Abstract

本发明属于一种两侧端面预埋冲孔金属板条的外墙外保温水泥装饰面板的组装方法,其特征是内配金属或非金属网,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案,且上边缘设适当宽度和深度的凹边;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件;两侧端面为平面或在外侧边缘处设适当高度的凸缘,并预埋冲孔金属板条。所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝为暗键式接缝,并由凹边形成水平向分格缝,竖缝为冲孔金属板条搭接缝,缝内用专用砂浆填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝相同的竖向分格缝。本发明冲孔金属板条平整度好,形状尺寸精确,能很好地适应水泥装饰面板生产工艺要求;冲孔金属板条搭接缝有很好的抗拉强度,能有效防止砂浆接缝开裂和渗漏。

技术领域
本发明属于一种两侧端面预埋冲孔金属板条的外墙外保温水泥装饰面板的组装方法。
背景技术
在申请号为201410624106.9,名称为“采用叠合模箱及钢丝网分离布设成型水泥装饰板的方法”的专利申请文件中,公开了一种四边配钢丝网的水泥装饰面板方案,这个方案在后来实施时发现存在不少问题,如钢丝网平整度不能满足生产成型工艺要求、钢丝网较难在模具中精确预埋定位、模具四边密封不严密导致产生毛边,施工组装时砂浆填缝和勾缝工作量较大等。这些问题不解决,很难实现机械化生产,施工组装也较费工费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用两侧端面预埋冲孔金属板条,及水平接缝改为暗键式接缝,并采用相应的一整套施工组装方法,来解决上述水泥装饰面板在生产和施工中存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板,内配金属或非金属网;外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案,且上边缘设适当宽度和深度的凹边;内侧面为平面或四边高,中间低的槽形;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件(用于与基层墙体锚固连接的金属预埋件),下端面设凹槽;两侧端面为平面或在外侧边缘处设适当高度的凸缘(凸缘高度由竖向分格缝宽度确定),并预埋冲孔金属板条(由冲床冲切加工成型),冲孔金属板条伸出侧端面适当宽度;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝,并形成水平向分格缝;竖缝做法是:伸出侧端面的冲孔金属板条相互搭接,且两层冲孔金属板条的孔眼位置相互对齐,缝(由侧端面和保温板围合形成的缝)内用专用砂浆填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝相同的竖向分格缝,当竖缝为通缝时,在每排板竖缝上端,与凸键平齐位置,设置截面形状与凸键外围形状相同或相近的金属或塑料隔片(用于隔断上下竖缝砂浆,并在该处形成防水构造)。
所述水泥装饰面板是采用以下方法和步骤组装上墙:
1、弹线
对基层墙体进行找平和弹排板分格线,并标出锚固连接点钻孔位置线(即十字线)。
2、钻孔
按钻孔位置线钻好锚栓孔。
3、安装金属支托
用专用锚栓安装位于最底排水泥装饰面板下端的金属支托;金属支托悬臂外端设置朝上,高度适当的折边;金属支托与基层墙体连接面设置硬质塑料垫块,并填充保温薄板(用于阻断金属支托热桥)。
4、安装保温板和水泥装饰面板
按照排板分格线,用专用锚栓和塑料垫管逐块将水泥装饰面板和保温板组装上墙;塑料垫管截面外方内圆,一端设方形小帽,另一端上部设一个圆弧形缺口(用于观看锚栓的锚钉插入锚栓的胀管),无方形小帽的一端顶住基层墙体,有方形小帽的一端顶住水泥装饰面板的金属挂件,保温板填充在由塑料垫管架空形成的空腔内;每一排板组装完毕后,在塑料垫管的圆弧形缺口内注入发泡保温材料(用于断热)。
组装顺序为:竖向逐排从下往上进行,金属支托悬臂外端的折边嵌入最底一排水泥装饰面板的下端面凹槽内;水平向逐块从一端向另一端进行,先逐块将板锚固定位,整排板均锚固定位后,再用专用设备和专用砂浆将各竖缝填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝相同的竖向分格缝;当竖缝为通缝时,每次勾缝后在竖缝上端,与凸键平齐位置,放置金属或塑料隔片。
本发明主要有以下有益效果:
1.冲孔金属板条平整度好,能很好地适应水泥装饰面板生产工艺要求。
2.冲孔金属板条是模具冲切加工而成,形状尺寸精确,有利于生产成型时准确预埋定位,也有利于施工时准确安装定位。
3.水泥装饰面板是采用上模箱和下模箱重叠的叠合模箱成型,冲孔金属板条夹在上、下模箱之间,模具能够封闭严密,不会产生毛边,而钢丝网夹在上、下模箱之间,模具四边不能封闭严密,会产生毛边。
4.采用冲孔金属板条取代钢丝网,起始目的是为了解决水泥装饰面板的机械化生产成型问题。后来在对金属板条搭接缝与钢丝网搭接缝抗拉强度测试对比发现,金属板条搭接缝的抗拉强度是钢丝网搭接缝的两倍以上。设置金属板条搭接缝(或钢丝网搭接缝)的主要目的是提高水泥装饰面板之间砂浆接缝的抗拉强度,防止砂浆接缝开裂和渗漏,并使板与板之间具有一定的整体性。因此采用冲孔金属板条取代钢丝网不仅很好地解决了水泥装饰面板的机械化生产问题,而且还有一个意外收获,就是使板缝抗拉强度这一主要性能指标得到成倍提高。
5.水平接缝采用暗键式接缝,可减少三分之二的砂浆填缝和勾缝工作,节省施工人工费和缩短施工周期,并且暗键式接缝有很好的通透性,可确保外保温系统内部不会产生冷凝水。

具体实施方式
如图1-图13所示用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板,内配金属或非金属网10,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案1,且上边缘设适当宽度和深度的凹边11;内侧面2为平面,上端面设通长凸键3,并按一定间距设置金属挂件4,两侧端面在外侧边缘处设适当高度的凸缘13,并预埋冲孔金属板条8,冲孔金属板条8伸出侧端面适当宽度;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键3嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽5内,构成暗键式接缝6,并形成水平向分格缝12;竖缝做法是:伸出侧端面的冲孔金属板条8相互搭接,且两层冲孔金属板条8的孔眼位置相互对齐,缝(由侧端面和保温板14围合形成的缝)内用专用砂浆填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝12相同的竖向分格缝7,当竖缝为通缝时,在每排板竖缝上端,与凸键3平齐位置,设置截面形状与凸键3外围形状相同或相近的金属或塑料隔片9。
所述水泥装饰面板是采用以下方法和步骤组装上墙:
1、弹线
对基层墙体进行找平和弹排板分格线,并标出锚固连接点钻孔位置线。
2、钻孔
按钻孔位置线钻好锚栓孔。
3、安装金属支托
用专用锚栓22安装位于最底排水泥装饰面板下端的金属支托;金属支托悬臂15外端设置朝上,高度适当的折边16;金属支托与基层墙体连接面设置硬质塑料垫块17,并填充保温薄板18。
4、安装保温板和水泥装饰面板
按照排板分格线,用专用锚栓22和塑料垫管19逐块将水泥装饰面板和保温板14组装上墙;塑料垫管19截面外方内圆,一端设方形小帽20,另一端上部设一个圆弧形缺口21,无方形小帽20的一端顶住基层墙体,有方形小帽20的一端顶住水泥装饰面板的金属挂件4,保温板14填充在由塑料垫管19架空形成的空腔内;每一排板组装完毕后,在塑料垫管19的圆弧形缺口21内注入发泡保温材料。
组装顺序为:竖向逐排从下往上进行,金属支托悬臂15外端的折边16嵌入最底一排水泥装饰面板的下端面凹槽5内;水平向逐块从一端向另一端进行,先逐块将板锚固定位,整排板均锚固定位后,再用专用设备和专用砂浆将各竖缝填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝12相同的竖向分格缝7;当竖缝为通缝时,每次勾缝后在竖缝上端,与凸键3平齐位置,放置金属或塑料隔片9。

1.一种用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板的组装方法,其特征是内配金属或非金属网,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案,且上边缘设适当宽度和深度的凹边;内侧面为平面或四边高,中间低的槽形;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件,下端面设凹槽;两侧端面为平面或在外侧边缘处设适当高度的凸缘,并预埋冲孔金属板条,冲孔金属板条伸出侧端面适当宽度;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝,并形成水平向分格缝;竖缝做法是:伸出侧端面的冲孔金属板条相互搭接,且两层冲孔金属板条的孔眼位置相互对齐,缝内用专用砂浆填嵌密实,并勾成深度与水平向分格缝相同的竖向分格缝,当竖缝为通缝时,在每排板竖缝上端,与凸键平齐位置,设置截面形状与凸键外围形状相同的金属或塑料隔片;
