本发明公开了一种高耐油阀门涂料及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:松香树脂3050份、聚酰胺树脂2030份、炭黑35份、黄麻纤维57份、莱茵蜡23份、硅酸铝棉13份、羟丙基淀粉醚810份、乙酰乙酸乙酯58份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.61.2份、三氧化二铝23份、环氧大豆油34份、纳米陶土4050份、纳米重晶石粉1020份、改性树木灰烬35份。本发明的高耐油阀门涂料,具有附着力强、高耐油防污特性,涂覆在阀门表面后对阀门具有很好的保护作用,可以有效延长阀门的使用寿命,使阀门适应在酸、碱、油等介质中长期工作。

一种高耐油阀门涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种高耐油阀门涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。阀门常应用于石油、化工、冶金等工业领域,由于阀门制备所用的材料常为金属材料,阀门内腔长期与介质接触,受到介质的腐蚀和冲刷,易发生锈蚀,严重影响使用寿命,因此在需要提高阀门的耐磨性的同时,当应用到酸、碱、盐等强腐蚀性介质中时,其耐油、抗腐蚀能力也需要提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高耐油阀门涂料,具有附着力强、高耐油防污特性,涂覆在阀门表面后对阀门具有很好的保护作用,可以有效延长阀门的使用寿命,使阀门适应在酸、碱、油等介质中长期工作。
本发明的另一目的是提供该高耐油阀门涂料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高耐油阀门涂料,其组成原料的重量份为:松香树脂30-50份、聚酰胺树脂20-30份、炭黑3-5份、黄麻纤维5-7份、莱茵蜡2-3份、硅酸铝棉1-3份、羟丙基淀粉醚8-10份、乙酰乙酸乙酯5-8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.6-1.2份、三氧化二铝2-3份、环氧大豆油3-4份、纳米陶土40-50份、纳米重晶石粉10-20份、改性树木灰烬3-5份。
所述的改性树木由以下方法制备:向树木灰烬中加入相当于树木灰烬重量2倍的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、重量3倍的白油,高速3500-3800转/分搅拌30-40分钟后,冷凝回流反应1-2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性树木灰烬。
所述的高耐油阀门涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将松香树脂、聚酰胺树脂、羟丙基淀粉醚、乙酰乙酸乙酯加入混合机中,在1000-1300转/分下搅拌10-15min,混合均匀;
(2)再按上述重量份比例向步骤(1)的混料中依次加入硅酸铝棉、二月桂酸二丁基锡、纳米陶土、纳米重晶石粉、改性树木灰烬在2000-2500转/分下搅拌30-35min,混合均匀后研制细度至50-60um;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入剩下的原料,在600-800转/分下搅拌30-35min,分散搅匀后即得。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过添加纳米陶、纳米重晶石粉、改性树木灰烬和其他助剂,同时通过配方调整,明显改善涂料的耐油性和阻燃性,制备的阀门涂料具有附着力强、高耐油防污特性,涂覆在阀门表面后对阀门具有很好的保护作用,可以有效延长阀门的使用寿命,使阀门适应在酸、碱、油等介质中长期工作。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种高耐油阀门涂料,其组成原料的重量份为:松香树脂40份、聚酰胺树脂25份、炭黑5份、黄麻纤维6份、莱茵蜡3份、硅酸铝棉2份、羟丙基淀粉醚10份、乙酰乙酸乙酯6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8份、三氧化二铝3份、环氧大豆油3份、纳米陶土45份、纳米重晶石粉15份、改性树木灰烬5份。
所述的改性树木由以下方法制备:向树木灰烬中加入相当于树木灰烬重量2倍的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、重量3倍的白油,高速3800转/分搅拌35分钟后,冷凝回流反应2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性树木灰烬。
所述的高耐油阀门涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将松香树脂、聚酰胺树脂、羟丙基淀粉醚、乙酰乙酸乙酯加入混合机中,在1200转/分下搅拌15min,混合均匀;
(2)再按上述重量份比例向步骤(1)的混料中依次加入硅酸铝棉、二月桂酸二丁基锡、纳米陶土、纳米重晶石粉、改性树木灰烬在2500转/分下搅拌35min,混合均匀后研制细度至60um;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入剩下的原料,在800转/分下搅拌35min,分散搅匀后即得。
本实施例1的阀门涂料的性能检测结果如下表所示:
由上述结果可知,本发明的阀门涂料综合性能优良。

1.一种高耐油阀门涂料,其特征在于:其组成原料的重量份为:松香树脂30-50份、聚酰胺树脂20-30份、炭黑3-5份、黄麻纤维5-7份、莱茵蜡2-3份、硅酸铝棉1-3份、羟丙基淀粉醚8-10份、乙酰乙酸乙酯5-8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.6-1.2份、三氧化二铝2-3份、环氧大豆油3-4份、纳米陶土40-50份、纳米重晶石粉10-20份、改性树木灰烬3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐油阀门涂料,其特征在于:所述的改性树木由以下方法制备:向树木灰烬中加入相当于树木灰烬重量2倍的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、重量3倍的白油,高速3500-3800转/分搅拌30-40分钟后,冷凝回流反应1-2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性树木灰烬。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的高耐油阀门涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将松香树脂、聚酰胺树脂、羟丙基淀粉醚、乙酰乙酸乙酯加入混合机中,在1000-1300转/分下搅拌10-15min,混合均匀;
(2)再按上述重量份比例向步骤(1)的混料中依次加入硅酸铝棉、二月桂酸二丁基锡、纳米陶土、纳米重晶石粉、改性树木灰烬在2000-2500转/分下搅拌30-35min,混合均匀后研制细度至50-60um;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入剩下的原料,在600-800转/分下搅拌30-35min,分散搅匀后即得。
