本发明公开了口含烟花式装盘器，在一个空芯轴承座上向下安装有一个转轴，在转轴下部经连接头安装有一个周边均布小孔底面封闭的吸风管，在轴承座的一侧安装有一根与吸风管平行下端低于吸风管的支柱，在支柱上低于吸风管安装有一个夹紧臂，在夹紧臂上面与立柱转动配合有一个支撑，在支撑上安装有一个伸出到吸风管侧下方的连接板，在连接板上安装有一块前端与吸风管侧壁相切并留出一个小包通过间隙的导向板。本发明用机械方式将一定数量的口含烟小包放入在一个圆盘盒内，呈花式摆放，大大提高了工作效率，降低了工人的劳动强度。

本发明是一种适用于将一定数量的口含烟小包花型摆放在一个圆盘盒内时使用的口含烟花式装盘器。
背景技术
现在的口含烟花式装盘，都是由人工方式将一定数量的口含烟小包以盘心为准沿着圆盘的周围半径整齐摆放，使各个小包在圆盘内呈花一样排列，达到整齐美观的目的。这种装盘方式存在的问题是，工人劳动强度大，工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工作效率高，能大大降低工人的劳动强度的口含烟花式装盘器。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，口含烟花式装盘器，其特征在于：在一个空芯轴承座上向下安装有一个转轴，在转轴下部经连接头安装有一个周边均布小孔底面封闭的吸风管，在轴承座的一侧安装有一根与吸风管平行下端低于吸风管的支柱，在支柱上低于吸风管安装有一个夹紧臂，在夹紧臂上面与立柱转动配合有一个支撑，在支撑上安装有一个伸出到吸风管侧下方的连接板，在连接板上安装有一块前端与吸风管侧壁相切并留出一个小包通过间隙的导向板。
本发明用机械方式将一定数量的口含烟小包放入在一个圆盘盒内，呈花式摆放，大大提高了工作效率，降低了工人的劳动强度。

结合附图详细描述实施例，本发明是在一个空芯轴承座上向下安装有一个转轴，在转轴下部经连接头安装有一个周边均布小孔底面封闭的吸风管，在轴承座的一侧安装有一根与吸风管平行下端低于吸风管的支柱，在支柱上低于吸风管安装有一个夹紧臂，在夹紧臂上面与立柱转动配合有一个支撑，在支撑上安装有一个伸出到吸风管侧下方的连接板，在连接板上安装有一块前端与吸风管侧壁相切并留出一个小包通过间隙的导向板。工作时装有口含烟的小包通过导向板被吸风管的负压吸引到吸风管上，然后吸风管在轴的带动下逆时针旋转一个角度，角度的大小由一圈小包分布的多少决定，当旋转一周后，小包均被吸附到吸风管的一周，然后移开连接板，将吸管上吸附的小包放入圆盒内，最后解除负压，移开吸风管，这样就完成了一个圆盘盒的花式摆放。本发明具有工作效率高、节省人力资源的优点。
