Abstract

本发明提供了一种紧固装置，以期达到快速紧固，省时省力的目的，该装置转轴上设置缠绕口，缠绕口对应的转轴内壁中心位置上设置缠绕锥，转轴两端安装在轴套内，转轴外侧中间位置设置齿轮，齿轮上有齿轮齿，该装置具有紧固快速，比较省力的特点，可以方便的设置缠绕的圈数，达到平衡紧固的目的。

本发明涉及缠绕固定领域，具体地说是一种紧固装置。
背景技术
拖布的生产过程中，拖布杆与固定布条的木条之间成“T”形，为使拖布杆与木条之间牢固，需要将环形铁丝连接在拖布杆和木条之间形成两个对称的三角形，紧固时要在环形铁丝中间对铁丝进行螺旋缠绕，以达到紧固的目的，但传统的工艺在缠绕时比较繁琐，两边的紧固铁丝紧固程度不宜掌握，且需要较大的力气，人工操作难以持久。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种紧固装置，以期达到快速紧固，省时省力的目的。
本发明是这样实现的：转轴上设置缠绕口，缠绕口对应的转轴内壁中心位置上设置缠绕锥，转轴两端安装在轴套内，转轴外侧中间位置设置齿轮，齿轮上有齿轮齿。
所述的缠绕锥为圆锥形。
本发明的有益效果是：紧固快速，比较省力，可以方便的设置缠绕的圈数，达到平衡紧固的目的。

具体实施方式
如图所示，转轴4上设置缠绕口6，缠绕口6对应的转轴4内壁中心位置上设置缠绕锥1，转轴4两端安装在轴套5内，转轴4外侧中间位置设置齿轮3，齿轮3上有齿轮齿2。
使用时，将需要紧固的环形铁丝通过缠绕口6放置在转轴4内，铁丝分别在缠绕锥1的两侧，通过动力装置拨动齿轮齿2，带动齿轮3、转轴4在轴套5内转动，缠绕锥1使环形铁丝完成缠绕。

1.一种紧固装置，其特征在于，转轴（4）上设置缠绕口（6），缠绕口（6）对应的转轴（4）内壁中心位置上设置缠绕锥（1），转轴（4）两端安装在轴套（5）内，转轴（4）外侧中间位置设置齿轮（3），齿轮（3）上有齿轮齿（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种紧固装置，其特征在于，缠绕锥（1）为圆锥形。
