本发明公开了一种地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,包括:上墙体和下墙体,滑动设置在上墙体和下墙体之间的屏蔽门,在所述屏蔽门的后端两侧对称设置有门框,在所述两门框之间设置有避险门板,在所述下墙体内设置有与避险门板相互配合的避险门板放置槽,在所述两门框内对称设置有滑轨,所述避险门板的两侧分别通过滑轮组滑动设置在滑轨内,在所述两门框的上端通过上支撑架对称设置有驱动电机,在所述驱动电机的电机轴上设置有主动链轮,在所述两门框的下端通过下支撑架对称设置有转轴,在所述转轴上转动设置有从动链轮,所以主动链轮与从动链轮之间通过链条相连接,所述滑轮组通过连接块与链条的外侧相连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地铁屏蔽门,尤其涉及一种地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构。
背景技术
随着轻轨和地铁在各大城市的普及,鉴于安全、改善乘客候车环境等方面考虑,屏蔽门在轨道交通中被广泛应用,目前的屏蔽门关闭时,如果人群太过拥挤会最后面上车的人容易被卡设在屏蔽门与列车门之间的空腔中,一般屏蔽门关闭五秒后列车就会启动,一旦出现这种紧急情况,如果不能及时采取措施,列车开启后由于人体靠近列车一侧的空气流速快而压强小,人体另一侧的空气流速慢而压强大,形成的压强差会使人被吸往运动中的列车,导致安全事故的发生,造成不可挽回的局面。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种安全可靠的地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,包括:上墙体和下墙体,滑动设置在上墙体和下墙体之间的屏蔽门,在所述屏蔽门的后端两侧对称设置有门框,在所述两门框之间设置有避险门板,在所述下墙体内设置有与避险门板相互配合的避险门板放置槽,在所述两门框内对称设置有滑轨,所述避险门板的两侧分别通过滑轮组滑动设置在滑轨内,在所述两门框的上端通过上支撑架对称设置有驱动电机,在所述驱动电机的电机轴上设置有主动链轮,在所述两门框的下端通过下支撑架对称设置有转轴,在所述转轴上转动设置有从动链轮,所以主动链轮与从动链轮之间通过链条相连接,所述滑轮组通过连接块与链条的外侧相连接,在所述屏蔽门与避险门板之间设置有避险腔,在所述避险腔上端的上墙体上设置有控制按钮,所述控制按钮通过导线与驱动电机相连接,在所述避险门板后端的下墙体内设置有列车轨道槽。
本发明的优点是:上述地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,一旦人体被卡设在屏蔽门与列车之间,只需按下控制按钮,就能使用避险门板隔断人体与运行中的列车,杜绝被列车吸引的可能性,能够争取更多的救援时间,安全可靠,杜绝地铁事故的发生。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,包括:上墙体1和下墙体2,滑动设置在上墙体1和下墙体2之间的屏蔽门3,在所述屏蔽门3的后端两侧对称设置有门框4,在所述两门框4之间设置有避险门板5,在所述下墙体2内设置有与避险门板5相互配合的避险门板放置槽6,在所述两门框4内对称设置有滑轨7,所述避险门板5的两侧分别通过滑轮组8滑动设置在滑轨7内,在所述两门框4的上端通过上支撑架9对称设置有驱动电机10,在所述驱动电机10的电机轴11上设置有主动链轮12,在所述两门框3的下端通过下支撑架13对称设置有转轴14,在所述转轴14上转动设置有从动链轮15,所以主动链轮12与从动链轮15之间通过链条16相连接,所述滑轮组8通过连接块17与链条16的外侧相连接,在所述屏蔽门3与避险门板5之间设置有避险腔18,在所述避险腔8上端的上墙体1上设置有控制按钮19,所述控制按钮19通过导线20与驱动电机10相连接,在所述避险门板5后端的下墙体2内设置有列车轨道槽21。
上述地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构使用时,一旦人们被卡设在屏蔽门3与列车之间时,在屏蔽门3关闭的五秒钟内立即按下控制按钮19,控制按钮19通过导线20启动驱动电机10,驱动电机10的电机轴11带动主动链轮12转动,主动链条12通过链条16带动从动链轮15转动,链条16外侧上升带动连接块17上升,连接块17带动滑轮组8在滑轨7内滑动上升,滑轮组8带动避险门板5上升将人体与列车隔断,人体单独站在避险腔内,防止被快速运动的列车吸引。
上述地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,一旦人体被卡设在屏蔽门与列车之间,只需按下控制按钮,就能使用避险门板隔断人体与运行中的列车,杜绝被列车吸引的可能性,能够争取更多的救援时间,安全可靠,杜绝地铁事故的发生。

1.地铁屏蔽门紧急避险结构,其特征在于:包括:上墙体(1)和下墙体(2),滑动设置在上墙体(1)和下墙体(2)之间的屏蔽门(3),在所述屏蔽门(3)的后端两侧对称设置有门框(4),在所述两门框(4)之间设置有避险门板(5),在所述下墙体(2)内设置有与避险门板(5)相互配合的避险门板放置槽(6),在所述两门框(4)内对称设置有滑轨(7),所述避险门板(5)的两侧分别通过滑轮组(8)滑动设置在滑轨(7)内,在所述两门框(4)的上端通过上支撑架(9)对称设置有驱动电机(10),在所述驱动电机(10)的电机轴(11)上设置有主动链轮(12),在所述两门框(3)的下端通过下支撑架(13)对称设置有转轴(14),在所述转轴(14)上转动设置有从动链轮(15),所以主动链轮(12)与从动链轮(15)之间通过链条(16)相连接,所述滑轮组(8)通过连接块(17)与链条(16)的外侧相连接,在所述屏蔽门(3)与避险门板(5)之间设置有避险腔(18),在所述避险腔(8)上端的上墙体(1)上设置有控制按钮(19),所述控制按钮(19)通过导线(20)与驱动电机(10)相连接,在所述避险门板(5)后端的下墙体(2)内设置有列车轨道槽(21)。
