Abstract

本发明公开了一种小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂,涉及种子处理技术领域,本发明所制早稻稻种拌种剂使用时只需将拌种剂加适量水混合后均匀包裹在稻种表面,即可进行撒播,使稻种均匀沉降到土壤上,防止稻种在跑马水时被水带走;然后在水的浸润下拌种剂从稻种上剥离,以保证稻种正常发芽;同时拌种剂中所含药物成分能对稻种起到消毒杀菌作用,防止稻种自身所含病菌影响稻种发芽,从而提高稻种发芽率。

一种小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及种子处理技术领域,具体涉及一种小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂。
背景技术:
为了提高土地利用率,部分地区进行小麦套种早稻。在小麦快要收割前,向麦田撒播稻种,并跑马水使稻种沉降到土壤上,待小麦收割后再次灌水进行早稻培育。由于稻种质轻,很容易在跑马水时被水带走或聚集在一片,从而为后续培育增加间苗和补苗的工作量。针对这一情况,我们开发出一种小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂,该拌种剂在稻种拌种时能均匀包裹在稻种表面,形成具有一定质量的球状颗粒,使稻种在撒播后能均匀沉降到土壤上,随后在水的浸润下拌种剂从稻种上剥落,从而不影响稻种的正常发芽。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种利于促进稻种沉降到土壤上,并在水的浸润下能从稻种上剥落且同时能对稻种进行杀菌消毒处理的小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
松针土25-30份、荷塘泥15-20份、秸秆干粉10-15份、椰糠10-15份、甘蔗渣10-15份、樒树叶10-15份、樟树叶10-15份、水溶性壳聚糖8-12份、豆渣6-10份、砻糠灰5-8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-8份、茶枯粉4-7份、紫苏叶4-7份、火山灰3-5份、沸石粉3-5份、腐殖酸尿素3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、无患子2-3份、韭菜籽1-2份、腐植酸钠1-2份、芒硝0.5-1份、炉甘石粉0.5-1份;所述松针土和荷塘泥的含水量在45-55%,甘蔗渣和豆渣的含水量在5-10%。
其制备方法为:先将樒树叶、樟树叶和紫苏叶送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后与无患子和韭菜籽一并研磨成粉末,再加入松针土、荷塘泥、秸秆干粉、椰糠、甘蔗渣、豆渣、砻糠灰和茶枯粉,混合均匀后于0-5℃静置8h,最后加入水溶性壳聚糖、羟丙基甲基纤维素、火山灰、沸石粉、腐殖酸尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、腐植酸钠、芒硝和炉甘石粉,研磨使其充分混合均匀。

具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
先将12份樒树叶、10份樟树叶和5份紫苏叶送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后与2份无患子和1份韭菜籽一并研磨成粉末,再加入25份松针土、20份荷塘泥、12份秸秆干粉、10份椰糠、10份甘蔗渣、8份豆渣、7份砻糠灰和4份茶枯粉,混合均匀后于0-5℃静置8h,最后加入10份水溶性壳聚糖、8份羟丙基甲基纤维素、3份火山灰、3份沸石粉、3份腐殖酸尿素、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1份腐植酸钠、0.5份芒硝和0.5份炉甘石粉,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
其中,松针土和荷塘泥的含水量在45-55%,甘蔗渣和豆渣的含水量在5-10%。
实施例2
先将15份樒树叶、12份樟树叶和4份紫苏叶送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后与2份无患子和2份韭菜籽一并研磨成粉末,再加入30份松针土、15份荷塘泥、15份秸秆干粉、15份椰糠、10份甘蔗渣、6份豆渣、5份砻糠灰和5份茶枯粉,混合均匀后于0-5℃静置8h,最后加入12份水溶性壳聚糖、5份羟丙基甲基纤维素、5份火山灰、4份沸石粉、3份腐殖酸尿素、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1份腐植酸钠、1份芒硝和0.5份炉甘石粉,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
其中,松针土和荷塘泥的含水量在45-55%,甘蔗渣和豆渣的含水量在5-10%。

松针土25-30份、荷塘泥15-20份、秸秆干粉10-15份、椰糠10-15份、甘蔗渣10-15份、樒树叶10-15份、樟树叶10-15份、水溶性壳聚糖8-12份、豆渣6-10份、砻糠灰5-8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-8份、茶枯粉4-7份、紫苏叶4-7份、火山灰3-5份、沸石粉3-5份、腐殖酸尿素3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、无患子2-3份、韭菜籽1-2份、腐植酸钠1-2份、芒硝0.5-1份、炉甘石粉0.5-1份;所述松针土和荷塘泥的含水量在45-55%,甘蔗渣和豆渣的含水量在5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小麦套种早稻用稻种撒播拌种剂,其特征在于,其制备方法为:先将樒树叶、樟树叶和紫苏叶送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后与无患子和韭菜籽一并研磨成粉末,再加入松针土、荷塘泥、秸秆干粉、椰糠、甘蔗渣、豆渣、砻糠灰和茶枯粉,混合均匀后于0-5℃静置8h,最后加入水溶性壳聚糖、羟丙基甲基纤维素、火山灰、沸石粉、腐殖酸尿素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、腐植酸钠、芒硝和炉甘石粉,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
