Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车尾气余热回收方法,属于余热回收技术领域,本发明是使用列管式换热器对汽车尾气余热进行回收,并在排气背压达到限定值后通过溢流阀和旁通排气管排出部分尾气,使排气背压不超过限定值,以保证在高效回收汽车尾气余热的同时不影响汽车正常工作。

一种汽车尾气余热回收方法
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及余热回收技术,特别涉及汽车尾气余热的高效率回收。
背景技术
[0002]汽车尾气所带走热量占燃油燃烧所产生热量的30%—50%,这部分能量被直接排放到大气中,造成了极大的能源浪费;并且其温度可高达300--500°C,具有很高的回收利用价值。
[0003]目前,对汽车废热利用的研究多集中在发动机冷却水,如汽车暖风大多数利用冷却水带出的部分废热。对汽车尾气余热进行回收的主要难题在于:若采用套管式换热器进行余热回收,则由于尾气流速较快,造成余热回收效率低;若采用列管式换热器,为提高余热回收效率必然要降低尾气流速或增大接触面积,则有可能造成发动机排气背压过高,影响到汽车的正常工作。
发明内容
[0004]本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够高效回收汽车尾气余热的方法,并且不影响发动机的正常工作。
[0005]本发明一种汽车尾气余热回收方法,采用如下技术方案:
[0006]①将汽车尾气通入列管式换热器进行换热,所述列管式换热器安装在三元催化器之后、第一消音器之前,尾气走管程,冷却水走壳程,冷却水被加热后外送使用。
[0007]②溢流阀与所述列管式换热器的管程入口相接,当排气背压达到一定值后,所述溢流阀打开,排出部分尾气,使排气背压不超过限制值。
[0008]③旁通排气管与所述溢流阀出口相接,所述旁通排气管与所述列管式换热器并联,从所述溢流阀中排出的尾气进入旁通排气管,所述尾气通过所述旁通排气道排出。
[0009]所述排气背压限制值根据不同汽车的发动机确定。
[0010]本发明在高效率回收尾气余热的同时能够保证发动机排气背压在限定值之内,保证发动机的正常工作。

具体实施方式
[0013]如图1所示,一种汽车尾气余热回收方法,在三元催化器I与第一消音器3之间设置余热回收总成2,所述余热回收总成2包括溢流阀201、列管式换热器202、旁通排气管203。尾气进入所述列管式换热器202进行换热,当排气背压达到限定值后所述溢流阀201打开,部分尾气通过溢流阀201进入所述旁通排气管203,此部分尾气绕过所述列管式换热器202,以保证排气背压在限定值内。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车尾气余热回收方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:①将汽车尾气通入列管式换热器进行换热;②当排气背压达到一定值后溢流阀打开,排出部分尾气;③从所述溢流阀中排出的尾气进入旁通排气道。
2.如权利要求1所述之汽车尾气余热回收方法,其特征在于:所述列管式换热器设置在三元催化器与第一消音器之间,回收汽车尾气余热。
3.如权利要求1所述之汽车尾气余热回收方法,其特征在于:所述溢流阀与所述列管式换热器的管程入口相接,当排气背压达到一定值后所述溢流阀打开,排出部分尾气,使排气背压不超过限制值。
4.如权利要求1所示之汽车尾气余热回收方法,其特征在于:所述旁通排气管与所述溢流阀出口相接,从所述溢流阀中排出的尾气通过所述旁通排气道排出,所述旁通排气管与所述列管式换热器并联。
