Description

一种滚涂机
技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种滚涂机。
背景技术
随着我国家装行业的蓬勃发展,内墙涂料涂刷工程量也迅猛增大。然而,相对于庞大的内墙涂料滚涂工程量,我国却鲜见内墙涂料涂刷专用装备。目前,室内装修工程中,内墙涂料施工广泛采用的滚涂方法都是人工完成,使用的滚涂工具为装有手柄的滚筒。进行涂料滚涂作业时,操作工人手持滚筒手柄,先将滚筒轻轻浸入涂料桶内浸蘸涂料,然后往墙上滚涂涂料。浸蘸一下涂料再滚涂一次墙,不能连续滚涂作业,工作效率低,工人劳动强度大。由于滚头吸浆量不均匀,且在滚涂过程中滚头中的涂料浆液逐渐减少,涂层厚度不均匀。在滚筒浸蘸涂料和滚涂过程中,涂料浆液滴落满地,既浪费涂料,又搞脏地板和工人衣服。
发明内容
为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种滚涂机,包括机身部分、传输部分、滚涂单元,滚涂升降部以及动力部分,所述机身部分包括钢板、矩形管、槽钢、撑杆圆钢,并通过焊接、螺纹连接构成,所述传输部分包括主送辊、从送辊、胶托辊、钢托辊、输送带构成,所述滚涂单元包括胶辊、挤辊,所述滚涂升降部包括将所述胶辊和所述挤辊安装在机身两侧的升降托板上,通过燕尾式托板调节达到升降目的,所述动力部分包括带减速器的电机,驱动所述传输部分传动。
优选地,所述胶辊表明进行化学涂料的处理。
优选地,所述挤辊由镀铬辊制成,其硬度不小于HV900,辊筒表明跳动不大于0.06mm。
优选地,所述胶辊和挤辊的间隙调整范围为0.03mm至0.25mm。
有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的滚涂机具有整机钢性更好、传动精度更高、做出的油漆涂层更薄更均匀、无油漆杂质、质量更加稳定等优点,广泛应用于地板、家具、视听柜、橱柜、实木门等众多领域,更显其环保及低油漆耗量之优势。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细介绍本发明技术方案。
本发明的实施例公开了一种滚涂机。包括机身部分:采用16毫米钢板、矩形管、槽钢、撑杆圆钢,通过焊接、螺纹连接构成,具有钢性好、不易变形等优点。
传输部分包括主送辊、从送辊、胶托辊、钢托辊、输送带构成,各辊均采用日本NSK高精度轴承,装备及运转精度高,从而保证了工件输送的平稳性。
滚涂单元包括胶辊、挤辊,为其主要工作部分,由高质量胶辊及镀铬辊(硬度不小于HV900,辊筒表明跳动不大于0.06mm)、柔性刮刀构成,胶辊的滚动面胶层厚度为20mm,如此性能更佳。胶辊及挤辊各自带独立的动力,通过横向移动托板的调节,可使胶辊与挤辊之间的间隙达到负间隙,从而使胶辊上油漆的厚度可能达到极薄极均匀的程度。胶辊的结构与挤辊的结构相同,胶辊与挤辊之间形成的辊筒间隙越大,其涂布量越大,反之则涂布量越小。辊筒间隙大小的取决是由涂布量的大小决定的,其调整范围一般为0.03mm至0.25mm。为保证涂布间隙的精度,每旋转一周,涂布间隙的缝隙变化值不超过0.1mm。
为确保滚涂机的使用效果,需对胶辊表明进行化学涂料的处理。具体来说,主要是在胶辊的表面加上一层覆盖物,或是通过对化学键的断裂破坏,使其在胶辊的表面形成一层低分子的氧化层。通过如此地表面处理后,能使胶辊性能更加优良。
胶辊升降部分包括胶辊和挤辊安装在机身两侧的升降托板上,通过燕尾式托板调节达到升降目的,而且升降的精度很高,稳定性好。
动力部分包括由安装在机器一侧的若干个带减速器的电机构成,每个电机的转动速度均可以通过控制面上的变频器控制板作无级调节。
漆泵部份包括本机的油漆注入采用进口真空隔膜泵自动打漆,漆泵动力采用压缩空气。
使用之前,机床进入工作区域后,应将其水平的放置并固定在地面上;并检查各部份螺钉是否紧固。
将电源线接通,按控制按钮板上的标识,逐步检查每个电机的转向是否正确。
用稀释液将胶辊和挤辊清洗干净,转动进退手轮,使胶辊与挤辊接触。
接通压缩空气接口,使隔膜泵工作,将漆箱里的油漆打入胶辊与挤辊之间。
调节升降手轮,使胶辊与输送带之间的间隙与要加工的工件厚度相等。
打开输送电机开关,输送带开始工作,放入加工件进行试运行,待试运行工件加工合格后方可进入批量生产。
胶辊与挤辊之间的间隙越小,滚出的漆膜越薄,反之越厚。
使用时还应注意:
本机在出厂前已加注各种润滑剂、润滑油等,可以直接使用,在使用两个月后,将原来的润滑油放掉,重新加入新的润滑油即可。
每班在工作完毕后,必须用相应的稀释剂将胶辊和挤辊上的油漆清洗干净,将胶辊与挤辊松开,否则易损坏胶辊。
最后关闭每根输送带的电机,然后将总电源切断。

1.一种滚涂机,其特征在在于,包括机身部分、传输部分、滚涂单元,滚涂升降部以及动力部分,所述机身部分包括钢板、矩形管、槽钢、撑杆圆钢,并通过焊接、螺纹连接构成,所述传输部分包括主送辊、从送辊、胶托辊、钢托辊、输送带构成,所述滚涂单元包括胶辊、挤辊,所述滚涂升降部包括将所述胶辊和所述挤辊安装在机身两侧的升降托板上,通过燕尾式托板调节达到升降目的,所述动力部分包括带减速器的电机,驱动所述传输部分传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚涂机,其特征在在于,所述胶辊表明进行化学涂料的处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚涂机,其特征在在于,所述挤辊由镀铬辊制成,其硬度不小于HV900,辊筒表明跳动不大于0.06mm。
