Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒及其保鲜方法,属于果蔬保鲜技术领域。本发明提供的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒包括盒体和盖体(1),所述盒体包括盒体骨架(3)和包裹在所述盒体骨架外侧的双层围体(5),所述盒体侧壁设置有硅胶窗(4);所述盖体上设置有顶部开口(2),所述顶部开口处设置有垫片,所述垫片内含有乙烯吸收剂;所述双层围体(5)包括内层围体和外层围体,所述内层围体的材料为可降解、高透湿的塑料;所述外层围体的材料为PE保鲜膜;所述内层围体和外层围体之间的填充材料为泡沫。本发明提供的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒透气透湿性能强、果蔬劣变速度慢,保证了鲜切果蔬的鲜美。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒及其保鲜方法。
背景技术
鲜切果蔬又称最少加工果蔬、半加工果蔬、轻度加工果蔬等,它是指以新鲜果蔬为原料,经分级、清洗、整修、去皮、切分、保鲜、包装等一系列处理后,再经过低温运输进入冷柜销售的即食或即用果蔬制品。为了确保鲜切果蔬的鲜美、安全,就必须提供一种高质量的保鲜装置。
而现有的即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒一般为纸质或塑料制造,密封后不透气、不透湿,容易造成盒内果蔬无氧呼吸、湿度过高而腐烂变质;密封的鲜切果蔬,由于机械损伤而释放大量的乙烯,加速了盒内鲜切果蔬的劣变;此外,目前的即食鲜切果蔬产品,其储运均在冷链环境下,在非冷链环境下的品质维持时间很短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒及其保鲜方法,发明提供的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒透气透湿性能强、果蔬劣变速度慢,保证了鲜切果蔬的鲜美。
本发明提供了一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒,所述保鲜盒包括盒体和盖体(1),所述盒体包括盒体骨架(3)和包裹在所述盒体骨架外侧的双层围体(5),所述盒体侧壁设置有硅胶窗(4);
所述盖体上设置有顶部开口(2),所述顶部开口处设置有垫片,所述垫片内含有乙烯吸收剂;
所述双层围体(5)包括内层围体和外层围体,所述内层围体的材料为可降解、高透湿的塑料;所述外层围体的材料为PE保鲜膜;所述内层围体和外层围体之间的填充材料为泡沫。
优选的是,所述硅胶窗(4)的面积为5~10cm2/kg,更优选为8cm2/kg。
优选的是,所述顶部开口位于盖体上,顶部开口面积为1~15cm2/kg,更优选为8cm2/kg。
优选的是,所述盒体骨架包括若干支撑杆,相邻支撑杆的距离1~5cm,更优选为4cm。
优选的是,所述支撑杆为立方柱体,所述支撑杆以阵列排布。
优选的是,所述盒体骨架与双层围体之间设置第一胶粘层。
优选的是,所述内层围体和外层围体之间设置第二胶粘层。
优选的是,所述盒体和盖体离体设置。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的保鲜盒进行即食鲜切果蔬保鲜的方法,包括以下步骤:
将鲜切果蔬经过清洗、切分和消毒后滤干多余的水,置于保鲜盒内,密封开口后,置于冷链下储藏。
优选的是,所述冷链储藏的温度为0~4℃,更优选为3℃。
本发明提供了一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒,所述保鲜盒包括盒体和盖体(1),所述盒体包括盒体骨架(3)和包裹在所述盒体骨架外侧的双层围体(5),所述盒体侧壁设置有硅胶窗(4);所述盖体上设置有顶部开口(2),所述顶部开口处设置有垫片,所述垫片内含有乙烯吸收剂;所述双层围体(5)包括内层围体和外层围体,所述内层围体的材料为可降解、高透湿的塑料;所述外层围体的材料为PE保鲜膜;所述内层围体和外层围体之间的填充材料为泡沫。本发明提供的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒透气透湿性能强、果蔬劣变速度慢,保证了鲜切果蔬的鲜美。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒,所述保鲜盒包括盒体和盖体(1),所述盒体包括盒体骨架(3)和包裹在所述盒体骨架外侧的双层围体(5),所述盒体侧壁设置有硅胶窗(4);
所述盖体上设置有顶部开口(2),所述顶部开口处设置有垫片,所述垫片内含有乙烯吸收剂,所述乙烯吸收剂的含量为0.25~1.5g/cm2,更优选为0.5g/cm2;
所述双层围体(5)包括内层围体和外层围体,所述内层围体的材料为可降解、高透湿的塑料;所述外层围体的材料为PE保鲜膜;所述内层围体和外层围体之间的填充材料为泡沫。
本发明的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒的结构示意图具体参见图1:(1)为盖体,(2)顶部开口,(3)盒体骨架,(4)硅胶窗,(5)双层围体。
本发明提供的保鲜箱箱体的尺寸没有特别的限定,根据箱内产品质量进行调整。
在本发明中,所述盒体的侧壁设有硅胶窗,所述硅胶窗口的数量为1~5个,更优选为2个;所述硅胶窗口距离顶盖边缘的距离为5~10cm,更优选为6cm。所述硅胶窗(4)的面积为5~10cm2/kg,更优选为8cm2/kg。本发明的硅胶窗具有透气、滤菌功能,本发明的硅胶窗设在内层围体上,外侧加有透气、保温的棉塞,利于保温。
在本发明中,所述顶部开口位于盖体上,顶部开口面积为1~15cm2/kg,更优选为8cm2/kg。
在本发明中,盒体骨架包括若干支撑杆,相邻支撑杆的距离1~5cm,更优选为4cm。
在本发明中,所述支撑杆为立方柱体,所述支撑杆以阵列排布。
在本发明中,所述盒体骨架与双层围体之间设置第一胶粘层。
在本发明中,所述内层围体和外层围体之间设置第二胶粘层。
在本发明中,所述盒体和盖体离体设置。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的保鲜盒进行即食鲜切果蔬保鲜的方法,包括以下步骤:
将鲜切果蔬经过清洗、切分和消毒后滤干多余的水,置于保鲜盒内,密封开口后,置于冷链下储藏。
在本发明中,所述冷链储藏的温度为0~4℃,更优选为3℃。
下面结合实施例,对本发明提供的环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒及其保鲜方法进行详细的描述,但是不能将它们理解为对本申请保护范围的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示,本申请保鲜箱:
底面积为40cm2,高为15cm。
保鲜鲜切番石榴,分别保存15天、5天、3天、2天时,鲜切番石榴无异味、品质较好。普通保鲜盒在同样温度条件下,保存相同时间时,出现异味、品质较差。
实施例2
如图1所示,本申请保鲜箱:
底面积为60cm2,高为25cm。
保鲜鲜切榴莲,分别保存15天、5天、3天、2天时,鲜切榴莲无异味、品质较好。普通保鲜盒在同样温度条件下,保存相同时间时,出现异味、品质较差。
实施例3
如图1所示,本申请保鲜箱:
底面积为80cm2,高为40cm。
保鲜鲜切苹果,分别保存15天、5天、3天、2天时,鲜切苹果无异味、品质较好。普通保鲜盒在同样温度条件下,保存相同时间时,出现异味、品质较差。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保即食鲜切果蔬保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述保鲜盒包括盒体和盖体(1),所述盒体包括盒体骨架(3)和包裹在所述盒体骨架外侧的双层围体(5),所述盒体侧壁设置有硅胶窗(4);
所述盖体上设置有顶部开口(2),所述顶部开口处设置有垫片,所述垫片内含有乙烯吸收剂;
所述双层围体(5)包括内层围体和外层围体,所述内层围体的材料为可降解、高透湿的塑料;所述外层围体的材料为PE保鲜膜;所述内层围体和外层围体之间的填充材料为泡沫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述硅胶窗(4)的面积为5~10cm2/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述顶部开口位于盖体上,顶部开口面积为1~15cm2/kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述盒体骨架包括若干支撑杆,相邻支撑杆的距离1~5cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述支撑杆为立方柱体,所述支撑杆以阵列排布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述盒体骨架与双层围体之间设置第一胶粘层。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述内层围体和外层围体之间设置第二胶粘层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述盒体和盖体离体设置。
9.采用权利要求1~8任意一项所述保鲜盒进行即食鲜切果蔬保鲜的方法,包括以下步骤:
将鲜切果蔬经过清洗、切分和消毒后滤干多余的水,置于保鲜盒内,密封开口后,置于冷链下储藏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的保鲜方法,其特征在于,所述冷链储藏的温度为0~4℃。
