本发明公开了一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法,包括以下方法:(1)加强栽培管理。控制好肥水,不偏施氮肥,不使园地土壤过分干旱,合理疏花、疏叶;(2)清除初染源:坚持每年秋季清扫果园、苗圃,刨树盘,耕翻树行间,铲除自生根蘗及野生苗,烧毁病株、病果、病叶要求及时彻底清除;(3)生物农药防治。所述生物农药由胡椒种子、七叶一枝花根茎、山萘根茎、荜茇果穗、两面针果实制成。田间试验证明,防治效果均在80%以上。

一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种果树病害的防治方法,尤其涉及一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法。
背景技术
山楂白粉病发生初期,叶两面产生白色粉状斑,严重时白粉覆盖整个叶片,表面长出黑色小粒点,即病菌闭囊壳。新梢染病初生粉红色病斑,后期病部布满白粉,新梢生长衰弱或节间缩短,其上叶片扭曲纵卷,严重的枯死。幼果染病果面覆盖一层白色粉状物,病部硬化、龟裂,导致畸形,果实近成熟期受害,产生红褐色病斑,果面粗糙。
目前,我国在山楂白粉病的防治中,化学防治仍占主导地位,对山楂果实和栽培环境造成了不同程度的污染,危害人们的身体健康。因此,推行生态防治与生物防治相结合的无残毒、无污染、无公害的防治新技术越来越受到人们的重视。从植物中寻找杀菌抑菌活性物质是开发无公害新型杀菌剂的一条有效途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治效果显著、无农药残留、无环境污染的生物防治方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该山楂白粉病的防治方法包括以下内容:
(1)加强栽培管理。控制好肥水,不偏施氮肥,不使园地土壤过分干旱,合理疏花、疏叶。
(2)清除初染源:坚持每年秋季清扫果园、苗圃,刨树盘,耕翻树行间,铲除自生根蘗及野生苗,烧毁病株、病果、病叶要求及时彻底清除。
(3)生物农药防治:使用本发明所述的生物农药防治,所述生物农药是由以下重量份的中药制成:胡椒种子10-16份、七叶一枝花根茎10-16份、山萘根茎8-12份、荜茇果穗8-12份、两面针果实8-12份。
优选的:胡椒种子13份、七叶一枝花根茎13份、山萘根茎10份、荜茇果穗10份、两面针果实10份。
制备方法:按传统的丙酮提取法提取。
田间试验:
 除了在山楂白粉病的防治措施前2项外,主要采用本生物农药加以防治。生物农药的制备:称取胡椒种子130克、七叶一枝花根茎130克、山萘根茎100克、荜茇果穗100克、两面针果实100克。过60目筛后混匀,用丙酮提取3次,提取时间分别为48、24、24小时, 滤液合并,并在50℃下用旋转蒸发仪浓缩定容至浓度为900mg/mL,即得本生物农药,然后将本生物农药分别稀释200倍、300倍、400倍,以20%三唑酮乳油2000倍液与清水作对照,对山楂白粉病进行田间药效试验,以更好地说明本发明的有益效果,试验结果如下表1 所示。
试验地位于临沂市沂南县山楂示范园,已发白粉病,试验前7天及试验过程中未施用其他农药。试验地土质中等,肥水中等,管理一致。试验期间温度在25~30摄氏度,平均温度28摄氏度;本田间试验中设20%三唑酮乳油2000倍液;本生物农药的200倍液、300倍液、400倍液;清水(CK)。共5个处理。每个处理重复3次,共15个处理小区,每处理小区按照表1所列的药剂配制,选择长势和发病基本一致的田块于山楂白粉病始发期第1次用药,此后隔7d用药1次,连续2次,使用背负式喷雾器,药液量标准为30kg/亩,叶片和茎部受药均匀,避免药液漂移。第一次施药后间隔7天后施第二次药,共施药两次。于每次施药后第7天下午统一调查山楂白粉病病情、病斑面积,计算病情指数、防治效果。查时每小区均匀固定3点,每点2株,共6株。
药效标准:病斑分级标准如下。叶、果实发病程度分为5级,山楂白粉病严重度分级标准:0级:叶、果实无病斑;1级:病斑占叶、果实面积的5%以下;2级:病斑占叶、果实面积的6%~10%;3级:病斑占叶、果实面积的11%~25%;4级:病斑占叶、果实面积的26%~50%;5级:病斑占叶、果实面积的50%以上。病指和防治效果按以下公式计算:

总结表1试验结果可以得出,两次施药后,生物农药对山楂白粉病的防治效果均在80%以上,效果明显,并高于20%三唑酮乳油2000倍液。生物农药3个不同剂量的处理对山楂白粉病的防治效果随着施药次数的增加呈上升趋势,且药剂持效时间长。实验期间观察,生物农药对山楂树无药害,安全性好。上述结果表明本发明所述生物农药在防治山楂白粉病方面效果显著。
具体实施方式
(1)加强栽培管理。控制好肥水,不偏施氮肥,不使园地土壤过分干旱,合理疏花、疏叶。
(2)清除初侵染源:坚持每年秋季清扫果园、苗圃,刨树盘,耕翻树行间,铲除自生根蘗及野生苗,烧毁病株、病果、病叶要求及时彻底清除。
(3)生物农药防治:所述药剂防治是指使用本发明的生物农药加以防治,方法是按以下重量分别称取胡椒种子130克、七叶一枝花根茎130克、山萘根茎100克、荜茇果穗100克、两面针果实100克。过60目筛后混匀,用丙酮提取3次,提取时间分别为48、24、24小时, 滤液合并,并在50℃下用旋转蒸发仪浓缩定容至浓度为900mg/mL,即得本生物农药,然后置于4 ℃冰箱中保存备用。

1.一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法,其特征在于包括以下方法:(1)加强栽培管理。
2.控制好肥水,不偏施氮肥,不使园地土壤过分干旱,合理疏花、疏叶;(2)清除初染源:坚持每年秋季清扫果园、苗圃,刨树盘,耕翻树行间,铲除自生根蘗及野生苗,烧毁病株、病果、病叶要求及时彻底清除;(3)生物农药防治。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法,其特征在于所述生物农药是由以下重量份的中药制成:胡椒种子10-16份、七叶一枝花根茎10-16份、山萘根茎8-12份、荜茇果穗8-12份、两面针果实8-12份。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种山楂白粉病的生物防治方法,其特征在于所述生物农药是由以下重量份的中药制成:胡椒种子13份、七叶一枝花根茎13份、山萘根茎10份、荜茇果穗10份、两面针果实10份。
