Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保瑜伽垫的生产配方及其生产工艺,其中所述环保瑜伽垫的生产配方,包括35‑38重量份的增塑剂、28‑33重量份的树脂、6‑10重量份的增韧剂、0.8‑1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8‑1.2重量份的稳定剂和20‑25重量份的钙粉;本发明环保瑜伽垫的生产配方不仅环保成本低,而且制备出的瑜伽垫质量高,具体的,本生产配方通过添加由对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)增塑剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫具有很好的防滑性能;另外,本生产配方通过添加增韧剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫更加耐用,大大提高了瑜伽垫的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及瑜伽垫制备领域,具体涉及一种环保瑜伽垫的生产配方及其生产工艺。
背景技术
瑜伽垫,就是人们做瑜伽时铺在脚下的垫子。人们在做瑜伽时,需要踩在瑜伽垫上,而瑜伽垫需要提供较大的摩擦力来支持动作人进行瑜伽动作,不然动作人极其容易因为瑜伽垫的打滑而出现跌倒现象。而如今市场上大部分瑜伽垫的摩擦力效果都较差强人意,而且随着瑜伽垫使用时间的延长,市场上部分瑜伽垫边缘位置极其容易出现裂边现象,从而严重影响瑜伽垫的正常使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保瑜伽垫的生产配方及其生产工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种环保瑜伽垫的生产配方,包括:35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉。
进一步,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛脂。
进一步,所述树脂包括:7-9重量份的PVC糊树脂和21-24重量份的掺混树脂。
进一步,所述PVC糊树脂为1311糊树脂。
进一步,所述增韧剂包括:4-6重量份的MBS增韧剂和2-4重量份的AK增韧剂;所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂;以及所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂。
又一方面,本发明还提供了一种环保瑜伽垫的生产工艺,包括:步骤S1,混合搅拌;步骤S2,涂布;以及步骤S3,发泡成型。
进一步,所述步骤S1中混合搅拌包括:将35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉混合后,放入一容器内进行搅拌约10分钟。
进一步,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛脂。
进一步,所述树脂包括:7-9重量份的PVC糊树脂和21-24重量份的掺混树脂。
进一步,所述PVC糊树脂为1311糊树脂;所述增韧剂包括:4-6重量份的MBS增韧剂和2-4重量份的AK增韧剂;所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂;以及所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明环保瑜伽垫的生产配方不仅环保成本低,而且制备出的瑜伽垫质量高,具体的,本生产配方通过添加由对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)增塑剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫具有很好的防滑性能;另外,本生产配方通过添加增韧剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫更加耐用,大大提高了瑜伽垫的使用寿命。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解。
实施例1
本实施例1提供了一种环保瑜伽垫的生产配方,包括:35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉。
所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛脂。
具体的,对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)是一种卫生、低毒性的塑料助剂,本实施例采用对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)作为增塑剂的一种,使得制出的瑜伽垫更加环保。
所述树脂包括:7-9重量份的PVC糊树脂和21-24重量份的掺混树脂。
所述PVC糊树脂为1311糊树脂。
所述增韧剂包括:4-6重量份的MBS增韧剂和2-4重量份的AK增韧剂;所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂;以及所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂。
具体的,本实施例通过添加MBS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三元共聚物)增韧剂和AK增韧剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫更加耐用,大大提高了瑜伽垫的使用寿命。
具体的,AK增韧剂采用美国AK Scientific公司的增韧剂。
本专利的实施例一为:37重量份的对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)、8重量份的PVC糊树脂、23重量份的掺混树脂、5重量份的MBS增韧剂、3重量份的AK增韧剂、1重量份的发泡剂、1重量份的稳定剂和23重量份的钙粉。
本专利的实施例二为:36重量份的对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)、7重量份的PVC糊树脂、22重量份的掺混树脂、3重量份的MBS增韧剂、4重量份的AK增韧剂、0.8重量份的发泡剂、1重量份的稳定剂和22重量份的钙粉。
本专利的实施例三为:38重量份的对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)、9重量份的PVC糊树脂、24重量份的掺混树脂、5重量份的MBS增韧剂、3重量份的AK增韧剂、1重量份的发泡剂、1重量份的稳定剂和23重量份的钙粉。
本实施例的生产配方不仅环保成本低,而且制备出的瑜伽垫质量高,具体的,本实施例的生产配方通过添加由对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)增塑剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫具有很好的防滑性能;另外,本实施例的生产配方通过添加MBS增韧剂和AK增韧剂,使得制出的瑜伽垫更加耐用,大大提高了瑜伽垫的使用寿命。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例2提供了一种环保瑜伽垫的生产工艺,包括:步骤S1,混合搅拌;步骤S2,涂布;以及步骤S3,发泡成型。
所述步骤S1中混合搅拌包括:将35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉混合后,放入一容器内进行搅拌约10分钟。
所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛脂。
所述树脂包括:7-9重量份的PVC糊树脂和21-24重量份的掺混树脂。

35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保瑜伽垫的生产配方,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保瑜伽垫的生产配方,其特征在于,
所述树脂包括:
7-9重量份的PVC糊树脂和21-24重量份的掺混树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保瑜伽垫的生产配方,其特征在于,
所述PVC糊树脂为1311糊树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保瑜伽垫的生产配方,其特征在于,
所述增韧剂包括:4-6重量份的MBS增韧剂和2-4重量份的AK增韧剂;
所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂;以及
所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂。
6.一种环保瑜伽垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤S1,混合搅拌;
步骤S2,涂布;以及
步骤S3,发泡成型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保瑜伽垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,
所述步骤S1中混合搅拌包括:
将35-38重量份的增塑剂、28-33重量份的树脂、6-10重量份的增韧剂、0.8-1.2重量份的发泡剂、0.8-1.2重量份的稳定剂和20-25重量份的钙粉混合后,放入一容器内进行搅拌约10分钟。
