背景技术
现已知构造成在手术操作期间接合组织部的手术吻合器械。这些器械包含定向成平行于或横向于器械的纵向轴线的线形末端执行器。这些器械还包含圆形的末端执行器。典型地,线形吻合器械包含一次性装载单元或允许吻合器械多次使用的可替换的钉仓。相比之下,传统的圆形吻合器械典型地包含固定地附接至器械的钉仓或外壳组件,使得该器械在单次使用后必须处理掉。

发明内容

参考图3,接合器100或手术器械的远侧端部110限定窗112、沟槽114、以及栓道116。窗112延伸穿过接合器100的远侧端部110,且与接合器100的远侧端110a间隔开。沟槽114限定在接合器100的远侧端部110的外表面中,且沿与接合器100的纵向轴线平行的方向延伸。预期到的是,沟槽114可限定穿过接合器100的远侧端部110的狭槽。

通过紧固至接合器100的装载单元,接合器100和装载单元10可被用来执行手术操作。在完成手术操作之后,装载单元10能够如下文详述地那样从接合器100释放。对于从接合器100分离的装载单元10,接合器100可被消毒用于在另一个手术操作中再用,或可被附接至新的装载单元用于在继续进行的手术操作中再次使用。另外,装载单元10可被消毒用于在另一个手术操作中使用,或可被丢弃。
参考图13,通过将保持夹40的凸耳44移出接合器100的窗112,装载单元10从接合器100、或从手动致动的手术器械的细长主体拆卸。如上文详述的,随着窗112变成与接合开口24对准,主体46的弹性力推动凸耳44穿过窗112。为了将凸耳44移出窗112且有助于外壳组件20从接合器100分离,主体46的邻近凸耳44的端部42被接合,以将凸耳44移出窗112。将预期到的是,接合开口24的加大部24b被定尺寸成允许临床医生的手指或工具进入且接合保持夹40的端部42,以手动地将保持夹40的端部42向外挠曲,来将凸耳44从窗112提起。随着凸耳44从窗112移除,装载单元10从接合器100的远侧端部110、或从手动致动的手术器械的细长主体移除。
在可选的实施例中,保持夹40的一端42可向外挠曲,以使主体46永久性或塑性变形,来防止在保持夹40被释放时凸耳44突出进入接合器100的窗112内。然后可操纵保持夹40,以将其它凸耳44从接合器100的窗112内移除,来使外壳组件20从接合器100分离。主体46的永久性变形使临床医生能够在不同时接合保持夹40的两个端部42的情况下将装载单元10从接合器100移除。

通过保持夹240的键247与外壳组件220的键槽226的对准,且通过保持夹242的端部242向外挠曲,保持夹240附接至外壳组件220。键247的腿248滑动进入键槽226,键端249定位成邻近近侧端部222的内表面,以便保持夹240的凸耳244定位在外壳组件220的近侧端部222的外表面上。通过与上文所详述的关于保持夹40的相似方式,当键247完全在键槽226内时,保持夹240被挤压穿过近侧端部220,直到凸耳244接纳在接合开口224内为止。
以与上文详述的将装载单元10附接至接合器100相似的方式,装载单元210附接至接合器(例如接合器100)。在使用装载单元210完成手术操作之后,通过接合保持夹240的端部242,装载单元210从接合器拆卸,以将凸耳244中的一个从接合器的窗(例如窗112)移除。可以移动端部242,直到保持夹240的主体246如上文详述的那样永久性变形,然后可以移动另一端部242,以将另一个凸耳244从接合器的另一个窗移除。可选地,通过允许键247的腿248自由地穿过键槽226至键端249,第一凸耳244可从接合器的窗移除,且可放置在近侧端部222的在接合开口224和键槽226之间的外表面上,同时键247的一部分穿过键槽226,如图18所示。在第一凸耳244定位在近侧端部222的外表面上的情况下,另一端部242于是被接合,以将另一个凸耳244从接合器的另一个窗112移除,且放置在近侧端部222的在接合开口224和键槽226之间的外表面上,同时键端249定位成邻近近侧端部222的内表面。将预期到的是,在保持夹240的拆卸期间,主体246弹性地挠曲且不会永久性变形,这允许保持夹240的再使用且使临床医生在不同时接合两个端部242的情况下将装载单元210从接合器移除。

Claims (25)
1.一种装载单元和保持夹组件,包括:
外壳,其具有近侧端部且包含环状表面,所述环状表面限定接合开口;以及
弹性保持夹,其绕所述近侧端部的所述环状表面布置,所述保持夹具有端部和在所述端部之间的主体,所述保持夹具有邻近每一个端部的从所述主体向内延伸的凸耳,每一个凸耳构造成延伸穿过所述外壳的所述近侧端部的所述接合开口,以将所述外壳可释放地联接至手术器械。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中在所述近侧端部中,所述环状表面限定环状沟槽,所述保持夹的所述主体布置在所述环状沟槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述保持夹的所述主体的弹性力推动所述凸耳朝向彼此。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述保持夹包含在所述端部之间从所述主体径向向内延伸的键,所述键构造成使所述保持夹与所述近侧端部径向对准。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述环状表面限定键槽,所述键槽用于贯穿其接纳所述键。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述键槽从所述外壳的近侧端纵向间隔开。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其中所述键通过与限定所述键槽的壁过盈配合,来将所述保持夹保持至所述近侧端部。
8.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中所述键包含腿和键端,所述腿的第一端联接至所述主体,而所述腿的第二端朝向所述外壳的所述纵向轴线延伸,所述键端定位在所述腿的所述第二端处,所述腿被定尺寸成在所述键槽内自由地滑动,且所述键端被定尺寸成将所述腿保持在所述键槽内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中每一个接合开口包含凸耳部和加大部,每一个接合开口的所述凸耳部被定尺寸成接纳所述保持夹的所述凸耳中的一个,每一个开口的所述加大部被定尺寸且定位成:当凸耳被接纳在相应的所述接合开口的所述凸耳部内时,接纳用户的手指。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述装载单元构造成接纳吻合钉钉仓。
11.一种手术器械和装载单元组件,包括:
装载单元,其包含具有近侧端部的外壳,所述近侧端部包含环状表面,所述环状表面限定接合开口;
手术器械,其具有远侧端,所述远侧端被接纳在所述外壳的所述近侧端部内;以及
弹性保持夹,其绕所述外壳的所述近侧端部的所述环状表面布置,所述保持夹具有端部和在所述端部之间的主体,所述保持夹具有邻近每一个端部的从所述主体向内延伸的凸耳,每一个凸耳延伸穿过所述外壳的所述近侧端部的所述接合开口,以将所述装载单元可释放地联接至所述手术器械。
12.根据权利要求11所述的组件,其中所述手术器械的所述远侧端限定贯穿其延伸的栓道,且其中所述保持夹包含从所述主体向内延伸的键,所述键被接纳在所述栓道内,以使所述手术器械的远侧端与所述装载单元径向对准。
13.根据权利要求11所述的组件,其中所述手术器械限定窗,所述窗延伸穿过所述手术器械的所述远侧端,所述凸耳由所述手术器械的所述窗接纳,以将所述装载单元可释放地联接至所述手术器械。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中所述手术器械的外表面限定沟槽,所述沟槽平行于所述手术器械的纵向轴线延伸,且其中所述外壳的所述近侧端部包含向内延伸的肋,所述肋被接纳在所述沟槽内,以将所述装载单元相对于所述手术器械径向地固定。
15.根据权利要求14所述的组件,其中所述沟槽中的每一个定位成与所述窗中的相应的一个连通。
16.根据权利要求15所述的组件,其中所述沟槽中的每一个定位成相对于所述窗中的相应的一个更靠近所述栓道。
17.根据权利要求14所述的组件,其中所述沟槽中的每一个延伸穿过所述手术器械的所述远侧端。
18.一种将装载单元紧固至手术器械的方法,所述方法包括:
将所述手术器械的远侧端插入所述装载单元的近侧端部内,在所述手术器械的远侧端接纳在所述装载单元的近侧端部内时,所述手术器械的所述远侧端使穿过限定在所述装载单元的环状表面中的接合开口的保持夹的凸耳向外挠曲,当所述手术器械的所述远侧端完全接纳在所述装载单元的所述近侧端部内时,所述凸耳被接纳在限定于所述手术器械的所述远侧端中的窗内,以将所述装载单元紧固至所述手术器械。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,进一步包括将所述保持夹附接至所述装载单元的所述近侧端部。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中将所述保持夹附接至所述装载单元的所述近侧端部是在将所述手术器械的远侧端插入所述装载单元的所述近侧端部内之前的。
21.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中将所述保持夹附接至所述装载单元的所述近侧端部包含:
将所述保持夹的键插入穿过限定在所述装载单元的所述环状表面中的键槽;以及
将所述保持夹的主体定位在限定于所述装载单元的所述近侧端部中的环状沟槽内,直到每一个凸耳通过所述环状表面来穿过相应的接合开口。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中将所述保持夹的键插入穿过所述键槽包含将所述键压配合到所述键槽内。
23.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中将所述保持夹的键插入穿过所述键槽包含将所述键的键端从所述环状表面径向向内定位,所述键端将所述保持夹保持至所述装载单元的所述近侧端部。
24.根据权利要求18所述的方法,进一步包括将所述手术器械的所述远侧端与所述装载单元的所述近侧端部对准,以便所述保持夹的键与延伸穿过所述手术器械的所述远侧端的栓道对准。
25.根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中将所述手术器械的所述远侧端插入到所述装载单元的近侧端部包含将所述保持夹的所述键滑入所述手术器械的所述远侧端的所述栓道内。
