Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of paint brushing robot, and discloses a wall paint brushing robot, the wall paint brushing robot comprising: a base; a rotating disk which is movably mounted on top of the base; two symmetrical support plates which are fixedly attached onto top of the rotating disk; sliding rails which are fixedly provided on opposite sides of the two support plates; sliding blocks which are snapped into opposing ends of the two sliding rails; support rods which are fixedly connected to ends of the sliding blocks away from the sliding rails; a transverse plate which is fixedly connected between the opposing ends of the two support rods; a threaded sleeve which is fixedly provided on top of the transverse plate, wherein bottom of the threaded sleeve runs through and extends to bottom of the transverse plate. The present invention solves the problems of the existing wall paint brushing equipments, such as uneven application, inability to effectively paint top and bottom of wall surface and to effectively control the discharge amount which may cause waste of resources. It achieves the effects of evenly brushing, effectively controlling discharge flow, saving resources and more comprehensively wall paint brushing.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[1] The present invention relates to the field of paint brushing robot, and in particular to a wall paint brushing robot.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[2] Wall paint, namely finish paint, is usually called latex paint and is one of the main decorative materials for wall surface in house decoration, and it accounts for a considerable proportion in the basic decoration cost, therefore, it’s very important to choose a high-quality wall paint. In order to achieve the purpose of bonding, the main component of the wall paint is formaldehyde which can be firmly bonded to the wall. In China, the paint which is made by using synthetic resin emulsion as base material and water as dispersion medium, and adding pigments, fillers that are known as extender pigments, and auxiliaries via a certain process is conventionally called latex paint, as known as latex coating.
[3] Wall paint brushing is one of the process steps for building decoration, with the main aim to make the wall surface smooth and clean. However, the existing paint brushing equipments have large volume, inconvenience to move, uneven coating for wall surface after painting, and poor aesthetics, and with these equipments, the corners of the top and bottom of the wall cannot be effectively and completely painted. Moreover, the materials used during painting the wall cannot be effectively controlled, leading to leakage of paint, which may waste the paint and also increase investment costs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Technical Problem
[4] In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a wall paint brushing robot in order to solve the problems of the exisiting wall paint brushing 1 equipments, such as uneven application, inability to effectively paint the top andbottom of the wall surface and to effectively control the discharge amount which may LU101229 cause waste of resources. [5] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a wall paint brushing robot, comprising: a base; a rotating disk which is movably mounted on top of the base; two symmetrical support plates which are fixedly attached onto top of the rotating disk; sliding rails which are fixedly provided on opposite sides of the two support plates; sliding blocks which are snapped into opposing ends of the two sliding rails; support rods which are fixedly connected to ends of the sliding blocks away from the sliding rails; a transverse plate which is fixedly connected between opposing ends of the two support rods; a threaded sleeve which is fixedly provided on top of the transverse plate, wherein bottom of the threaded sleeve runs through and extends to bottom of the transverse plate; a first motor which is fixedly mounted on front side of the transverse plate; a first gear which is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the first motor via a rotary shaft; fixed bearings which are fixedly sleeved on outer surfaces of the two support rods; first brackets which are fixedly sleeved on outer surfaces of the two fixed bearings; a connecting plate which is fixed between ends of the two first brackets away from the fixed bearings; a second gear which is fixedly sleeved on outer surface of the fixed bearing on right side of the transverse plate and which is engaged with the first gear; two symmetrical fixed blocks and connecting rods which are fixedly attached to end of the connecting plate away from the first brackets, wherein the two connecting rods are located between the two fixed blocks; telescopic rods which are fixedly connected to sides of the fixed blocks away from the connecting plate; stops which are fixedly connected to ends of the telescopic rods away from the fixed blocks; springs which are fixedly mounted between opposing sides of the stops and the fixed blocks; second brackets which are fixedly connected to sides of the stops away from the telescopic rods; a rolling brush which is movably mounted between the two second brackets; a storage silo which is fixedly mounted between ends of the connecting rods away from the connecting plate; atomizing nozzles which are arranged with an equal distance and are fixedly mounted on back side of the storage silo; a joint which is fixedly attachedon front side of the connecting plate; a valve which is fixedly connected to outer LU101229 surface of the joint; a fixed plate which is fixedly connected between tops of the two support plates; a second motor and a bin which are fixedly attached on top of the rotating disk; a lead screw which is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the second motor, wherein the top of the lead screw is movably connected with bottom of the fixed plate via a bearing seat, and outer surface of the lead screw is threaded with the inner ring of the threaded sleeve; a water pump which is fixedly mounted on back side of the bin, wherein a water inlet of the water pump is in communication with back side of the bin via a connecting pipe; a hose which is in communication with a water outlet of the water pump, and wherein end of the hose away from the water pump is in communication with end of the joint away from the storage silo.
[6] Preferably, rollers are provided to be fixedly mounted at four corners of bottom of the base, and a control panel is fixedly mounted on left side of the support plate on left of the rotating disk.
[7] Preferably, the bin is located on right side of the second motor and located below the sliding rails.
[8] Preferably, a vertical length between the atomizing nozzles and the rolling brush is 2 centimeters, and the rolling brush is located directly behind the atomizing nozzles.
[9] Preferably, an outer diameter of the springs is smaller than vertical lengths of the fixed blocks and the stops, and the two springs are respectively movably sleeved on outsides of the two telescopic rods.
[10] Preferably, a transverse length of the fixed bearing on right side of the transverse plate is greater than a transverse length of the fixed bearing on left side of the transverse plate.
[11]Preferably, a vertical length between back side of the transverse plate and front side of the connecting plate is 5 centimeters, and a gap is provided between each end of the transverse plate and side of each of the two fixed bearings.
[12]Preferably, the second gear is located on right side of the first bracket, and a diameter of the second gear is greater than that of the first gear.
Advantageous Effect
[13]Compared with the prior art, the wall paint brushing robot disclosed by the LU101229 present invention has the following advantages:
1. The invention can effectively adjust the movement of the transverse plate up and down by setting the support plates, the sliding rails, the sliding blocks, the support rods, the transverse plate, the threaded sleeve and the second motor, so as to make the rolling brush up and down for painting on the wall surface. The invention can adjust the tilt angles of the telescopic rods by setting the first motor, the first gear and the second gear, so that the paint brushing work can still be carried out effectively at top and bottom corners of the wall, which ensures a more comprehensive paint brushing for the wall.
2. The invention can make the contact of the rolling brush with the wall surface more closely by setting the fixed blocks, the stops, the springs and the telescopic rods, so as to ensure that the rolling brush is more even in the paint brushing, and the quality of the paint brushing is improved. The invention also can effectively control the flow rate of the discharge by setting the joint and the valve, to avoid the excessive discharge and the waste of the paint, save the raw materials effectively and reduce environmental pollution.
3. The surface of the rolling brush can be charged evenly by the provided multiple atomizing nozzles in the present invention, thereby, avoiding the uneven charging on the rolling brush which may cause the leakage, and meanwhile, ensuring the more even paint brushing by the rolling brush on the wall surface. Through the provided rotating disk, it is able to perform the all-around painting in an environment with limited working space and narrow working passages, and as a result, the work | efficiency may be improved.

[19] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is apparent that the embodiments described herein are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative works should be within the scope of the invention claimed.
[20] As shown in Figs. 1-4, the present invention provides a technical solution: a wall paint brushing robot, comprising: a base 1; a rotating disk 2 which is movably mounted on top of the base 1; a drive motor and a drive shaft that are disposed in the base 1 for driving the rotating disk 2 to rotate in 360 degrees; two symmetrical support plates 3 which are fixedly attached onto top of the rotating disk 2; sliding rails 4 which are fixedly provided on opposite sides of the two support plates 3; sliding blocks 5 which are snapped into opposing ends of the two sliding rails 4; support rods 6 which are fixedly connected to ends of the sliding blocks 5 away from the sliding rails 4; a transverse plate 7 which is fixedly connected between opposing ends of the two support rods 6, wherein a vertical length between back side of the transverse plate 7 and front side of a connecting plate 13 is 5 centimeters, and a gap is provided between each end of the transverse plate 7 and side of each of two fixed bearings 11, and a transverse length of the fixed bearing 11 on right of the transverse plate 7 is larger than a transverse length of the fixed bearing 11 on left of the transverse plate 7; a threaded sleeve 8 which is fixedly provided on top of the transverse plate 7, whereinbottom of the threaded sleeve 8 runs through and extends to bottom of the transverse LU101229 plate 7; a first motor 9 which is fixedly connected to front side of the transverse plate 7; and a first gear 10 which is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the first motor 9 via a rotary shaft.

Telescopic rods 17 are provided to be fixedly connected to sides of the fixed blocks 15 away from the connecting plate 13. There are stops 18 which are fixedly connected to ends of the telescopic rods 17 away from the fixed blocks 15. Springs 19 are provided to be fixedly mounted between opposing sides of the stops 18 and the fixed blocks 15, and an outer diameter of the springs 19 is smaller than a vertical length of the fixed blocks 15 and the stops 18, avoiding the situation that the springs 19 are released from the fixed blocks 15 or the stops 18 when compressed by force, and the two springs 19 are movably sleeved on outer surfaces of the two telescopic rods 17 respectively to ensure that the springs 19 are limited and the support for the stops 18 and a rolling brush 21 is increased. Second brackets 20 are provided to be fixedly connected to sides of the stops 18 away from the telescopic rods 17. The rolling brush 21 is movably connected between the two second brackets 20. A storage silo 22 is provided to be fixedly connected between ends of the connecting rods 16 away from the connecting plate 13. Atomizing nozzles 23 arranged with an equal distance are | 30 fixedly mounted on back side of the storage silo 22, and a vertical length between the atomizing nozzles 23 and the rolling brush 21 is 2 centimeters, leaving enough space for the surface of the rolling brush 21 to be charged by the atomizing nozzles 23, which makes the charging of the rolling brush 21 more uniform, and the rolling brush 21 is located directly behind the atomizing nozzles 23. Rollers 32 are provided to be fixedly mounted at four corners of bottom of the base 1, and a control panel 33 is fixedly mounted on left side of the support plate 3 on left of the rotating disk 2 to facilitate the control operation of the paint brushing robot by the staff.
[23] The operating principles of the present invention are as follows: in operation, the paint brushing robot is moved to the work area. Then, the first motor 9, the second motor 27 and the water pump 30 are activated by the control panel 33. The lead screw 29 is driven by the second motor 27 to rotate, and under the cooperation of the threaded sleeve 8, the sliding blocks 5 and the sliding rails 4, the transverse plate 7 is moved up and down. The first motor 9 drives the first gear 10 to rotate by means of the rotary shaft, and the first gear 10 cooperates with the fixed bearing 11 via the second gear 14, so that the connecting plate 13 is driven by the first brackets 12 to adjust the angle up and down in relation to the transverse plate 7, leading to the paint brushing at corners of the top and bottom of the wall surface. When the rolling brush 21 contacts the wall surface, the springs 19 contract under the compressive force of the rolling brush 21 to cause the rolling brush 21 to fit the wall for paint brushing. The valve 25 is modulated according to the discharge amount to control the discharge. After the wall paint brushing is completed, one can turn off the first motor 9, the second motor 27 and the water pump 30 by using the control panel 33.

2. The wall paint brushing robot according to claim 1, wherein rollers (32) are provided to be fixedly mounted at four corners of bottom of the base (1), and a control panel (33) is fixedly mounted on left side of the support plate (3) on left of the rotating disk (2).
3. The wall paint brushing robot according to claim 1, wherein the bin (28) is located on right side of the second motor (27) and located below the sliding rails (4).
4. The wall paint brushing robot according to claim 1, wherein a vertical length between the atomizing nozzles (23) and the rolling brush (21) is 2 centimeters, and the rolling brush (21) is located directly behind the atomizing nozzles (23).
5. The wall paint brushing robot according to claim 1, wherein an outer diameter of the springs (19) is smaller than vertical lengths of the fixed blocks (15) and the stops (18), and the two springs are respectively movably sleeved on outsides of the two telescopic rods (17).
6. The wall paint brushing robot according to claim 1, wherein a transverse length of
