其制备方法包括以下工序:
(1)原料预处理:
按重量份数,挑选颗粒饱满、无虫咬、无霉变的黑米、大枣、红豆、枸杞、桂圆、黑豆、黑芝麻、花生、樱桃、甜杏仁,洗净干燥后,备用;
(2)原料浸发:
按重量份数,取洗净后的原料,加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(3)制备超微黑木耳粉:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,用超微粉碎机制得超微黑木耳粉,按重量份数称量后,按超微黑木耳粉和水1:20的比例加水,在50℃恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(4)制备黑木耳粒:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,分别用粗粉碎机粉碎,再按重量份数挑选颗粒均匀的颗粒,混合后加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(5)辅料添加:
按重量份数,取经工序(1)、工序(2)处理后的原料,加入浸发后的超微黑木耳粉、黑木耳粒,再加入红糖、阿胶、乳酸亚铁、乳酸链球菌素,混合调配,得初料;
(6)混合罐装:
按重量份数,取初料罐装到带盖的玻璃瓶中并加入总重量2倍的水,混合均匀,得初制品;
(7)蒸煮灭菌:
取初制品倒置于灭菌锅中,于115℃条件下高压蒸煮灭菌15-25分钟,得营养粥;
(8)冷却包装:
将上述灭菌后的营养粥冷却至室温,按照包装标准分罐抽真空包装,即得成品。
在原料中,黑木耳既具有丰富的营养价值,除含有大量蛋白质、糖类、钙、铁及钾、钠、少量脂肪、粗纤维、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、胡萝卜素等人体所必需的营养成分外,还含有卵磷脂、脑磷脂、鞘磷脂及麦角甾醇等,还具有良好的药理功效,药食兼优。黑木耳,能养血驻颜、益气滋阴、养胃健脾,木耳中的铁含量极为丰富,能养血驻颜,令人肌肤红润、容光焕发,还具有益气强身、活血的效能,并可防止缺铁性贫血等;此外,黑木耳还具有增强机体免疫力、抗癌的功效。

黑豆的油脂中主要是不饱和脂肪酸,它可促进血液中胆固醇的代谢。此外黑豆所内含的植物性固醇,可与其它食物中的固醇类相互竞争吸收,而加速粪便中固醇类的排出,避免过多胆固醇堆积在体内;黑豆中的维生素E能够成为体内防止氧化的保护层;黑豆种皮释放的红色花青素,可清除体内自由基,抗氧化活性更好,增强活力;黑豆中的异黄酮是一种植物性雌激素,能有效抑制乳腺癌、前列腺癌和结肠癌,对防治中老年骨质疏松也很有帮助;黑豆还能够帮助肠道蠕动,使体内胀气与毒素顺利排除,能改善便秘;黑豆中不饱和脂肪酸在人体能转成卵磷脂,它是形成脑神经的主要成份;黑豆中所含的矿物质中钙、磷皆有防止大脑老化迟钝、健脑益智的作用;黑豆也含有丰富的维生素B群及维生素E,皆为养颜美容所需之营养成分,尤其它含多量的泛酸,对乌发不变白也有帮助。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,口感细腻、香味浓郁、营养丰富、具有良好的改善缺铁性疾病,帮助人体补充铁质的功效,充分利用黑木耳中的营养价值,并辅以黑米、大枣、红豆、枸杞、桂圆、黑豆、黑芝麻、花生、樱桃、甜杏仁等原料精制而成,以与市场上现有的粥产品相比,口味独特,并且食用方便、食疗价值高,便于人体吸收,还具有良好的改善缺铁性疾病功效。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,30天为一个疗程,另一组对照组食用保健粥,每组选择门诊病人128例,其中男50例,女78例,最大年龄65岁,最小年龄24岁,每天食用两次,一个月为一个疗程,缺铁性疾病临床表现为血红蛋白值低、面色苍白、头晕耳鸣、皮肤干燥表1为服用后一个疗程的对照数据;

由表1可知,治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。
本发明的工艺优点:工艺流程科学简洁,便于规模化生产;工艺线路完善,工艺指标控制精细;选料天然科学,产品质量稳定,且产品无毒副作用,易于人体吸收,并具备较高的食疗价值。

一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,由原料按以下重量份数制成,超微黑木耳粉1-4份、黑木耳粒0.5-1.5份、黑米0.5-2份、大枣0.4-0.6份、红豆1-3份、枸杞0.5-1.5份、桂圆0.5-1.5份、黑豆1-3份、黑芝麻1-3份、花生1-3份、樱桃0.5-1.5份、甜杏仁1-3份、红糖0.25-0.75份、阿胶0.1-0.3份、乳酸亚铁0.0005-0.0015份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。

所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,原料按优选重量份数,超微黑木耳粉3份、黑木耳粒1份、黑米1.5份、大枣0.4份、红豆2份、枸杞1份、桂圆0.8份、黑豆2份、黑芝麻1份、花生3份、樱桃0.8份、甜杏仁3份、红糖0.5份、阿胶0.1份、乳酸亚铁0.0009份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。

所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,原料按最佳重量份数,超微黑木耳粉2.5份、黑木耳粒1份、黑米1份、大枣0.5份、红豆2份、枸杞1份、桂圆1份、黑豆2份、黑芝麻2份、花生2份、樱桃1份、甜杏仁2份、红糖0.5份、阿胶0.2份、乳酸亚铁0.001份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。
实施例5
所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,
其制备方法包括以下工序:
(1)原料预处理:
按重量份数,挑选颗粒饱满、无虫咬、无霉变的黑米、大枣、红豆、枸杞、桂圆、黑豆、黑芝麻、花生、樱桃、甜杏仁,洗净干燥后,备用;
(2)原料浸发:
按重量份数,取洗净后的原料,加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(3)制备超微黑木耳粉:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,用超微粉碎机制得超微黑木耳粉,按重量份数称量后,按超微黑木耳粉和水1:20的比例加水,在50℃恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(4)制备黑木耳粒:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,分别用粗粉碎机粉碎,再按重量份数挑选颗粒均匀的颗粒,混合后加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(5)辅料添加:
按重量份数,取经工序(1)、工序(2)处理后的原料,加入浸发后的超微黑木耳粉、黑木耳粒,再加入红糖、阿胶、乳酸亚铁、乳酸链球菌素,混合调配,得初料;
(6)混合罐装:
按重量份数,取初料罐装到带盖的玻璃瓶中并加入总重量2倍的水,混合均匀,得初制品;
(7)蒸煮灭菌:
取初制品倒置于灭菌锅中,于115℃条件下高压蒸煮灭菌15-25分钟,得营养粥;
(8)冷却包装:
将上述灭菌后的营养粥冷却至室温,按照包装标准分罐抽真空包装,即得成品。

1.一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,超微黑木耳粉1-4份、黑木耳粒0.5-1.5份、黑米0.5-2份、大枣0.4-0.6份、红豆1-3份、枸杞0.5-1.5份、桂圆0.5-1.5份、黑豆1-3份、黑芝麻1-3份、花生1-3份、樱桃0.5-1.5份、甜杏仁1-3份、红糖0.25-0.75份、阿胶0.1-0.3份、乳酸亚铁0.0005-0.0015份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,超微黑木耳粉3份、黑木耳粒1份、黑米1.5份、大枣0.4份、红豆2份、枸杞1份、桂圆0.8份、黑豆2份、黑芝麻1份、花生3份、樱桃0.8份、甜杏仁3份、红糖0.5份、阿胶0.1份、乳酸亚铁0.0009份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,超微黑木耳粉2份、黑木耳粒0.8份、黑米1份、大枣0.5份、红豆1份、枸杞1.5份、桂圆1份、黑豆1份、黑芝麻3份、花生2份、樱桃1份、甜杏仁2份、红糖0.45份、阿胶0.2份、乳酸亚铁0.001份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,其特征在于:原料按最佳重量份数,超微黑木耳粉2.5份、黑木耳粒1份、黑米1份、大枣0.5份、红豆2份、枸杞1份、桂圆1份、黑豆2份、黑芝麻2份、花生2份、樱桃1份、甜杏仁2份、红糖0.5份、阿胶0.2份、乳酸亚铁0.001份、乳酸链球菌素万分之一。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述一种改善缺铁性疾病的超微黑木耳粉营养粥,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下工序,
(1)原料预处理:
按重量份数,挑选颗粒饱满、无虫咬、无霉变的黑米、大枣、红豆、枸杞、桂圆、黑豆、黑芝麻、花生、樱桃、甜杏仁,洗净干燥后,备用;
(2)原料浸发:
按重量份数,取洗净后的原料,加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(3)制备超微黑木耳粉:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,用超微粉碎机制得超微黑木耳粉,按重量份数称量后,按超微黑木耳粉和水1:20的比例加水,在50℃恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(4)制备黑木耳粒:
挑选肉厚饱满、无霉变、无杂质的黑木耳,洗净干燥后,分别用粗粉碎机粉碎,再按重量份数挑选颗粒均匀的颗粒,混合后加适量水,在50℃的恒温水浴中浸发1-3小时,备用;
(5)辅料添加:
按重量份数,取经工序(1)、工序(2)处理后的原料,加入浸发后的超微黑木耳粉、黑木耳粒,再加入红糖、阿胶、乳酸亚铁、乳酸链球菌素,混合调配,得初料;
(6)混合罐装:
按重量份数,取初料罐装到带盖的玻璃瓶中并加入总重量2倍的水,混合均匀,得初制品;
(7)蒸煮灭菌:
取初制品倒置于灭菌锅中,于115℃条件下高压蒸煮灭菌15-25分钟,得营养粥;
(8)冷却包装:
将上述灭菌后的营养粥冷却至室温,按照包装标准分罐抽真空包装,即得成品。
