本发明公开了一种木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂,涉及林木种植技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:樒树叶2025份、樟脑叶1520份、烟茎1015份、火山灰1015份、棕榈油811份、煅烧高岭土610份、微晶纤维素58份、茶枯粉46份、复合杀菌剂46份、聚丙烯酰胺35份、竹沥23份、赤霉素23份、骨炭12份、雄黄12份、水100150份。本发明处理剂不仅能有效防止种子过量吸水后发生霉变,或因缺水而无法出芽,而且能避免土壤中的虫害和病菌损坏种子,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。

一种木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及林木种植技术领域,具体涉及一种木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂。
背景技术:
木荷是山茶科,属大乔木,它既是一种优良的绿化、用材树种,又是一种较好的耐火、抗火、难燃树种。木荷为中国珍贵的用材树种,树干通直,材质坚韧,结构细致,耐久用,易加工,是纺织工业中制作纱绽、纱管的上等材料,又是桥梁、船舶、车辆、建筑、农具、家具、胶合板等优良用材,且树皮、树叶含鞣质,可以提取单宁。木荷的繁殖方法以播种繁殖为主,每年10-11月,蒴果呈黄褐色,微裂时采集。蒴果采回后先堆放3-5天,然后摊晒取种,筛选后干藏,于来年2-3月播种。但在播种后,木荷种子会因土壤中水分含量过高而霉变,或被土壤中的虫害损坏,从而降低种子发芽率。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用方便、有利于提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率的木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
樒树叶20-25份、樟脑叶15-20份、烟茎10-15份、火山灰10-15份、棕榈油8-11份、煅烧高岭土6-10份、微晶纤维素5-8份、茶枯粉4-6份、复合杀菌剂4-6份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、竹沥2-3份、赤霉素2-3份、骨炭1-2份、雄黄1-2份、水100-150份,其制备方法为:先将樒树叶、樟脑叶和烟茎加入水中,加热至回流状态保温处理30min,待冷却至室温后加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,研磨15min后再加入微晶纤维素、茶枯粉和雄黄,继续研磨10min,然后过270目筛,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入火山灰、棕榈油、煅烧高岭土、复合杀菌剂、聚丙烯酰胺、竹沥、赤霉素和骨炭,充分混合均匀。
所述复合杀菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:木荷叶20-25份、青蒿10-15份、丁香油10-15份、秦皮6-9份、羧甲基壳聚糖4-7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、蓖麻子3-5份、无患子2-3份、山苍子2-3份、炉甘石粉2-3份、芥子油1-2份、冰片1-2份、水50-60份,其制备方法为:(1)将木荷叶、青蒿和秦皮加入水中,浸泡8h后加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,10min后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料;(2)向丁香油中加入蓖麻子、无患子和山苍子,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,过滤,待滤液冷却至室温后加入羧甲基壳聚糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,混合均匀,即得浆料;(3)向所制浆料中加入粉料、炉甘石粉、芥子油和冰片,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,即得复合杀菌剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以植物成分为主要原料,辅以具有反复吸水释水、杀虫和杀菌作用的助剂制得木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂,使用方便,使用时只需将种子与该处理剂混合均匀即可播种,该处理剂不仅能有效防止种子过量吸水后发生霉变,或因缺水而无法出芽,而且能避免土壤中的虫害和病菌损坏种子,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
先将20份樒树叶、15份樟脑叶和10份烟茎加入100份水中,加热至回流状态保温处理30min,待冷却至室温后加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,研磨15min后再加入6份微晶纤维素、4份茶枯粉和2份雄黄,继续研磨10min,然后过270目筛,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入10份火山灰、8份棕榈油、6份煅烧高岭土、4份复合杀菌剂、3份聚丙烯酰胺、2份竹沥、2份赤霉素和1份骨炭,充分混合均匀。
复合杀菌剂的制备:(1)将20份木荷叶、10份青蒿和6份秦皮加入60份水中,浸泡8h后加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,10min后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料;(2)向10份丁香油中加入3份蓖麻子、2份无患子和2份山苍子,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,过滤,待滤液冷却至室温后加入4份羧甲基壳聚糖和3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,混合均匀,即得浆料;(3)向所制浆料中加入粉料、2份炉甘石粉、2份芥子油和1份冰片,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,即得复合杀菌剂。
实施例2
先将25份樒树叶、15份樟脑叶和10份烟茎加入150份水中,加热至回流状态保温处理30min,待冷却至室温后加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,研磨15min后再加入8份微晶纤维素、4份茶枯粉和1份雄黄,继续研磨10min,然后过270目筛,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入12份火山灰、10份棕榈油、6份煅烧高岭土、5份复合杀菌剂、3份聚丙烯酰胺、2份竹沥、2份赤霉素和1份骨炭,充分混合均匀。
复合杀菌剂的制备:(1)将25份木荷叶、10份青蒿和6份秦皮加入60份水中,浸泡8h后加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,10min后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料;(2)向15份丁香油中加入4份蓖麻子、2份无患子和2份山苍子,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,过滤,待滤液冷却至室温后加入6份羧甲基壳聚糖和3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,混合均匀,即得浆料;(3)向所制浆料中加入粉料、3份炉甘石粉、2份芥子油和1份冰片,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,即得复合杀菌剂。

樒树叶20-25份、樟脑叶15-20份、烟茎10-15份、火山灰10-15份、棕榈油8-11份、煅烧高岭土6-10份、微晶纤维素5-8份、茶枯粉4-6份、复合杀菌剂4-6份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、竹沥2-3份、赤霉素2-3份、骨炭1-2份、雄黄1-2份、水100-150份,其制备方法为:先将樒树叶、樟脑叶和烟茎加入水中,加热至回流状态保温处理30min,待冷却至室温后加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,研磨15min后再加入微晶纤维素、茶枯粉和雄黄,继续研磨10min,然后过270目筛,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入火山灰、棕榈油、煅烧高岭土、复合杀菌剂、聚丙烯酰胺、竹沥、赤霉素和骨炭,充分混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木荷播种繁殖用种子处理剂,其特征在于,所述复合杀菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:木荷叶20-25份、青蒿10-15份、丁香油10-15份、秦皮6-9份、羧甲基壳聚糖4-7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、蓖麻子3-5份、无患子2-3份、山苍子2-3份、炉甘石粉2-3份、芥子油1-2份、冰片1-2份、水50-60份,其制备方法为:(1)将木荷叶、青蒿和秦皮加入水中,浸泡8h后加热至回流状态保温处理30min,再加入转速2800r/min磨浆机中,10min后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料;(2)向丁香油中加入蓖麻子、无患子和山苍子,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,过滤,待滤液冷却至室温后加入羧甲基壳聚糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,混合均匀,即得浆料;(3)向所制浆料中加入粉料、炉甘石粉、芥子油和冰片,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,即得复合杀菌剂。
