木地板需要将多块木地板拼接粘合在一起进行施工进而使用,为了使相邻木地板块之间粘合紧密,且持续时间长,需要选择一种较好的粘结剂,这样可以保证木地板的施工 质量及提高木地板的使用效果。

本发明的目的在于提供一种环保速干粘结剂及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
环保速干粘结剂,其组成原料的重量份为:聚丙烯树脂45-55、聚酰亚胺树脂30-40、碳酸氢铵2-4、丙二醇8-12、萤石粉10-15、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷10-15、硬脂酸钙5-8、聚乙烯蜡2-4、酒石酸4-6、环氧化甘油三酸酯2-4和去离子水400-600。
环保速干粘结剂,其组成原料的重量份为:聚丙烯树脂50、聚酰亚胺树脂35、碳酸氢铵3、丙二醇10、萤石粉12、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷12、硬脂酸钙6、聚乙烯蜡3、酒石酸5、环氧化甘油三酸酯3和去离子水500。
环保速干粘结剂的制作方法,包括以下内容:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将聚丙烯树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂和去离子水加入搅拌机中充分搅拌混合,然后向其中加入萤石粉、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌混合1-2小时,待其完全混匀后,再向其中加入碳酸氢铵、丙二醇、酒石酸、环氧化甘油三酸酯,充分搅拌分散 30 分钟,获得粘结剂。

环保速干粘结剂的制作方法,包括以下内容:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将聚丙烯树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂和去离子水加入搅拌机中充分搅拌混合,然后向其中加入萤石粉、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯蜡,继续搅拌混合1-2小时,待其完全混匀后,再向其中加入碳酸氢铵、丙二醇、酒石酸、环氧化甘油三酸酯,充分搅拌分散 30 分钟,获得粘结剂。
