本发明涉及一种锅炉用吊装装置，属于机械技术领域。所述座板上设置有呈圆形结构的凹槽，所述凹槽的四周设置有多个可以伸缩的挡块，所述座板的上端设置有呈L型结构的吊杆，所述吊杆上设置有移动滑轨，所述移动滑轨上设置有可以上下收缩的吊带，所述吊杆上设置有多个应力传感器，所述吊带上设置有重力传感器，所述座板的右侧设置有控制装置，所述控制装置上设置有多个控制按钮。与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处是：在吊杆上设置移动滑轨，在移动滑轨上设置吊带，用吊带将锅炉吊起并放置到座板的凹槽上，当锅炉的体积较小时，可以通过进料板将锅炉移动到凹槽里，本发明结构简单，操作方便，成本较低。

本发明涉及一种锅炉用吊装装置，属于机械技术领域。
背景技术：
锅炉是日常生产和生活中常用的一种设备，锅炉由于其体积较大，在运输和安装过程中比较麻烦，特别是在安装过程中，需要将锅炉吊装在合适的位置，现有的吊装方法是用吊车或者厂方内部设置的行车进行吊装，然而吊车由于其体积较大不太容易开到狭窄的地方，而行车一般都是设置在厂房内，而厂房外部是没有行车的，当在厂房外部或者狭小的空间里安装锅炉时，都是用人工进行搬运的，这种方法既费时又费力，且具有一定的安全隐患，所以行业中需要一种锅炉用吊装装置，以解决行业中面临的问题。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种锅炉用吊装装置，以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种锅炉用吊装装置，设置有座板，所述座板的底部设置有多个滚轮，所述座板呈矩形结构，所述座板上设置有呈圆形结构的凹槽。
所述凹槽的四周设置有多个可以伸缩的挡块，所述座板的上端设置有呈L型结构的吊杆，所述吊杆上设置有移动滑轨。
所述移动滑轨上设置有可以上下收缩的吊带，所述吊杆上设置有多个应力传感器，所述吊带上设置有重力传感器。
所述座板的前端设置有呈三角形结构的进料板，所述座板的右侧设置有控制装置，所述控制装置上设置有多个控制按钮。
作为优选，所述应力传感器的数量至少为十三个。
作为优选，所述重力传感器的数量至少为一个。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处是：在吊杆上设置移动滑轨，在移动滑轨上设置吊带，用吊带将锅炉吊起并放置到座板的凹槽上，当锅炉的体积较小时，可以通过进料板将锅炉移动到凹槽里，本发明结构简单，操作方便，成本较低。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：根据图1和图2所示的一种锅炉用吊装装置，设置有座板1，所述座板1的底部设置有多个滚轮2，所述座板1呈矩形结构。
所述座板1上设置有呈圆形结构的凹槽3，所述凹槽3的四周设置有多个可以伸缩的挡块4，所述座板1的上端设置有呈L型结构的吊杆5。
所述吊杆5上设置有移动滑轨6，所述移动滑轨6上设置有可以上下收缩的吊带7，所述吊杆5上设置有多个应力传感器8。
所述吊带7上设置有重力传感器9，所述座板1的前端设置有呈三角形结构的进料板10。
所述座板的右侧设置有控制装置，所述控制装置上设置有多个控制按钮。
所述应力传感器8的数量至少为十三个。
所述重力传感器9的数量至少为一个。
使用时，设置有座板1，在座板1的底部设置有多个滚轮2，先通过滚轮2将设备运到指定位置，然后通过吊带7将锅炉吊起来，吊带7就会沿着移动滑轨6左右移动，通过移动滑轨6将锅炉移动到座板1上的凹槽3里，然后将挡块4升起来将锅炉固定住即可，要将锅炉放置到设定的位置时，将设备运到指定位置，然后将挡块4收缩回去，通过吊带7将锅炉吊起，并通过移动滑轨6左右移动锅炉，并将锅炉放置到合适位置即可，从而解决了锅炉吊装的问题，取代了传统的用行车或者吊车吊装锅炉的方法。

1.一种锅炉用吊装装置，其特征在于：设置有座板（1），所述座板（1）的底部设置有多个滚轮（2），所述座板（1）呈矩形结构，所述座板（1）上设置有呈圆形结构的凹槽（3），所述凹槽（3）的四周设置有多个可以伸缩的挡块（4），所述座板（1）的上端设置有呈L型结构的吊杆（5），所述吊杆（5）上设置有移动滑轨（6），所述移动滑轨（6）上设置有可以上下收缩的吊带（7），所述吊杆（5）上设置有多个应力传感器（8），所述吊带（7）上设置有重力传感器（9），所述座板（1）的前端设置有呈三角形结构的进料板（10），所述座板的右侧设置有控制装置，所述控制装置上设置有多个控制按钮。
