简易混合煤气发生炉
本实用新型涉及一种简易混合煤气发生炉。
混合煤气发生炉在一般的教科书中有详细的介绍,在国内外大中型化肥厂中有广泛的应用。这种混合煤气发生炉由自动连续加料装置、自动连续排渣装置、自动控制空气、蒸汽加入装置、自动调节空气、蒸汽加入比例装置以及一系列控制、指示、记录的仪器和仪表构成,这种煤气在用作合成原料气或燃料时,还需一大套洗涤、除尘、热交换器、气柜等辅助设备;其缺点是安全性差,造价昂贵、制造困难、操作复杂,难以在小型企业中推广应用。
本实用新型的目的在于开发一种结构简单、操作简便、安全可靠、造价低廉的简易混合煤气发生炉。
本实用新型的简易混合煤气发生炉的实施例结合附图说明如下:
图1为本实用新型的简易混合煤气发生炉的结构示意图。
如图所示,1为加煤口,2为上水封,3为煤气出口,4为耐火层,5为外壳,6为蒸汽管,7为内胆,8为炉蓖,9为气化剂入口,10为下水封,11为出灰口,12为钩灰口,13为入孔,14为液面计,15为压力表。
使用方法如下:
1.开车时,打开入孔13,炉内放木柴点燃,由加煤口1适时加入块煤,继续燃烧升温;
2.夹套及上下水封由专门水管供水;
3.原料块煤由炉顶部加煤口1加入,空气、蒸汽由炉底部气化剂入口9吹进,炉内块煤不断气化,产生的煤气由炉上部吹出,引至需要地方;
4.夹套内的水由于受热汽化产生蒸汽,引入炉内使用,少量多余蒸汽由放空管排出;
5.间歇加煤产气,空气、蒸汽也相应间歇由炉底部供给。
本实用新型显而易见的优点如下:
1.结构简单、制作成本低。
废除了目前工业生产中的自动连续加料装置、自动连续排渣装置、自动控制空气、蒸汽加入装置、自动调节空气、蒸汽加入比例装置以及一系列自动控制、指示、记录的仪器、仪表及其一大套净化、热交换、安全装置等辅助设备及附件,大大简化了主体结构,因此也大大降低了制作成本。
2.操作简便、安全可靠。
由于主体结构及附属设备的大大简化,因此操作相当简便。正常情况下,依所入炉气体饱和温度、炉出口气体温度、辅以夹套压力表、液位计调节操作即可,极为简便;又由于煤气炉上部的自由空间及下部的排灰口均采用以水密封的结构,当炉内压力>2KPa时,便会自动卸压,因而相当安全可靠。
本实用新型的简易煤气发生炉生产的煤气可用作玛钢退火的燃料或锅炉的燃料。
本实用新型发生炉的参数如下:
外形尺寸:          2030×3100mm/mm
煤气出口温度:      450-650℃
炉上、下水封高度:  200mmH2O
入炉气化剂饱和温度:55-65℃
夹套蒸汽压力:      0.5-10KPa
原料煤粒度:        25-80mm
