一种用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽油为外观为透明液体,可燃、主要成分为C5~C12脂肪烃和环烷烃类,以及一定量芳香烃,汽油具有较高的辛烷值,并按辛烷值的高低分为90号、93号、95号、97号等牌号。汽油由石油炼制得到的直馏汽油组分、催化裂化汽油组分、催化重整汽油组分等不同汽油组分经精制后与高辛烷值组分经调和制得,主要用作汽车点燃式内燃机的燃料,是目前世界上最为普遍的燃料油,汽油咋作为燃料油进行使用时,引起浪费最大的原因就是燃烧不完全,这样对于汽油本身的浪费就会较大,同时由于汽油燃烧不够完全,直接排放的尾气中含有大量的含硫化合物、碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、硫氧化合物等,这些排放物不仅会造成环境的污染,同时对于人体也有害。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,生产工艺简单,可有效降低废气排放的用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
二甲醚40-50份、乙醇45-55份、甲基苯15-25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、间甲基苯甲酸20-30份、三氯乙酸10-20份、硅油10-20份、煤油15-25份、甲基叔丁基醚10-50份。
各原料的优选组分为:二甲醚45份、乙醇50份、甲基苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、间甲基苯甲酸25份、三氯乙酸15份、硅油15份、煤油20份、甲基叔丁基醚30份。
本发明中
二甲醚和甲基叔丁基醚为惰性且具有醚香味的气体,本身即是可无烟火燃烧的物质,因此不会产生污染;乙醇、三氯乙酸、甲基苯和间甲基苯甲酸中不含氮化合物和硫化合物;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为非离子表面活性剂,提高燃油活性,并且本身不含有氮化合物和硫化合物;硅油、煤油作为辅助助燃剂,而且可以松动积碳,起到油路中积碳清除。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①、选用一带有搅拌加热去的四颈瓶,将原料中的二甲醚和甲基叔丁基醚添加进入,然后开始加热,并且持续搅拌,直至温度升至40-50℃,保温50-60min;
②、待上述步骤①搅拌反应结束后,将甲基苯和间甲基苯甲酸加入其中再次升温至60-65℃,保温20-30min;
③、待上述步骤②中原料全部反应结束后,降温至常温,然后将原料中的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硅油、煤油加入其中,充分搅拌均匀后,过滤出料即可。
使用方法:在汽车然后中直接添加,按照本品与汽油比例为1:450至1:600添加即可。

实施例1
称取二甲醚40g、乙醇45g、甲基苯15g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10g、间甲基苯甲酸20g、三氯乙酸10g、硅油10g、煤油15g、甲基叔丁基醚10g;
制备方法如下:
选用一带有搅拌加热去的四颈瓶,将原料中的二甲醚和甲基叔丁基醚添加进入,然后开始加热,并且持续搅拌,直至温度升至40-50℃,保温50-60min后,将甲基苯和间甲基苯甲酸加入其中再次升温至60-65℃,保温20-30min后,降温至常温,然后将原料中的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硅油、煤油加入其中,充分搅拌均匀后,过滤出料即可。

下面通过试验来证明本发明的有益效果。
试验材料:选用相同的15辆家用汽车(本次试验车辆为:上海大众牌汽车2015款1.6L自动舒适版的桑塔纳),其排量相同(55L),配置相同,油箱容积相同,车身重量相同(如果车辆负载重量误差较大,适当的添加配重);
试验方法:
将15组家用汽车进行随机分组,每5辆为一组,分为3组,标记为A组B组和C组,在相同的跑道上进行试跑,直至汽油消耗完毕;
其中:
A组油箱中添加本发明中实施例1或2中制备的添加剂;
B组油箱中添加市售的清净剂;
C组油箱中不添加任何成分。
计算每组车辆尾气中成分的平均含量。
实验结果:
结果如下表所示:
结论:A组节油及尾气洁净效果明显优于B和C组,经济效益较好。
同时使用本品的具有节油净化功用的汽油添加剂,汽车在行驶过程中,动力较其他两组更加强劲,车身也相对较为平稳。

二甲醚40-50份、乙醇45-55份、甲基苯15-25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、间甲基苯甲酸20-30份、三氯乙酸10-20份、硅油10-20份、煤油15-25份、甲基叔丁基醚10-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂,其特征在于,各原料的优选组分为:二甲醚45份、乙醇50份、甲基苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、间甲基苯甲酸25份、三氯乙酸15份、硅油15份、煤油20份、甲基叔丁基醚30份。
3.制备权利要求1或2中一种用于提高燃油效率的汽油添加剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
