Claims (9)
- 权利要求1.一种以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:在煤气发生炉(2)内加入型煤后,用空气与集于汽包(3)内的蒸气混合为气化剂,由煤气炉鼓风机(4)从炉底鼓入煤气发生炉(2)内,将型煤气化生成450-550摄氏度的低热值热煤气,低热值热煤气从煤气发生炉(2)顶部导出,并经净化装置净化后,送入燃烧器(8),而燃烧所需空气由燃用空气鼓风机(7)送出,经烟气热交换器(10)予热至300-400摄氏度,然后与低热值热煤气并流进入燃烧器(8),而后在锅炉(9)内燃烧加热,其烟气经烟气热交换器(10)回收余热用于燃用空气预热后,再由排烟风机(11)排出。
- 2.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的设备,其特征是:这些设备包括有:A.主要由煤气发生炉(2)、与煤气发生炉(2)相连的汽包(3)、煤气炉鼓风机(4)、净化装置和连接管路、阀门组成的煤气发生站;B.主要由燃用空气鼓风机(7)、燃烧器(8)、锅炉(9)、以及予热燃用空气的烟气热交换器(10)、排烟风机(11)和相互连接的管路、阀门组成的锅炉燃烧系统;
- 3.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:由煤气发生炉(2)自产而集于汽包(3)内的蒸汽与空气混合为混合气化剂。
- 4.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:经净化装置净化后的低热值热煤气和通过烟气热交换器(10)用从高温烟气回收的余热对燃烧用的经燃用空气鼓风机(7)送入的空气进行预热,再进入燃烧器(8)混合燃烧,构成煤气空气双预热的高温、高效、清洁燃烧系统。
- 5.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:经净化装置净化后的热煤气与燃用空气鼓风机(7)鼓出并经烟气热交换器(10)预热的空气,并流进入套筒式或旋流式燃烧器(8),构成煤气的柱状长火焰燃烧。
- 6.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:可以用型煤或块煤做煤气发生炉的气化原料。
- 7.按照权利要求1所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺,其特征是:由燃用空气鼓风机(7)鼓出的常温空气,送入烟气热交换器(10),予热至300-400摄氏度后,再送入燃烧器(8)。
- 8.按照权利要求1或2所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺及设备,其特征是:锅炉(9)可以是油田热采注汽锅炉或用于加热石油和热水的加热炉。
- 9.按照权利要求1或2所述的以煤代油的燃烧工艺及设备,其特征是:净化装置由干式旋风除尘器(6)或湿式洗涤塔和电捕焦油器组成。
