离心:将纳米碳化硅和纳米硅藻土置于离心机中,以1000转/min离心搅拌5分钟,得到物料C;
5)分散:将物料A、物料B以及物料C依次投入到涂料分散机中,分散均匀,即得。
使用方法:将涂料喷涂到探头表面,自然干燥即可。

1.一种箱体多层带式烘干固化机,它包括箱体(11);其特征是所述箱体(11)的顶端设有与引风机(1)连通的吸潮管(12),箱体(11)的底端设有带螺旋推料杆(6)的落料斗(7);所述箱体(11)的中部设有若干上下对应叠加的输送带(2);所述输送带(2)的两端分别通过主动轮(3)和被动轮(10)传动连接,且主动轮(3)与电机(15)相互传动连接;所述输送带(2)一端的被动轮(10)通过带有弹簧的伸缩杆(9)与箱体(11)弹性连接;所述每条输送带(2)相互之间呈上下交错间隔对称排列,且每条输送带(2)的传动方向呈相互反向传动;所述箱体(11)内最顶端的输送带(2)的一端与箱体(11)外部的布料托盘(4)对应连接;所述箱体(11)的底部设有与输送带(2)对应的热风管(8),且热风管(8)通过管道(14)与箱体(11)外部的热风机(13)相互连通;所述落料斗(7)与箱体(11)内最底端的输送带(2)相互上下对应。

1)称取原料:按照重量份称取各原料备用,其中,珍珠岩2份、高岭石3份、云母石3份、钠水玻璃3份、酚醛树脂15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12份、丙烯酸40份、乳化硅油25份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯5份、纳米碳化硅1份、纳米硅藻土1份;
2)球磨:将珍珠岩、高岭石以及云母石投入到球磨机中,磨至粒径为500-800目的粉末,然后将粉末与钠水玻璃混合,搅拌均匀得到物料A;
3)搅拌:将酚醛树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、乳化硅油以及邻苯二甲酸二甲酯依次投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,然后置于温度为70℃,相对湿度为70%的湿热环境中6小时,得到物料B;
4)离心:将纳米碳化硅和纳米硅藻土置于离心机中,以1000转/min离心搅拌5分钟,得到物料C;
5)分散:将物料A、物料B以及物料C依次投入到涂料分散机中,分散均匀,即得。
