本发明公开了一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,所述支撑腿与底盘之间设有液压减震器,所述支撑腿和底盘的外侧周向设有支撑筒,所述支撑筒的下端固定在底盘上,所述支撑腿的外端周向设有外径与支撑筒的内径一致的导向筒,所述导向筒与支撑筒固定连接,所述液压减震器的外侧周向设有防护筒,所述防护筒的外径与支撑筒的内径一致,且防护筒的下端与底盘固定连接,相邻两个支撑筒之间通过连杆连接。该制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,底盘起到了支撑固定作用,而液压减震器则起到了减震效果,四个支撑腿的下端都设有液压减震器,且支撑腿的周向设有导向筒,保证了支撑腿只会在竖直方向上产生震动,而不会向四周晃动,增加了减震效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及数控铣床技术领域,具体为一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床。
背景技术
众所周知,凸轮轴凸轮廓形大都采用仿形车床加工。随着科学技术的发展和工艺技术质量要求的提高,凸轮轴凸轮廓形加工大都被结构紧凑、性能良好,不用靠模,加工效率较高、且适用性强的数控凸轮轴铣床所取代。一般铣床到车间以后,大部分是焊接在埋在地下的螺栓上,防止产生震动,但是,这样容易损伤地面,而且移动不方便,为此,我们设计一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,包括铣床本体,所述铣床本体的下端设有四个支撑腿,四个支撑腿的下端均设有底盘,所述支撑腿与底盘之间设有液压减震器,所述支撑腿和底盘的外侧周向设有支撑筒,所述支撑筒的下端固定在底盘上,所述支撑腿的外端周向设有外径与支撑筒的内径一致的导向筒,所述导向筒与支撑筒固定连接,所述液压减震器的外侧周向设有防护筒,所述防护筒的外径与支撑筒的内径一致,且防护筒的下端与底盘固定连接,相邻两个支撑筒之间通过连杆连接。
优选的,所述底盘的下端设有防滑垫。
优选的,所述铣床本体的左右两端侧壁上分别设有挂耳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,底盘起到了支撑固定作用,而液压减震器则起到了减震效果,四个支撑腿的下端都设有液压减震器,且支撑腿的周向设有导向筒,保证了支撑腿只会在竖直方向上产生震动,而不会向四周晃动,增加了减震效果。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,包括铣床本体1,铣床本体1的下端设有四个支撑腿2,四个支撑腿2的下端均设有底盘3,底盘3的下端设有防滑垫9,防止滑动,支撑腿2与底盘3之间设有液压减震器4,支撑腿2和底盘3的外侧周向设有支撑筒5,支撑筒5的下端固定在底盘3上。
支撑腿2的外端周向设有外径与支撑筒5的内径一致的导向筒6,导向筒6与支撑筒5固定连接,液压减震器4的外侧周向设有防护筒7,保证减震器4的稳定性,防护筒7的外径与支撑筒5的内径一致,且防护筒7的下端与底盘3固定连接,相邻两个支撑筒5之间通过连杆8连接,铣床本体1的左右两端侧壁上分别设有挂耳10。
该制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,底盘3起到了支撑固定作用,而液压减震器4则起到了减震效果,四个支撑腿2的下端都设有液压减震器4,且支撑腿2的周向设有导向筒6,保证了支撑腿2只会在竖直方向上产生震动,而不会向四周晃动,增加了减震效果。

1.一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,包括铣床本体(1),其特征在于:所述铣床本体(1)的下端设有四个支撑腿(2),四个支撑腿(2)的下端均设有底盘(3),所述支撑腿(2)与底盘(3)之间设有液压减震器(4),所述支撑腿(2)和底盘(3)的外侧周向设有支撑筒(5),所述支撑筒(5)的下端固定在底盘(3)上,所述支撑腿(2)的外端周向设有外径与支撑筒(5)的内径一致的导向筒(6),所述导向筒(6)与支撑筒(5)固定连接,所述液压减震器(4)的外侧周向设有防护筒(7),所述防护筒(7)的外径与支撑筒(5)的内径一致,且防护筒(7)的下端与底盘(3)固定连接,相邻两个支撑筒(5)之间通过连杆(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制动器凸轮轴卧式端面数控铣床,其特征在于:所述底盘(3)的下端设有防滑垫(9)。
