Abstract

技术领域
本发明从根据权利要求1前序部分所述的用于燃料喷射装置的夹紧件出发。
背景技术
这种夹紧件和这种燃料喷射装置由现有技术、例如由DE102008002122A1已经已知。
在DE102008002122A1中提出的夹紧件例如通过冲压和弯曲制成。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1区别技术特征的用于燃料喷射装置的夹紧件具有的优点是,所述夹紧件具有再次简化的结构并且能够特别简单且低成本地制造。为了制造所述夹紧件,仅需将所使用的线材用极低的耗费加工成具有希望长度的段,并且通过弯曲来加工成根据本发明的形状。
此外,根据本发明的由线材实现的构造确保:所述夹紧件在少的材料投入的情况下具有更高的强度,并且所述夹紧件中的有效应力更均匀地分布到整个部件上。
本发明的扩展方案由从属权利要求和实施例得到。
有利的是,所述夹紧件的底元件能够平放到燃料喷射阀的肩部上,尤其是面式地平放。
有利的是,夹紧弓的贴靠区段能够贴靠在所述燃料分配管路上,尤其是面式地贴靠。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出作为本发明的一个实施例的夹紧件10,该夹紧件10能够是燃料喷射设备的部件,该燃料喷射设备是例如由DE102008002122A1在原则上已知的那种燃料喷射设备并且在此在这方面仅参看其示例性实施方案。

桥接部21各自通过一个弯圆部92a与部分环形的底元件11的一个端部连接并且所述桥接部指向轴向(平行于箭头91c,垂直于底平面)。
倾斜区段22通过弯圆部92b与桥接部21连接,布置在桥接部21的与底元件11对置的一侧上,并且从桥接部21朝一个与所述部分环形的底元件11的开口方向相反地定向的方向(即朝箭头91a的方向)弯折大致60°的角度。
贴靠区段23通过弯圆部92b与倾斜区段22连接,布置在桥接部21的与底元件11对置的一侧上,并且指向一个与所述半环形的底元件11的开口方向相反地定向的方向(即指向箭头91a的方向)。夹紧弓13的贴靠区段23终止该夹紧弓,使得夹紧件10两侧敞开。
夹紧件10由被弯曲的线材90构造,该线材90在该示例中是四棱线材,该四棱线材具有到处都呈方形的横截面。该四棱线材的横截面面积是5.76平方毫米并且该四棱线材由1.4310-优质钢制成。在此,该四棱线材的直的侧棱边沿轴向(箭头91c)地以及与该轴向相反地指向,从而所述夹紧件能够与燃料喷射阀和燃料分配管路面式地形成贴靠。

Claims (9)

1.用于燃料喷射装置的夹紧件,所述燃料喷射装置包括至少一个燃料喷射阀和燃料分配管路,其中,所述夹紧件(10)能够夹紧在所述燃料喷射阀和所述燃料分配管路之间,其中,所述夹紧件(10)具有部分环形的底元件(11),从所述底元件延伸出两个能轴向屈服的夹紧弓(13),其特征在于,所述部分环形的底元件(11)和所述两个能轴向屈服的夹紧弓(13)共同通过唯一一个被弯曲的线材(90)制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述夹紧件(10)的底元件(11)能够平放到所述燃料喷射阀的肩部上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述夹紧弓(13)分别具有至少一个桥接部(21)、倾斜区段(22)和贴靠区段(23)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述夹紧弓(13)的贴靠区段(23)能够贴靠在所述燃料分配管路上。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述夹紧弓(13)的两个贴靠区段(23)终止所述夹紧弓,使得所述夹紧件(10)敞开。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述被弯曲的线材(90)是四棱线材,该四棱线材尤其具有方形横截面。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的夹紧件,其特征在于,所述被弯曲的线材(90)具有1平方毫米到9平方毫米、优选5.76平方毫米的横截面面积。
