本发明涉及一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：炒白术318份、苍术318份、柴胡110份、羌活318份、防风110份、升麻110份、陈皮318份、葛根318份、神曲110份、猪苓318份、泽泻318份。本发明的中药组合物具有散风除热、利水消肿、涩肠止泻、补脾益气、降逆止呕的功效，其治疗慢性腹泻疗效显著，作用可靠。其各组分药源广、配制简便、药性平和、无毒副作用。

一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物。
背景技术
慢性腹泻为内科常见病，可由急性腹泻转变而来，也可见于过敏性肠炎、非特异性结肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合症、肠道肿瘤、吸收不良综合症等肠道疾病，或为某些其他脏器疾病的肠道表现。该病往往病程较长，反复发作，时轻时重，现代医学多给予病因治疗及对症支持治疗。但有时疗效不佳，不易治愈。若遇寒受凉，饮食不慎，或神智变化均可使病情加重。因此给患者及其家人带来不少烦恼。中医认为，慢性腹泻系因感受外邪，或饮食内伤，致脾失健运，传导失司所致，发病机理有寒湿困脾、肠道湿热、食滞胃肠、肝气郁滞、脾气亏虚、肾阳亏虚。
根据中医理论，针对慢性腹泻的发病机理，以温阳益气、清热解毒、收敛扶正为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术中慢性腹泻患者对西药存在着只能暂时症状及治疗效果不理想的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：黄芪3-18份、薏苡仁3-18份、党参3-18份、茯苓3-18份、血余炭3-15份、赤石脂3-18份、白芍3-15份、白术碳3-15份、陈皮炭1-10份、柴胡1-10份、厚朴1-10份、黄连1-10份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：黄芪10份、薏苡仁10份、党参10份、茯苓10份、血余炭9份、赤石脂10份、白芍9份、白术碳9份、陈皮炭6份、柴胡6份、厚朴6份、黄连6份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：黄芪具有益气固表、补肺健脾、敛汗固脱、驱风运毒的功效；薏苡仁具有健脾、补肺、清热的功效；党参具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；血余炭具有消瘀、止血、利小便的功效；赤石脂具有涩肠、收敛止血、收湿敛疮、生肌的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；白术炭具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎的功效；陈皮炭具有理气健脾、调中利水、燥湿化痰的功效；柴胡具有疏散退热、升阳舒肝的功效；厚朴具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘的功效；黄连具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏散风除热、利水消肿、涩肠止泻、补脾益气、降逆止呕之功效，从而对慢性腹泻的治疗达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达90%，治愈率达55%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪10g、薏苡仁10g、党参10g、茯苓10g、血余炭9g、赤石脂10g、白芍9g、白术碳9g、陈皮炭6g、柴胡6g、厚朴6g、黄连6g。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪3g、薏苡仁14g、党参6g、茯苓18g、血余炭3g、赤石脂6g、白芍12g、白术碳6g、陈皮炭10g、柴胡1g、厚朴8g、黄连3g。
实施例3
一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪14g、薏苡仁3g、党参18g、茯苓6g、血余炭12g、赤石脂3g、白芍6g、白术碳12g、陈皮炭1g、柴胡8g、厚朴1g、黄连10g。
实施例4
一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪18g、薏苡仁6g、党参14g、茯苓3g、血余炭15g、赤石脂14g、白芍15g、白术碳3g、陈皮炭6g、柴胡10g、厚朴3g、黄连8g。
实施例5
一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成: 黄芪6g、薏苡仁18g、党参3g、茯苓14g、血余炭6g、赤石脂18g、白芍3g、白术碳15g、陈皮炭8g、柴胡3g、厚朴10g、黄连1g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物均按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗慢性腹泻的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例60例，其中男26例，女34例，年龄18～64岁。
二、诊断标准：
（1）大便稀薄或如水样，次数增多，可伴腹胀腹痛症状；
（2）慢性久泄起病缓慢，病程较长，反复发作，时轻时重；
（3）饮食不当，受寒凉或情绪变化可诱发；
（4）必要时作X线钡剂灌肠或纤维肠镜检查。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，将本发明组合物中的组分采用水煎两遍取药汁约250ml，一日一剂，分早、晚两次服用。服药期间忌辛辣、油腻之品。
四、疗效标准：
（1)治愈：大便正常，其他症状消失，临床检验正常；
（2)显效：大便次数明显减少，其他症状改善；
（3)有效：大便稀或成水样，但大便次数及量较治疗前有所好转；
（4)无效：治疗后症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1－6个疗程，痊愈33例，显效10例，有效11例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
李某，女，42岁。主诉小腹疼痛，大便质软带有白色粘冻，每日2-3次，病延两月有余，体形消瘦，反复发作，服用多种药物均无效果，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，大便正常，腹痛消失，又服用三个疗程后，完全痊愈。电话随访再未复发。
病例2：
陈某，男，52岁。主诉腹泻4个多月，大便为水样或溏无粘液，一日6-8次，偶尔腹痛。检查上腹B超、肠镜、胃镜，血生化、大便常规均正常，打针、服西药无效。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，症状有所减轻，大便不干不稀，继续巩固治疗4个疗程，大便正常，痊愈。
