Abstract

蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组由煤转气锅炉(101)和储气罐(119)两大装置及连接管道组成,在煤转气锅炉点火运行后,其蒸气输气管道从炉齿下部给燃烧室(106)供给水蒸气和空气的混合气体,使燃烧室内的煤核始终处于半燃烧状态而产生较高浓度的一氧化碳烟气,该烟气进入返烟室后通过联接管道进入储气罐再经联接管道到达煤气灶的点火开关以供使用,在此过程中,储气罐内的烟气受风扇(122)的辅助作用完成脱硫、脱水及除渣并将分离物汇聚于防爆水箱(125)内。

Description

蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组
1.技术领域:
本发明涉及一种将燃煤转换为燃气的蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组。
2.背景技术:
燃煤转换燃气机组应用于一部分不便接通城镇管通天然气的酒店、餐厅,燃煤转换燃气机组由煤转气锅炉和储气罐两大装置及连接管道组成,目前,燃煤转换燃气机组的煤转气锅炉一般为洒水式,其储气罐为自然循环式,此种燃煤转换燃气机组在运行中燃煤的湿度及其均衡度不易掌控,且存在安全隐患,其储气罐的脱硫、脱水及除渣效果不佳,鉴此,本发明设计提供了一种新型的蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组。
3.发明内容:
蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组由煤转气锅炉和储气罐两大装置及连接管道组成,所述煤转气锅炉的圆筒形内胆与外筒之间为环状的夹层水腔,环状夹层水腔的上部设置蒸气出口、下部设置补水口,焊接于内胆中部的两块竖向钢板将其内腔的中上部分割成为燃烧室和返烟室两个半圆柱状的腔体,两块竖向钢板之间为竖向夹层水腔并与锅炉体的环状夹层水腔连通,其上部的烟气通孔使燃烧室和返烟室互通,燃烧室的下部固定安装有前低后高的倾斜炉齿,其环状夹层水腔的前部设有位于炉齿上部加煤口、位于炉齿下部的掏灰口及蒸气管道的入口,所述蒸气管道的外部通口安装有鼓风机,其出口端通入燃烧室内腔的炉齿下部腔体;所述煤转气锅炉的下端与地面封闭,其加煤口及掏灰口上分别安装有封闭门,锅炉的上端以圆形盖板封闭,其返烟室内腔的底板与炉齿有同向的倾斜角度且略高于炉齿的高度,该底板前侧的竖向夹层水腔隔板上设有冷结水通孔;所述储气罐为漏斗形的倒锥体容器且以辅助支架与地面固定,其下半部的倒锥体下端口与防爆水箱的入口连通,其上半部的圆柱形腔体上设有进气口和出气口,其进气口与返烟室的出烟口以管道连通,其出气口通过联接管道与煤气灶联接,进气口及出气口所构成的气流方向与其中心连线设有一个水平面的夹角;所述储气罐的圆柱形腔体内腔设置有风扇,储气罐的进、出气口构成的气流作用于风扇叶片使风扇自动运转。
蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组的基本工作原理是:煤转气锅炉点火并起火时在其燃烧室加入适量鸡蛋状的筛选煤核,其夹层水腔内的水蒸气与鼓风机吹入空气的混合气体通过管道进入燃烧室内并通过炉齿使煤核始终处于半燃烧状态而产生较高浓度的一氧化碳烟气,该烟气进入返烟室后通过联接管道进入储气罐再经联接管道到达煤气灶以供使用,在此过程中,汇入返烟室底板的冷结水通过竖向夹层水腔的下部通孔流入燃烧室的燃煤内,储气罐内的烟气受风扇的辅助作用完成脱硫、脱水及除渣并将分离物汇聚于防爆水箱,燃煤转换燃气机组内的烟气压力由安全阀控制。
本发明的有益效果是燃煤转换燃气机组的运行安全性可靠,煤转气锅炉在运行中的燃煤湿度均衡易控,储气罐的脱硫、脱水及除渣效果显著提高。

蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组由煤转气锅炉(101)和储气罐(119)两大装置及连接管道组成,所述煤转气锅炉的圆筒形内胆(107)与外筒(108)之间为环状夹层水腔(201),环状夹层水腔的上部设置蒸气出口(205)并与蒸气管道(104)联接,其下部的补水口(117)与补水箱(116)的管道联接,焊接于内胆中部的两块竖向钢板(109、110)将内胆内腔的中上部分割成为燃烧室(106)和返烟室(204)两个半圆柱状的腔体,两块竖向钢板之间的竖向夹层水腔(203)与锅炉体的环状夹层水腔(201)连通,其上部的烟气通孔(111)使燃烧室(106)和返烟室(204)互通;所述燃烧室内腔的下部安装有前低后高的倾斜炉齿(202),其环状夹层水腔体上设有位于炉齿上部加煤口(105)、位于炉齿下部的掏灰口(102)及蒸气管道的入口,蒸气管道(104)的外部通口安装有鼓风机(103),其出口端通入燃烧室内腔的炉齿下部腔体,加煤口(105)及掏灰口(102)上分别安装有封闭门,煤转气锅炉的下端与地面封闭,其上端以圆形盖板(113)封闭,安全阀(112)固定安装于圆形盖板(113)的上部;所述返烟室内腔的底板(114)与炉齿有同向的倾斜角度且略高于炉齿的高度,该底板前侧的竖向夹层水腔隔板上设有冷结水通孔;所述储气罐(119)为漏斗形的倒锥体容器且以辅助支架(126)与地面固定,其下半部的倒锥体(124)下端口与防爆水箱(125)的入口连通,其上半部的圆柱形腔体(207)上设有进气口(206)和出气口(208),安装有阀门的联接管道(118)将煤转气锅炉的出烟口(115)与储气罐的进气口(206)连通,储气罐的出气口(208)通过法兰(209)、联接管道(210)、阀门(211)、压力表(212)、支管(213)、压力表(214)、点火开关(215)与煤气灶(216)联接,进气口(206)及出气口(208)所构成的气流方向与其中心连线设有一个水平面的夹角;所述圆柱形腔体(207)的上端以圆形盖板(120)封闭并设有安全阀(121),其下部内腔设置有固定支架,风扇中心轴(123)的下端与固定支架中心装配、其上端与顶部的圆形盖板(120)内侧中心装配,储气罐的进、出气口构成的气流作用于风扇叶片使风扇(122)自动运转。
蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组的基本工作原理是:煤转气锅炉(101)点火并起火时在其燃烧室(106)加入适量鸡蛋状的筛选煤核,其夹层水腔内的水蒸气与鼓风机吹入空气的混合气体通过管道进入燃烧室内并通过炉齿使煤核始终处于半燃烧状态而产生较高浓度的一氧化碳烟气,该烟气进入返烟室(204)后通过联接管道进入储气罐再经联接管道到达煤气灶(216)的点火开关(215)以供使用,在此过程中,汇入返烟室底板(114)的冷结水通过竖向夹层水腔的下部通孔流入燃烧室的燃煤内,储气罐(119)内的烟气受风扇(122)的辅助作用完成脱硫、脱水及除渣并将分离物汇聚于防爆水箱(125),燃煤转换燃气机组内的烟气压力由安全阀(112、121)控制。

Claims (4)

1.蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组由煤转气锅炉(101)和储气罐(119)两大装置及连接管道组成,其特征在于:所述煤转气锅炉内胆(107)中部的竖向夹层水腔(203)将内胆内腔的中上部分割成为燃烧室(106)和返烟室(204)两个半圆柱状的腔体并与锅炉的环状夹层水腔(201)连通,其上部的烟气通孔(111)使燃烧室(106)和返烟室(204)互通,燃烧室内腔的下半部安装有前低后高的倾斜炉齿(202),其前部的内胆与外筒上设有位于炉齿上部的加煤口(105)、位于炉齿下部的掏灰口(102)及蒸气管道(104)的入口,加煤口(105)及掏灰口(102)上分别安装有封闭门,煤转气锅炉的下端与地面封闭,其上端以圆形盖板(113)封闭,安全阀(109)固定安装于圆形盖板(113)的上部,所述返烟室内腔的底板(114)与炉齿有同向的倾斜角度且略高于炉齿的高度,该底板前侧的竖向夹层水腔隔板上设有冷结水通孔;所述储气罐(119)为漏斗形的倒锥体容器且以辅助支架(126)与地面固定,其内腔设有风扇(122),其下半部的倒锥体(124)下端口与防爆水箱(125)的入口连通,储气罐的进气口(206)与煤转气锅炉的返烟室的出烟口(115)以管道连通,储气罐的出气口(208)与煤气灶(216)的点火开关(215)以管道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组,其特征在于:所述储气罐(119)上半部的圆柱形腔体(207)上设有进气口(206)和出气口(208),所述圆柱形腔体内安装有风扇(122),储气罐的进气口(206)及出气口(208)所构成的气流方向与两个气口的中心连线设有一个水平面的夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组,其特征在于:所述煤转气锅炉的蒸气管道(104)的外部通口安装有鼓风机(103),其出口端通入燃烧室内腔的炉齿下部腔体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蒸气式燃煤转换燃气机组,其特征在于:所述煤转气锅炉的返烟室的底板(114)与炉齿有同向的倾斜角度且略高于炉齿的高度,该底板前侧的竖向夹层水腔隔板上设有冷结水通孔。
