Abstract
本发明涉及一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,一制程为革半成品的制备,在平纹纸上进行两次面层浆料的涂覆以及耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,然后将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8~1.0mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,由AR复合膜代替离型纸进行贴合,在AR复合膜上分别进行耐寒镜面料和底料高固含树脂的涂覆,最后将涂覆好的AR复合膜和革半成品进行转帖贴合,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的表面透感强,无折痕,具有与真皮相同的镜面感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,属于超纤制备技术领域。
背景技术
超纤皮革作为一种采用极细纤维制成的新型高档人造革,可用于做鞋、箱包、家具、汽车内饰等的各领域,具有真皮的特性以及比真皮优越的指标。随着超纤皮革的应用越来越广泛,人们对于超纤皮革的表面变化要求也越来越多,尤其是对超纤皮革的表面纹路,但现有的超纤皮革主要采用以离型纸贴面为主,没有传统的聚氨酯合成革的湿法发泡层,所以不能采用压花的方式进行纹路造型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术制备超纤皮革时表面的纹理不能采用压花的方式制备,因而导致超纤皮革的表面较为单一的问题,提供了一种制备方法简单,步骤易于操作的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一制程:
(1)面层涂覆:在平纹纸上进行面层的涂覆,面层浆料中各组分底料树脂:超细碳酸钙,二甲基甲酰胺:甲苯的质量比为50~60:40~50:25~35:30~40,面层浆料的涂布量为150~200g,然后置于烘箱中进行烘干;
(2)面层二次涂覆:与步骤(1)相同进行面层的第二次涂覆;
(3)耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆:在面层上进行耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,耐寒底料树脂的涂布量为200~230g,将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8~1.0mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,贴合时车速为5-7m/min,得到革半成品;
二制程:
(4)贴合:由AR复合膜进行离型纸的贴合;
(5)AR复合膜上第一涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上涂刮耐寒镜面料,所述耐寒镜面料中添加有色精,所述色精的添加量为1~3%,耐寒镜面料的涂布量为150~180g;
(6)AR复合膜上第二涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上进行底料高固含树脂涂覆;
(7)将步骤(6)中的AR复合膜与步骤(3)制备的革半成品进行转帖贴合,贴合过程中车速为5~7m/min,,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。
进一步的,所述超细碳酸钙的目数为1500目。
进一步的,所述步骤(6)中底料高固含树脂的固含量为50~60%。
进一步的,所述耐寒镜面料的模量为150~300。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中烘箱依次包括四个加热区,四个加热区的温度分别为80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃。
进一步的,所述AR复合膜由三层组成,由上到下依次为硅胶吸附层、PET层和HC处理层。
本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的表面透感强,无折痕,具有与真皮相同的镜面感。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明中的色精外购于江西三越新材料有限公司;AR复合膜外购于深圳市锦色镀膜光学有限公司;底料树脂外购于上海汇得化工有限公司;底料高固含树脂外购于旭川化工有限公司;耐寒镜面料外购于上海汇得化工有限公司。
实施例一:一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一制程:
(1)面层涂覆:在平纹纸上进行面层的涂覆,面层浆料中各组分底料树脂:超细碳酸钙,二甲基甲酰胺:甲苯的质量比为50:40:25:30,面层浆料的涂布量为150g,超细碳酸钙的目数为1500目,然后置于烘箱中进行烘干,烘箱依次包括四个加热区,四个加热区的温度分别为80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃;
(2)面层二次涂覆:与步骤(1)相同进行面层的第二次涂覆;
(3)耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆:在面层上进行耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,耐寒底料树脂的涂布量为200g,将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,贴合时车速为5m/min,得到革半成品;
二制程:
(4)贴合:由AR复合膜进行离型纸的贴合,所述AR复合膜由三层组成,由上到下依次为硅胶吸附层、PET层和HC处理层;
(5)AR复合膜上第一涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上涂刮耐寒镜面料,所述耐寒镜面料中添加有色精,耐寒镜面料的模量为150,所述色精的添加量为1%,耐寒镜面料的涂布量为150g;
(6)AR复合膜上第二涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上进行底料高固含树脂涂覆,底料高固含树脂的固含量为50%;
(7)将步骤(6)中的AR复合膜与步骤(3)制备的革半成品进行转帖贴合,贴合过程中车速为5m/min,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。
实施例二:一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一制程:
(1)面层涂覆:在平纹纸上进行面层的涂覆,面层浆料中各组分底料树脂:超细碳酸钙,二甲基甲酰胺:甲苯的质量比为55:45:30:35,面层浆料的涂布量为170g,超细碳酸钙的目数为1500目,然后置于烘箱中进行烘干,烘箱依次包括四个加热区,四个加热区的温度分别为80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃;
(2)面层二次涂覆:与步骤(1)相同进行面层的第二次涂覆;
(3)耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆:在面层上进行耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,耐寒底料树脂的涂布量为220g,将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,贴合时车速为6m/min,得到革半成品;
二制程:
(4)贴合:由AR复合膜进行离型纸的贴合,所述AR复合膜由三层组成,由上到下依次为硅胶吸附层、PET层和HC处理层;
(5)AR复合膜上第一涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上涂刮耐寒镜面料,所述耐寒镜面料中添加有色精,耐寒镜面料的模量为180,所述色精的添加量为2%,耐寒镜面料的涂布量为170g;
(6)AR复合膜上第二涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上进行底料高固含树脂涂覆,底料高固含树脂的固含量为55%;
(7)将步骤(6)中的AR复合膜与步骤(3)制备的革半成品进行转帖贴合,贴合过程中车速为6m/min,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。
实施例三:一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一制程:
(1)面层涂覆:在平纹纸上进行面层的涂覆,面层浆料中各组分底料树脂:超细碳酸钙,二甲基甲酰胺:甲苯的质量比为60:50:35:40,面层浆料的涂布量为200g,超细碳酸钙的目数为1500目,然后置于烘箱中进行烘干,烘箱依次包括四个加热区,四个加热区的温度分别为80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃;
(2)面层二次涂覆:与步骤(1)相同进行面层的第二次涂覆;
(3)耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆:在面层上进行耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,耐寒底料树脂的涂布量为230g,将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,贴合时车速为7m/min,得到革半成品;
二制程:
(4)贴合:由AR复合膜进行离型纸的贴合,所述AR复合膜由三层组成,由上到下依次为硅胶吸附层、PET层和HC处理层;
(5)AR复合膜上第一涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上涂刮耐寒镜面料,所述耐寒镜面料中添加有色精,耐寒镜面料的模量为300,所述色精的添加量为3%,耐寒镜面料的涂布量为180g;
(6)AR复合膜上第二涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上进行底料高固含树脂涂覆,底料高固含树脂的固含量为60%;
(7)将步骤(6)中的AR复合膜与步骤(3)制备的革半成品进行转帖贴合,贴合过程中车速为7m/min,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。
Claims (6)
1.一种仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
一制程:
(1)面层涂覆:在平纹纸上进行面层的涂覆,面层浆料中各组分底料树脂:超细碳酸钙,二甲基甲酰胺:甲苯的质量比为50~60:40~50:25~35:30~40,面层浆料的涂布量为150~200g,然后置于烘箱中进行烘干;
(2)面层二次涂覆:与步骤(1)相同进行面层的第二次涂覆;
(3)耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆:在面层上进行耐寒底料树脂层的涂覆,耐寒底料树脂的涂布量为200~230g,将耐寒底料树脂层与厚度为0.8~1.0mm的贝斯进行湿式贴合,贴合时车速为5~7m/min,得到革半成品;
二制程:
(4)贴合:由AR复合膜代替离型纸进行贴合;
(5)AR复合膜上第一涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上涂刮耐寒镜面料,所述耐寒镜面料中添加有色精,所述色精的添加量为1~3%,耐寒镜面料的涂布量为150~180g;
(6)AR复合膜上第二涂层的涂覆:在AR复合膜上进行底料高固含树脂涂覆;
(7)将步骤(6)中的AR复合膜与步骤(3)制备的革半成品进行转帖贴合,贴合过程中车速为5~7m/min,制备得到仿漆皮超平镜面超纤。
2.如权利要求1所述的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述超细碳酸钙的目数为1500~2000目。
3.如权利要求1所述的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中底料高固含树脂的固含量为50~60%。
4.如权利要求1所述的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐寒镜面料的模量为150~300。
5.如权利要求1所述的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中烘箱依次包括四个加热区,四个加热区的温度分别为80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的仿漆皮超平镜面超纤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述AR复合膜由三层组成,由上到下依次为硅胶吸附层、PET层和HC处理层。
