Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:50份线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25份高压聚乙烯2426h,8份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物,8份高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5份阻燃母料。将上述原料放入酸性溶液中浸泡,再分别加入碱性溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;烘干后的原料经混料机搅拌均匀后,置于吹膜机上进料,在吹膜机螺杆筒体中,对阻燃膜原料在185‑190℃温度下进行热熔混炼10‑20分钟将阻燃膜原料制成液态流体;把液态阻燃膜原料由吹膜机吹膜然后冷却形成阻燃膜。与现有技术相比,本发明制得的阻燃膜用于汽车门板夹层内能够有效阻止车辆的自燃现象发生,阻燃分散效果均匀,同时具有良好的热封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别是一种阻燃膜及生产加工工艺。
背景技术
现在阻燃材料已经应用越来越广泛了,建筑、汽车等行业都开始大量使用。阻燃膜即使遇到明火也不会燃烧,在很大程度上提高了产品的安全性。
在汽车的四个门和后备箱门的夹层内都有一张防水膜,如果是用普通膜,在汽车出现自然或外界原因造成燃烧是,普通薄膜就会迅速燃烧,如果是用阻燃膜,那薄膜就不会燃烧,提高了汽车使用的安全性。且一般的阻燃膜它的热封性相当差,增加了产品的加工难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决现有技术问题的不足,提供一种阻燃膜及生产加工工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种阻燃膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:50份线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25份高压聚乙烯2426h,8份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,8份高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5份阻燃母料。
一种阻燃膜生产加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料放入酸性溶液中浸泡,再分别加入碱性溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;
2)烘干后的原料经混料机搅拌均匀后,置于吹膜机上进料,在吹膜机螺杆筒体中,对阻燃膜原料在185-190℃温度下进行热熔混炼10-20分钟将阻燃膜原料制成液态流体;
3)把液态阻燃膜原料由吹膜机吹膜然后冷却形成阻燃膜。
优选地,所述步骤1)中的碱性溶液为氢氧化钾溶液,酸性溶液为盐酸溶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明制得的阻燃膜用于汽车门板夹层内能够有效阻止车辆的自燃现象发生,阻燃分散效果均匀,同时具有良好的热封性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种阻燃膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:50kg线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25kg高压聚乙烯2426h,8kg乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,8kg高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5kg阻燃母料。
一种阻燃膜生产加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料放入盐酸溶液中浸泡,再分别加入氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;
2)烘干后的原料经混料机搅拌均匀后,置于吹膜机上进料,在吹膜机螺杆筒体中,对阻燃膜原料在185℃温度下进行热熔混炼10分钟将阻燃膜原料制成液态流体;
3)把液态阻燃膜原料由吹膜机吹膜然后冷却形成阻燃膜。
实施例2
一种阻燃膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:50kg线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25kg高压聚乙烯2426h,8kg乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,8kg高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5kg阻燃母料。
一种阻燃膜生产加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料放入盐酸溶液中浸泡,再分别加入氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;

实施例3
一种阻燃膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:50kg线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25kg高压聚乙烯2426h,8kg乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,8kg高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5kg阻燃母料。
一种阻燃膜生产加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料放入盐酸溶液中浸泡,再分别加入氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;
2)烘干后的原料经混料机搅拌均匀后,置于吹膜机上进料,在吹膜机螺杆筒体中,对阻燃膜原料在188℃温度下进行热熔混炼15分钟将阻燃膜原料制成液态流体;
3)把液态阻燃膜原料由吹膜机吹膜然后冷却形成阻燃膜。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种阻燃膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:50份线性低密度聚乙烯7042N,25份高压聚乙烯2426h,8份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,8份高密度聚乙烯J47,12.5份阻燃母料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的阻燃膜生产加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料放入酸性溶液中浸泡,再分别加入碱性溶液进行中和,直至溶液的pH为7,取出内层膜体、中层膜体和外层膜体的原料分别用去离子水冲洗后烘干;
2)烘干后的原料经混料机搅拌均匀后,置于吹膜机上进料,在吹膜机螺杆筒体中,对阻燃膜原料在185-190℃温度下进行热熔混炼10-20分钟将阻燃膜原料制成液态流体;
3)把液态阻燃膜原料由吹膜机吹膜然后冷却形成阻燃膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃膜生产加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中的碱性溶液为氢氧化钾溶液,酸性溶液为盐酸溶液。
