Abstract

履带板冲压模具用快速可调定位装置涉及一种履带板冲压模具上应用的定位装置。主要是为解决现有履带板冲压模具的定位装置的定位轮位置不可调整的问题而设计的。它包括外套,两个斜滑块通过各自的调整螺钉安装在外套上,两个斜滑块的斜面相对,两个斜滑块的直面与外套接触,两个斜滑块的斜面之间的外套内装有定位套,定位套的两侧都有与斜滑块相配合的斜面,定位柱设在定位套内与定位套滑动配合,定位轮通过销轴装在定位柱的下端,还包括弹簧,弹簧的下端固定在定位柱上,弹簧的上端固定在外套上。所述斜滑块的外表面上设有刻度。优点是定位轮位置可调,调整速度快。

本发明涉及定位装置,具体是涉及一种履带板冲压模具上应用的定位装置。
背景技术:
现有安装在履带板冲压模具上模上的定位装置的定位轮位置不可调整,当工件中心偏移时,需停工修磨定位器上的滚轮或更换定位装置,费时费力,既增加工人劳动强度又耽误生产。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种定位轮位置可快速调整,实现对工件快速定位的履带板冲压模具用快速可调定位装置。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括外套,两个斜滑块通过各自的调整螺钉安装在外套上,两个斜滑块的斜面相对,两个斜滑块的直面与外套接触,两个斜滑块的斜面之间的外套内装有定位套,定位套的两侧都有与斜滑块相配合的斜面,定位柱设在定位套内与定位套滑动配合,定位轮通过销轴装在定位柱的下端,还包括弹簧,弹簧的下端固定在定位柱上,弹簧的上端固定在外套上。
所述斜滑块的外表面上设有刻度。
本发明的优点是:对工件定位,当工件中心偏移时,例如工件中心向右偏移,拧紧左侧斜滑块的螺钉,同时拧松右侧斜滑块的螺钉,定位套移动,使定位轮夹紧履带板的中间筋。其定位轮位置可调,调整速度快,对工件快速定位,从而减轻工人劳动强度,保证生产顺利进行。

1.一种履带板冲压模具用快速可调定位装置,包括外套(1),其特征是:两个斜滑块(2)通过各自的调整螺钉(3)安装在外套上,两个斜滑块的斜面相对,两个斜滑块的直面与外套接触,两个斜滑块斜面之间的外套内装有定位套(4),定位套的两侧都有与斜滑块相配合的斜面,定位柱(5)设在定位套内与定位套滑动配合,定位轮(6)通过销轴装在定位柱的下端,还包括弹簧(7),弹簧的下端固定在定位柱上,弹簧的上端固定在外套上。
