Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水65‑75份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10‑15份、月桂醇硫酸酯胺2‑6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑5份、椰油酰胺DEA1‑5份、植物提取物1‑3份、保湿剂3‑7份、氯化钠0.1‑0.3份、香精0.1‑0.2份、DMDM乙内酰脲0.02‑0.04份、牛奶0.2‑0.4份、杀菌剂0.05‑0.08份、PH调节剂0.1‑0.3份。本发明沐浴露配方合理,泡沫丰富、易冲洗、性能温和,保湿剂可有效吸收空气中的水分,为皮肤提供水分,植物提取物可皮肤的干涩、紧绷感、有效抑制瘙痒,并对皮肤有营养滋润作用,能很好的满足消费者的需求,便于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种铁皮石斛沐浴露。
背景技术
沐浴露作为人们日常生活的必需品,供人们沐浴时使用,其特点是可配入各种功能性原料, 通过有效成分的透皮吸收, 改善皮肤的微循环状况, 增强皮肤的抗病和修复能力, 达到清洁皮肤、护理皮肤、促进皮肤健康的多重目的。
随着人们生活水平的提高及工作生活压力的增加,人们对沐浴露的质量也提出了更高的要求,常见的皂基型沐浴露产品的碱性强,洗后皮肤PH值偏高,产生绷紧感,易导致皮肤干涩、粗糙、瘙痒等,无法满足消费者使用需求及化妆品行业的发展趋势。随着日用品的发展,含有植物提取物的沐浴露产品深受消费者喜爱,市场上出现了各种含有不同植物提取物的沐浴露产品,现有的含植物提取物的沐浴露产品,虽然各有其特点,但无法满足不同地区、不同年龄段、不同肤质人群的皮肤保养需要。
铁皮石斛又名黑节草,属气生兰科草本植物。石斛可分为黄草、金钗、马鞭等数十种,铁皮石斛为石斛之极品,它因表皮呈铁绿色而得名。铁皮石斛具有独特的药用价值,具有滋养阴津、增强体质、补益脾胃、护肝利胆、强筋壮骨、促进循环、降低血糖、抑制肿瘤、滋养肌肤、延年益寿等功效。
芦荟自古以来就被当做民间草药,用于治疗外伤、烧伤、胃肠炎、溃疡和过敏性疾病以及美容产品等,其药用价值主要体现在增加体质、杀菌、抗炎、湿润美容、健胃下泄、强心活血、抗肿瘤、解毒、抗衰老、镇痛、镇静、防晒、防臭等功效。
金银花是忍冬科忍冬属植物,自古就有对金银花功效的记载,《神农本草经》中记载:“金银花性寒味甘,具有清热解毒和凉血化瘀之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起疮疡病毒、红肿热痛和便脓血”。清朝《御香缥缈录》一书中记载慈禧太后用金银花洗面,保养肌肤、养颜美容,近年来,对植物原料的开发愈加广泛与成熟,其具有抗菌、抗炎解热、抗氧化等功效。
板蓝根为十字花科植物菘蓝的干燥根,通常在秋季进行采挖,炮制后可入药。 在中国各地均产。板蓝根分为北板蓝根和南板蓝根,北板蓝根来源为十字花科植物菘蓝的根;南板蓝根为爵床科植物马蓝Brem.)的根茎及根。其性寒,味先微甜后苦涩,具有清热解毒、预防感冒、利咽之功效。主要用于治疗温毒发斑、舌绛紫暗、烂喉丹痧等疾病。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种铁皮石斛沐浴露。

所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述保湿剂由甘油、丙二醇、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇组成,各成分的重量百分比为甘油:丙二醇:橄榄油PEG-7酯类:泛醇=4:2:3:1。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述杀菌剂由硝酸镁、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁及甲基异噻唑啉酮组成,各成分的重量百分比为硝酸镁:甲基氯异噻唑啉酮:氯化镁:甲基异噻唑啉酮=1:1:0.5:0.5。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述PH调节剂由柠檬酸、EDTA二钠组成,两者的重量百分比为1:1。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述植物提取物由铁皮石斛提取物、芦荟提取物、金银花提取物、板蓝根提取物组成,各成分的重量百分比为铁皮石斛提取物:芦荟提取物:金银花提取物:板蓝根提取物=1:0.6:0.3:0.2。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述铁皮石斛提取物由以下步骤制得:
1)采摘新鲜的铁皮石斛鲜条,清洗干净后置于无水乙醇中浸泡5-10秒后迅速捞出,摊晾;
2)取晾干后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行切段处理,切成3-5cm长的铁皮石斛小段;
3)收集铁皮石斛小段置于均质机中,往均质机中添加水温为4-7℃的水,铁皮石斛小段与水的重量比为1:10,启动均质机且控制出料细度在200-300μm以下,制得铁皮石斛提取液,将铁皮石斛提取液过滤制得铁皮石斛提取物。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述芦荟提取物采用如下方法制得:将洗净后的成熟的芦荟叶去皮,进行紫外线杀菌5-10分钟后,研磨成浆,浆液中加入2倍量的水,放入到高速分离机中进行固液分离,分离温度保持在8-10℃,滤液静置,取上清液,即得芦荟提取物。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述金银花提取物采用如下方法制得:按重量比例称取金银花、乙醇、纯净水三种原料进行混合得混合物,三者的重量比为金银花:乙醇:纯净水= 1:0.5:8,将混合物于真空条件下浸泡12-24h,然后加热煎煮2-3h,过滤得滤液,滤液脱色后浓缩至原体积的1/10,即得金银花提取物。
所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述板蓝根提取物采用以下方法制得:取干燥后的板蓝根,粉碎后加入10-15倍量的水煎煮5小时,煎煮液过滤后浓缩至浸膏,即得板蓝根提取物。
本发明沐浴露配方合理,泡沫丰富、易冲洗、性能温和,保湿剂甘油、丙二醇、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇的复配,可有效吸收空气中的水分,为皮肤提供足够的水分,杀菌剂的选择可有效起到杀菌抑菌效果,确保皮肤表面的卫生,植物提取物的添加及植物提取物各含量的确定,可有效缓解沐浴后皮肤的干涩、紧绷感、有效抑制瘙痒,并对皮肤有营养滋润作用,长期使用可使皮肤柔嫩,能杀菌抑菌、消炎止痒,对皮疹、痱子有辅助治疗作用,能很好的满足当今消费者对绿色安全产品的需求,便于推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,并给出具体实施方式。
本发明沐浴露的制备方法采用常规制备方法,不再详细描述。
实施例1
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水70.55份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12份、月桂醇硫酸酯胺4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酰胺DEA3份、植物提取物1份、保湿剂5份、氯化钠0.2份、香精0.15份、DMDM乙内酰脲0.03份、牛奶0.3份、杀菌剂0.06份、PH调节剂0.2份。
其中,保湿剂由甘油、丙二醇、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇组成,各成分的重量百分比为甘油:丙二醇:橄榄油PEG-7酯类:泛醇=4:2:3:1;杀菌剂由硝酸镁、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁及甲基异噻唑啉酮组成,各成分的重量百分比为硝酸镁:甲基氯异噻唑啉酮:氯化镁:甲基异噻唑啉酮=1:1:0.5:0.5;PH调节剂由柠檬酸、EDTA二钠组成,两者的重量百分比为1:1;植物提取物由铁皮石斛提取物、芦荟提取物、金银花提取物、板蓝根提取物组成,各成分的重量百分比为铁皮石斛提取物:芦荟提取物:金银花提取物:板蓝根提取物=1:0.6:0.3:0.2。
铁皮石斛提取物由以下步骤制得:
1)采摘新鲜的铁皮石斛鲜条,清洗干净后连置于无水乙醇中浸泡5-10秒后迅速捞出,摊晾;
2)取晾干后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行切段处理,切成3-5cm长的铁皮石斛小段;
3)收集铁皮石斛小段置于均质机中,往均质机中添加水温为4-7℃的水,铁皮石斛小段与水的重量比为1:10,启动均质机且控制出料细度在200-300μm以下,制得铁皮石斛提取液,将铁皮石斛提取液过滤制得铁皮石斛提取物。
芦荟提取物采用如下方法制得:将洗净后的成熟的芦荟叶去皮,进行紫外线杀菌5-10分钟后,研磨成浆,浆液中加入2倍量的水,放入到高速分离机中进行固液分离,分离温度保持在8-10℃,滤液静置,取上清液,即得芦荟提取物。
金银花提取物采用如下方法制得:按重量比例称取金银花、乙醇、纯净水三种原料进行混合得混合物,三者的重量比为金银花:乙醇:纯净水= 1:0.5:8,将混合物于真空条件下浸泡12-24h,然后加热煎煮2-3h,过滤得滤液,滤液脱色后浓缩至原体积的1/10,即得金银花提取物。

实施例2
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水65份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15份、月桂醇硫酸酯胺2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、椰油酰胺DEA1份、植物提取物3份、保湿剂3份、氯化钠0.3份、香精0.1份、DMDM乙内酰脲0.04份、牛奶0.2份、杀菌剂0.08份、PH调节剂0.1份。其他同实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水75份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10份、月桂醇硫酸酯胺6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1份、椰油酰胺DEA5份、植物提取物1份、保湿剂7份、氯化钠0.1份、香精0.2份、DMDM乙内酰脲0.02份、牛奶0.4份、杀菌剂0.05份、PH调节剂0.3份。其他同实施例1相同。
实施例4
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,各配方含量同实施例1,不同之处在于产品中不添加植物提取物。
实施例5
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,各配方含量同实施例1,不同之处在于产品中保湿剂各成分重量百分比不同,具体为甘油:丙二醇:橄榄油PEG-7酯类:泛醇=4:3:2:1。
实施例6
一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,各配方含量同实施例1,不同之处在于产品中杀菌剂各成分重量百分比不同,具体为硝酸镁:甲基氯异噻唑啉酮:氯化镁:甲基异噻唑啉酮=1:1:1:1。
实验例:
选取18-45岁之间健康无皮肤病的女性50名作为测试对象,随机分成A、B、C、D、E五组,每组10人。
测试方法:在两组测试对象的左、右前手臂上确定测试区域,测试区域面积为5cm×5cm;用SKICON 200型皮肤角质层水含量测量仪对两组测试对象测试区域的皮肤水合作用进行测试,用SEM575型皮肤弹性测检仪对两组测试对象测试区域的皮肤弹性进行测试,此测试结果被称为初始值。
A组测试对象使用实施例1配方所制备的沐浴露,B组测试对象使用实施例2所制备的沐浴露,C组测试对象使用实施例3所制备的沐浴露,D组测试对象使用实施例4所制备的沐浴露,E组测试对象使用实施例5所制备的沐浴露,连续使用5天。测试期间要求测试期间要求环境的温度和湿度恒定,温度为20℃±2℃,相对湿度为35%~55%。各组测试对象连续使用沐浴露5天后,用SKICON200型皮肤角质层水含量测量仪对各组测试对象测试区域的皮肤水合作用进行测试,用SEM575型皮肤弹性测检仪对各组测试对象测试区域的皮肤弹性进行测试,此测试结果被称为试验值。
试验结果:各组试验值与初始值相比
A组、B组、C组、D组、E组的受试者皮肤平均电容增加依次为15%、13%、12%、1.3%、8%;
A组、B组、C组、D组、E组的受试者皮肤平均弹性增加依次为7.5%、7.1%、7.2%、0.2%、4.3%;
A组、B组、C组、D组、E组的受试者皮肤紧实性增加依次为5.6%、5.3%、4.9%、0.3%、3.7%;
上述试验结果表明,本发明配方制备的沐浴露营养与保湿功能明显优于未含本发明所述植物提取物的沐浴露,且相同配方的沐浴露,保湿剂各成分配比与本发明所述保湿剂的配比不同,其保湿功能也弱于本发明配方制备的沐浴露,使用本发明所述沐浴液,可增强皮肤营养,对受损皮肤进行修复、增强皮肤的紧实度和弹性。
实施例1-3制备的沐浴露的理化指标:
分别将实施例1-3配方制备的沐浴露封装与透明化妆品瓶中,于4℃冰箱冷藏一个与观察均无分层现象,于55℃的恒温箱内放置24小时,各沐浴露均无分层乳化变味等现象;将实施例1-3配方制备的沐浴露分别封装于具塞试管中3000r/min 离心20min,均无分层现象;将实施例1-3配方制备的沐浴露置于化妆品瓶中,室温静置考察6个月,无分层现象,用后感觉无变化,气味无变化。
刺激性试验、过敏性试验:小白鼠背部剪去毛,分别涂抹按实施例1-3制备的沐浴露于剪去毛的部位,和没涂部位进行比较,结果没有刺激性和过敏反应;取2克实施例1配方制备的沐浴露涂于志愿者(18-45岁,300 人) 手面上,过30分钟后观察,均没出现发红、发疹、起泡现象。
自由基清除作用实验:
按实施例1-6配方制备的沐浴液分别取1g,分别加蒸馏水40mL,稀释备用。分别取稀释液2ml及浓度为100μmol/l 二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)溶液2ml,先后加入同一具塞试管中,摇匀;室温下静置30min,于517nm波长下测定样品的吸光度。抑制率:K%=[1-(Ai-Aj)/Ac]×100%;Ai :2mlDPPH 溶液+2ml 稀释液的吸光度;Aj :2ml稀释液+2ml溶剂的吸光度;Ac :2mlDPPH溶液+2ml溶剂的吸光度。
抗紫外线性能测定:按实施例1-6配方制备的沐浴液分别取1g,分别加蒸馏水40mL,稀释备用。分别在280-400nm波长范围内,每隔10nm进行扫描,确定各波长下沐浴液稀释液的透光率,计算波长范围内的平均吸收率。
抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中酪氨酸酶活力的实验:按实施例1-6配方制备的沐浴液分别取1g,分别加蒸馏水40mL,稀释备用。将B16 黑色素细胞接种于96 孔板中,每孔100μl,置培养箱中培养育24h后,添加沐浴液稀释液。药物作用3d后,弃去上消液,用pH6.8聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)冲洗两遍,每孔加90μl含1% ( 体积分数)TritonX-100 的PBS。冰浴中超声破碎,每孔加10μl 10mmol/L的L-多巴(L-dopa),37℃孵育60min,于475nm处比色,空白孔调零,测各孔吸光度值。
抑制率%=(1-药物组平均吸光度值÷对照组平均吸光度值)×100%

从表1可以看出,本发明配方制备的沐浴露具有清除自由基、对抗紫外线、抑制酪氨酸酶火灵、抑制黑色素的合成功效,同时说明本发明配方制备的沐浴露具有美白作用,不含本发明配方的植物提取物,其各方面抑制率均差于含有植物提取物的抑制率,同时,杀菌剂及保湿剂不同于本发明配方中各成分配比的,其抑制率均较差。
美白试验:利用实施例1-4配方制备的沐浴露进行试验,选取25-45岁女性200 名,利用紫外线照射器引起皮肤黑色素的沉积。把她们任意等分成A、B、C、D四组,每天早晚各两次用沐浴露洗胳膊,A组使用实施例1配方制备的沐浴露,B组使用实施例2配方制备的沐浴露,C组使用实施例3配方制备的沐浴露,D组使用实施例4配方制备的沐浴露,连续使用两个月。用肉眼观察胳膊上肘的改善来评价美白效果,结果见表2。

1.一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水65-75份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-15份、月桂醇硫酸酯胺2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5份、椰油酰胺DEA1-5份、植物提取物1-3份、保湿剂3-7份、氯化钠0.1-0.3份、香精0.1-0.2份、DMDM乙内酰脲0.02-0.04份、牛奶0.2-0.4份、杀菌剂0.05-0.08份、pH 调节剂0.1-0.3份;所述杀菌剂由硝酸镁、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、氯化镁及甲基异噻唑啉酮组成,各成分的重量百分比为硝酸镁:甲基氯异噻唑啉酮:氯化镁:甲基异噻唑啉酮=1:1:0.5:0.5;所述植物提取物由铁皮石斛提取物、芦荟提取物、金银花提取物、板蓝根提取物组成,各成分的重量百分比为铁皮石斛提取物:芦荟提取物:金银花提取物:板蓝根提取物=1:0.6:0.3:0.2。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述保湿剂由甘油、丙二醇、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇组成,各成分的重量百分比为甘油:丙二醇:橄榄油PEG-7酯类:泛醇=4:2:3:1。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述pH 调节剂由柠檬酸、EDTA二钠组成,两者的重量百分比为1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述铁皮石斛提取物由以下步骤制得:
1)采摘新鲜的铁皮石斛鲜条,清洗干净后置于无水乙醇中浸泡5-10秒后迅速捞出,摊晾;
2)取晾干后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行切段处理,切成3-5cm长的铁皮石斛小段;
3)收集铁皮石斛小段置于均质机中,往均质机中添加水温为4-7℃的水,铁皮石斛小段与水的重量比为1:10,启动均质机且控制出料细度在200-300μm以下,制得铁皮石斛提取液,将铁皮石斛提取液过滤制得铁皮石斛提取物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述芦荟提取物采用如下方法制得:将洗净后的成熟的芦荟叶去皮,进行紫外线杀菌5-10分钟后,研磨成浆,浆液中加入2倍量的水,放入到高速分离机中进行固液分离,分离温度保持在8-10℃,滤液静置,取上清液,即得芦荟提取物。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述金银花提取物采用如下方法制得:按重量比例称取金银花、乙醇、纯净水三种原料进行混合得混合物,三者的重量比为金银花:乙醇:纯净水= 1:0.5:8,将混合物于真空条件下浸泡12-24h,然后加热煎煮2-3h,过滤得滤液,滤液脱色后浓缩至原体积的1/10,即得金银花提取物。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种铁皮石斛沐浴露,其特征在于所述板蓝根提取物采用以下方法制得:取干燥后的板蓝根,粉碎后加入10-15倍量的水煎煮5小时,煎煮液过滤后浓缩至浸膏,即得板蓝根提取物。
