本发明提供一种鸽蛋保鲜剂,所述鸽蛋保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯3?5份、白糖1?2份、谷氨酸钠0.8?1.2份、酒石酸钠0.3?0.5份、硝酸钠0.1?0.2份、山梨酸钠0.5?0.6份、水170?180份。本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂能够有效对鸽蛋进行保鲜,增强鸽蛋内分子的生物活性,延长了鸽蛋的保鲜期,较好地避免了细菌病毒滋生。

本发明涉及一种鸽蛋保鲜剂。
背景技术
新鲜的鸽蛋在潮湿、高温和冷冻等环境中容易变质,传统技术无法较好的维持鸽蛋内分子的生物活性,对微生物病毒的隔离作用有限,无法最大限度的使鸽蛋保质保鲜。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种鸽蛋保鲜剂,能够增强鸽蛋内分子的生物活性,延长鸽蛋的保鲜期,较好的避免细菌病毒滋生。
本发明提供了一种鸽蛋保鲜剂,所述鸽蛋保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯3-5份、白糖1-2份、谷氨酸钠0.8-1.2份、酒石酸钠0.3-0.5份、硝酸钠0.1-0.2份、山梨酸钠0.5-0.6份、水170-180份。
作为优选,所述鸽蛋保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯4份、白糖1.5份、谷氨酸钠1份、酒石酸钠0.4份、硝酸钠0.15份、山梨酸钠0.55份、水175份。
本发明还提供上述鸽蛋保鲜剂的制备方法,将配方量的各组分混合均匀即得。
本发明的第三个目的是提供上述鸽蛋保鲜剂在鸽蛋保鲜中的应用。
作为优选,所述应用是将鸽蛋放入保鲜剂中,1-2分钟后取出。
本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂能够有效对鸽蛋进行保鲜,增强鸽蛋内分子的生物活性,延长了鸽蛋的保鲜期,较好地避免了细菌病毒滋生。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1
本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯4g、白糖1.5g、谷氨酸钠1g、酒石酸钠0.4g、硝酸钠0.15g、山梨酸钠0.55g、水175g。
本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将蔗糖酯4g、白糖1.5g、谷氨酸钠1g、酒石酸钠0.4g、硝酸钠0.15g、山梨酸钠0.55g、水175g混合均匀,得到鸽蛋保鲜剂。
使用时,将鸽蛋清洗干净后,放入保鲜剂中,1-2分钟后取出即可。
实施例2
本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯5g、白糖1g、谷氨酸钠1.2g、酒石酸钠0.3g、硝酸钠0.1g、山梨酸钠0.5g、水170g。
本实施例的鸽蛋保鲜剂的制备方法和使用方法均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本发明的鸽蛋保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯3g、白糖2g、谷氨酸钠0.8g、酒石酸钠0.5g、硝酸钠0.2g、山梨酸钠0.6g、水180g。
本实施例的鸽蛋保鲜剂的制备方法和使用方法均与实施例1相同。
经试验,与未使用保鲜剂的鸽蛋相比,应用本发明的保鲜剂后,失重率降低10%以上,鸽蛋内部微生物菌落数量也明显低于未使用保鲜剂的鸽蛋(低20%左右),在37℃下,保质期达到26天。

1.一种鸽蛋保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述鸽蛋保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯3-5份、白糖1-2份、谷氨酸钠0.8-1.2份、酒石酸钠0.3-0.5份、硝酸钠0.1-0.2份、山梨酸钠0.5-0.6份、水170-180份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸽蛋保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述鸽蛋保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯4份、白糖1.5份、谷氨酸钠1份、酒石酸钠0.4份、硝酸钠0.15份、山梨酸钠0.55份、水175份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的鸽蛋保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配方量的各组分混合均匀即得。
4.权利要求1或2所述的鸽蛋保鲜剂在鸽蛋保鲜中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述应用是将鸽蛋放入保鲜剂中,1-2分钟后取出。
