Abstract

本发明涉及赖氨酸在制备两性离子硅油中的应用和方法,原料包括赖氨酸和端环氧硅油,由赖氨酸和端环氧硅油混合后加入溶剂,在50‑100度下反应3‑8小时后制得,制备得到的两性离子硅油。制备得到的两性离子硅油的在乳化后应用在纺织品中具有良好的亲水效果,同时使纺织品具有良好的手感。

赖氨酸在制备两性离子硅油中的应用和方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及聚硅氧烷嵌段共聚物,具体涉及赖氨酸在制备两性离子硅油中的应用和方法。
[背景技术]
文献中常见的合成阴离子硅油的方法是含氢硅油和丙烯酸酯进行硅氢加成反应后进行水解,基团转换后,得到羧基硅油。如在中国专利102731787的背景技术中就介绍了羧基硅油制备的常规途径:(1)由氨烃基硅烷与有机酸酐反应,再利用氨基硅烷制备羧基硅烷单体;(2)氯烃基硅氧烷与羧酸盐缩合;(3)含羧基的低聚硅氧烷调聚制备羧基硅油。又如《有机硅合成工艺及产品应用》(北京:化学工业出版社,2000年9月出版,p441)中详细介绍了不同羧烷基硅油的合成路线和制备工艺。利用不饱和羧酸酯或不饱和羧酸盐与硅氢键加成反应先引入羧酸酯基或羧酸盐、然后水解释放出羧基上述工艺一般需要经过酯化、加成、水解三步反应,即先对羧基酯化保护,加成后再解保护释放羧基。合成繁琐、切采用的诸如丙烯酸酯等的羧酸酯在高温下容易产生爆聚,且合成复杂,成本高。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的原料,即赖氨酸,在制备两性离子硅油中的应用及其方法,具体如下:
为了实现上述目的,提供一种两性离子硅油的制备方法,原料包括赖氨酸和端环氧硅油,由赖氨酸和端环氧硅油混合后加入溶剂,在50-100度下反应3-8小时后制得。
该制备方法还具有如下优化方案:
溶剂为异丙醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇或乙二醇丁醚。
所述的端环氧硅油分子量在2000-20000范围内。
赖氨酸:环氧硅油的物质的量比为0.5:1~1:0.5。
本发明同现有技术相比,通过将赖氨酸与端环氧硅油制备两性离子硅油,其利用了赖氨酸的独特结构,其结构中含有的二胺能够满足硅油制备时对于原料的分子结构的要求,而其中的羧基和氨基又能够在合成后形成两性的离子硅油,其反应步骤与端环氧硅油和聚醚胺的反应类似,从而制得链状硅油。制备得到的两性离子硅油的在乳化后应用在纺织品中具有良好的亲水效果,同时具有良好的手感。
[具体实施方式]
以下结合实施例对于本发明做进一步的说明,应当理解实施例仅用于解释说明而不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
传统的嵌段硅油一般利用端环氧硅油和聚醚胺进行反应,最后制得嵌段硅油,也就是所谓的三元共聚硅油。而理论上,只要具备二胺的结构,都能与端环氧硅油进行制得链状硅油。于是我们设计利用具备双氨基的氨基酸赖氨酸与环氧硅油进行反应,制得带有羧基和氨基的两性离子硅油。
赖氨酸的结构式如式I所示:
端环氧硅油的结构式如式II所示:
端环氧硅油的结构中n=30-300,分子量M可以为2000-20000。
实施例1
赖氨酸1.45g与环氧硅油(M=6000)60.0g置于圆底烧瓶中,混合后加入溶剂异丙醇15.0g,在搅拌条件下,75度反应5小时,然后蒸去溶剂,制得硅油,进行乳化后即可使用。
实施例2
赖氨酸1.45g与环氧硅油(M=9000)90.0g置于圆底烧瓶中,混合后加入溶剂乙二醇丁醚30.0g,在搅拌条件下,80度反应6小时,制得硅油,进行乳化后即可使用。

1.赖氨酸在制备两性离子硅油中的应用。
2.一种两性离子硅油的制备方法,其特征在于原料包括赖氨酸和端环氧硅油,由赖氨酸和端环氧硅油混合后加入溶剂,在50-100度下反应3-8小时,之后去除溶剂后制得。
3.如权利要求1所述的两性离子硅油的制备方法,其特征在于溶剂为异丙醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇或乙二醇丁醚。
4.如权利要求1所述的两性离子硅油的制备方法,其特征在于所述的端环氧硅油分子量在2000-20000范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的两性离子硅油的制备方法,其特征在于赖氨酸:环氧硅油的物质的量比为0.5:1~1:0.5。
