Abstract
本发明公开了一种双外圈满球轴承,包括内圈、第一外圈和滚珠,所述内圈和第一外圈对应设置有滚道,其特征在于,所述第一外圈由对称设置的两个半外圈组成,所述两个半外圈通过第二外圈夹紧,所述内圈、第一外圈对应位置设有密封槽,并在密封槽内配套设置有橡胶密封圈,在所述橡胶密封圈的外侧,第二外圈与第一外圈之间,卡紧设置有挡圈,所述挡圈的内侧粘结有与橡胶密封圈抵紧配合的第二橡胶圈,所述橡胶密封圈的内侧设有与第一外圈、内圈抵紧接触的密封唇。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是一种满球轴承。
背景技术
满球轴承能使滚动体在轴承滚道中的排列保持固定距离,防止跑珠,避免滚动体之间互相咬磨,同时使滚动体沿圆周均布化,减少轴承间隙在运转中窜动带来的不利影响;当不使用保持架时,为延长轴承寿命或是加强轴承精度可以选择满珠排列。但是满球轴承滚动体的装填一直是个难题,且满球轴承的密封也是一个需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种易装填、密封好的双外圈满球轴承。本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双外圈满球轴承,包括内圈、第一外圈和滚珠,所述内圈和第一外圈对应设置有滚道,其特征在于,所述第一外圈由对称设置的两个半外圈组成,所述两个半外圈通过第二外圈夹紧,所述内圈、第一外圈对应位置设有密封槽,并在密封槽内配套设置有橡胶密封圈,在所述橡胶密封圈的外侧,第二外圈与第一外圈之间,卡紧设置有挡圈,所述挡圈的内侧粘结有与橡胶密封圈抵紧配合的第二橡胶圈,所述橡胶密封圈的内侧设有与第一外圈、内圈抵紧接触的密封唇。
本发明的技术特征还在于:所述滚道在内圈和外圈上对应设置,滚道整体的剖面按正八边形设置,所述正八边形外切于滚珠的圆周,所述正八边形的一条最长对角线与两个半外圈的接触面重合。
采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明设有设有两个半外圈,方便装填滚珠。本发明的挡圈内侧粘结有第二橡胶圈,可以抵紧橡胶密封圈,且可以防止外部灰尘进入。
2.本发明的橡胶密封圈内侧设有与外圈、内圈抵紧接触的密封唇,可以增强密封性。
3.本发明滚道的设置,使得滚珠在滚道上具有对称的角接触点,可以增加轴承的轴向载荷,同时保证径向载荷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:如图1、图2和图3所示,一种双外圈满球轴承,包括内圈1、第一外圈2和滚珠3,所述内圈1和第一外圈2对应设置有滚道。
为了方便装填滚珠,所述第一外圈2由对称设置的两个半外圈21组合而成。所述两个半外圈21通过第二外圈4夹紧。
所述滚道整体的剖面按正八边形8设置,所述正八边形8外切于滚珠3的圆周,所述正八边形8的一条最长对角线9与两个半外圈的接触面重合。
所述内圈1、第一外圈2对应位置设有密封槽,并在密封槽内配套设置有橡胶密封圈5,所述橡胶密封圈5采用丁晴橡胶材质。
在所述橡胶密封圈5的外侧,第二外圈4与第一外圈2之间,卡紧设置有挡圈6,所述挡圈6一般采用金属材质,以增加强度。所述挡圈6的内侧粘结有与橡胶密封圈5抵紧配合的第二橡胶圈7。为了增加密封可靠性,所述橡胶密封圈5的内侧延伸设有分别与第一外圈2、内圈1抵紧接触的密封唇51、52。
本发明方便滚珠填装,且增加了轴承的轴向载荷,轴承密封性也很好。

1.一种双外圈满球轴承,包括内圈(1)、第一外圈(2)和滚珠(3),所述内圈(1)和第一外圈(2)对应设置有滚道,其特征在于,所述第一外圈(2)由对称设置的两个半外圈(21)组成,所述两个半外圈(21)通过第二外圈(4)夹紧,所述内圈(1)、第一外圈(2)对应位置设有密封槽,并在密封槽内配套设置有橡胶密封圈(5),在所述橡胶密封圈(5)的外侧,第二外圈(4)与第一外圈(2)之间,卡紧设置有挡圈(6),所述挡圈(6)的内侧粘结有与橡胶密封圈(5)抵紧配合的第二橡胶圈(7),所述橡胶密封圈(5)的内侧设有与第一外圈(2)、内圈(1)抵紧接触的密封唇(51、52)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双外圈满球轴承,其特征在于,所述滚道在内圈和外圈上对应设置,滚道整体的剖面按正八边形(8)设置,所述正八边形(8)外切于滚珠(3)的圆周,所述正八边形(8)的一条最长对角线(9)与两个半外圈的接触面重合。
