Abstract
本发明公开了SEFoamtex材料配方,包括一涂浆料和二涂浆料,所述一涂浆料和二涂浆料均包含树脂、增塑剂、其他物料及颜料。该SEFoamtex材料配方在调制过程中,由于添加多种树脂、增塑剂和其他物料的作用,使得回弹性、耐刮擦和抗撕拉性增强,故有效增强PVC瑜伽垫的使用寿命,并且通过成分为颜料的色浆可对PVC瑜伽垫进行染色处理,便于PVC瑜伽垫有多种颜色可供市场选择,扩大其处于市场的满足需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC瑜伽垫原料配方技术领域,具体为SEFoamtex材料配方。
背景技术
随着人们对身体健康的要求越来越重视,故很多人通过PVC瑜伽垫来进行瘦身、锻炼,同时,PVC瑜伽垫的应用非常普遍,且PVC瑜伽垫的制作过程中需要多种原料及配方的参与,故SEFoamtex材料配方就是其中所需要的。
现有的PVC垫所用的配方的回弹性、耐刮擦和抗撕拉性不佳,导致其使用寿命短,并且不易方便使用者在PVC瑜伽垫上运动时使用达到防滑,缓冲的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供SEFoamtex材料配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的PVC垫所用的配方的回弹性、耐刮擦和抗撕拉性不佳,导致其使用寿命短,并且不易方便使用者在PVC瑜伽垫上运动时使用达到防滑,缓冲的目的的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:SEFoamtex材料配方,包括一涂浆料和二涂浆料,所述一涂浆料和二涂浆料均包含树脂、增塑剂、其他物料及颜料。
优选的,所述一涂浆料包括下述物料的具体含量:
树脂:聚氯乙烯糊树脂(E69ST)75kg、液体丁晴胶(820H)25kg、聚氯乙烯糊树脂(1311)70kg和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(P450)60kg;
增塑剂:对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)125kg;
其他物料:纳米轻质量活性碳酸钙100kg、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC发泡剂)25kg和钾锌热稳定剂5kg;
颜料:色浆1-10份。
优选的,所述二涂浆料包括下述物料的具体含量:
树脂:聚氯乙烯糊树脂乳化粉(PR-F)70kg、液体丁晴胶(820H)30kg、聚氯乙烯糊树脂(1311)40kg和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(P450)80kg;
增塑剂:对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)130kg;
其他物料:纳米轻质量活性碳酸钙100kg、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC发泡剂)25kg和钾锌热稳定剂5kg;
颜料:色浆1-10份。
优选的,所述一涂浆料和二涂浆料的配比为1:1。
优选的,所述配比为1:1的一涂浆料和二涂浆料先分别各自通过搅拌桶进行搅拌、调匀操作,再将调制的一涂浆料涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面,最后,将二涂浆料按照同等比例继续涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该SEFoamtex材料配方在调制过程中,由于添加多种树脂、增塑剂和其他物料的作用,使得回弹性、耐刮擦和抗撕拉性增强,故有效增强PVC瑜伽垫的使用寿命,并且通过成分为颜料的色浆可对PVC瑜伽垫进行染色处理,便于PVC瑜伽垫有多种颜色可供市场选择,扩大其处于市场的满足需求。

进一步的,配比为1:1的一涂浆料和二涂浆料先分别各自通过搅拌桶进行搅拌、调匀操作,再将调制的一涂浆料涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面,最后,将二涂浆料按照同等比例继续涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面。
本发明SEFoamtex材料配方需要通过人工对一涂浆料包括的聚氯乙烯糊树脂(E69ST)75kg、液体丁晴胶(820H)25kg、聚氯乙烯糊树脂(1311)70kg和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(P450)60kg,对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)125kg,纳米轻质量活性碳酸钙100kg、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC发泡剂)25kg和钾锌热稳定剂5kg,色浆1-10份等通过不同的量具进行称量操作,并投放至搅拌桶内进行搅拌、调匀处理,完成对一涂浆料的调制工作,同理,完成对二涂浆料的调制工作,然后,再依次将调制的一涂浆料涂与二涂浆料按照按照同等比例继续涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面。

1.SEFoamtex材料配方,包括一涂浆料和二涂浆料,其特征在于:所述一涂浆料和二涂浆料均包含树脂、增塑剂、其他物料及颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SEFoamtex材料配方,其特征在于:所述一涂浆料包括下述物料的具体含量:
树脂:聚氯乙烯糊树脂(E69ST)75kg、液体丁晴胶(820H)25kg、聚氯乙烯糊树脂(1311)70kg和聚氯乙烯糊树脂(P450)60kg;
增塑剂:对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)125kg;
其他物料:纳米轻质量活性碳酸钙100kg、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC发泡剂)25kg和钾锌热稳定剂5kg;
颜料:色浆1-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SEFoamtex材料配方,其特征在于:所述二涂浆料包括下述物料的具体含量:

5.根据权利要求4所述的SEFoamtex材料配方,其特征在于:所述配比为1:1的一涂浆料和二涂浆料先分别各自通过搅拌桶进行搅拌、调匀操作,再将调制的一涂浆料涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面,最后,将二涂浆料按照同等比例继续涂抹于PVC瑜伽垫的表面。
