Abstract

本发明属于一种竖缝采用暗槽式柔性密封缝的外墙外保温水泥装饰面板的安装找平方法,其特征是内配金属或非金属网,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件,下端面和两侧端面设凹槽。所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝为暗键式接缝;竖缝为注密封胶和插防漏插板的暗槽式柔性密封缝。本发明的接缝缝隙很小,在接缝处装饰图案可以连续,能表达大幅整体三维图案;暗槽式密封缝的密封胶不受太阳紫外线照射,可大大提高密封胶的使用寿命;暗键式水平缝有很好的通透性。

技术领域
本发明属于一种竖缝为暗槽式柔性密封缝的外墙外保温水泥装饰面板的安装锚固和基层墙面找平方法。
背景技术
申请号为201410623760.8,名称为“预埋挂件且预留钢丝网搭接头的水泥装饰板的成型方法”的专利申请文件描述的水泥装饰板,其板间接缝是采用钢丝网搭接,专用砂浆填缝的刚性接缝,这种接缝通常有2cm左右宽,接缝处装饰图案不能连续,组装不出大幅整体三维图案,饰面艺术表达大大受限,且施工组装时要进行一道砂浆勾缝工序,增加施工人工费和延长工期。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过改变接缝做法,水平缝采用暗键式接缝,竖缝采用暗槽式柔性密封缝,并采用相应的一整套安装锚固和基层墙面找平方法,使接缝缝隙很小,饰面图案能够连续,拓宽饰面表达范围和增强饰面艺术效果,以及免去施工组装时的砂浆勾缝工序。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板,内配金属或非金属网;外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案;内侧面为平面或四边高,中间低的槽形;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件(用于与基层墙体锚固连接的金属预埋件),下端面和两侧端面设凹槽;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝;竖缝做法是:先分别在板侧端面凹槽内注满密封胶,板正对靠紧并锚固定位后,再在两凹槽组成的暗槽内插入金属或塑料防漏插板,构成暗槽式柔性密封缝;插板的板面平行于水泥装饰面板板面,当竖缝为通缝时,上下插板顺水搭接(指搭接方向能防止雨水流入内部)。
所述水泥装饰面板是通过金属挂件及采用专用锚栓和塑料垫管安装锚固上墙,塑料垫管一端顶住基层墙体,另一端顶住金属挂件。
所述水泥装饰面板在安装前,是采用以下方法和步骤对基层墙面进行找平:
1、弹排板分格线
在基层墙面上弹排板分格线,并标出锚固连接点位置线(即十字线)。
2、设找平基准点
在基层墙面两侧边缘处沿垂直向各均匀布设一排膨胀锚栓,垂直向间距不大于括尺(抹灰用的长直括尺)长度;两排膨胀锚栓在水平向相互对齐,并与锚固连接点位置错开;膨胀锚栓的锚钉露出墙面适当长度,用仪器或专用工具在各个锚钉上放出找平基准点。
3、设基准灰饼
在各膨胀锚栓高度位置沿水平向均匀设置金属靠架,金属靠架由支架和水平置于支架两侧悬臂上的靠条组成,靠条上端面与膨胀锚栓的锚钉中心点位于同一高度,靠条两端与支架两侧悬臂螺丝连接,悬臂上开有长孔,松开螺丝时,靠条通过长孔调整与基层墙面的距离;金属靠架用钉或锚栓固定于基层墙面上;金属靠架在垂直向相互对齐,并与锚固连接点对齐;金属靠架水平向间距不大于括尺长度;依据基层墙面两侧锚钉上的找平基准点,用仪器或专用工具校正各金属靠架的靠条位置,将水平向各排金属靠架的靠条外边缘调至位于同一直线,并与两侧找平基准点的连线对齐。
在垂直向每两个金属靠架间抹1-2个基准灰饼,采用长直括尺靠紧上下金属靠架的靠条将基准灰饼括平;基准灰饼在垂直向和水平向整齐排列,相互对齐,基准灰饼的中心点对准锚固连接点。
4、抹找平灰饼
将金属靠架拆除,以基准灰饼为依据在其余各锚固连接点位置抹找平灰饼,再依据找平灰饼完成基层墙面找平;找平灰饼的中心点对准锚固连接点。
本发明主要有以下有益效果:
1.本发明水平缝和竖缝均为柔性接缝,比钢丝网搭接,砂浆填缝的刚性接缝更能适应外墙面热胀冷缩和湿胀干缩的变形。
2.本发明的接缝缝隙很小,在接缝处装饰图案可以连续,能表达大幅整体三维图案,大大拓宽饰面表达范围和增强饰面艺术效果。
3.在施工组装时免去了砂浆勾缝工序,比钢丝网搭接缝方案可节省施工人工费和缩短施工工期。
4.暗槽式密封缝的密封胶不受太阳紫外线照射,可大大提高密封胶的使用寿命,从而整个外保温系统也有较长的使用寿命。
5.暗键式水平缝有很好的通透性,可确保外保温系统内部不会产生冷凝水。
6.本发明的安装找平方法能保证找平的精度要求,从而保证板安装后接缝平顺。

具体实施方式
如图1-图17所示一种用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板,内配金属或非金属网10,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案1,内侧面2为平面,上端面设通长凸键3,并按一定间距设置金属挂件4,下端面和两侧端面设凹槽5;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键3嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽5内,构成暗键式接缝6;竖缝做法是:先分别在板侧端面凹槽5内注满密封胶8,板正对靠紧并锚固定位后,再在两凹槽5组成的暗槽内插入金属或塑料防漏插板9,构成暗槽式柔性密封缝7;插板9的板面平行于水泥装饰面板板面,当竖缝为通缝时,上下插板9顺水搭接。
所述水泥装饰面板是通过金属挂件4及采用专用锚栓12和塑料垫管11安装锚固上墙,塑料垫管11一端顶住基层墙体,另一端顶住金属挂件4。
所述水泥装饰面板在安装前,是采用以下方法和步骤对基层墙面进行找平:
1、弹排板分格线13
在基层墙面上弹排板分格线13,并标出锚固连接点14位置线(即十字线)。
2、设找平基准点15

在各膨胀锚栓高度位置沿水平向均匀设置金属靠架,金属靠架由支架16和水平置于支架两侧悬臂17上的靠条18组成,靠条18上端面与膨胀锚栓的锚钉中心点位于同一高度,靠条18两端与支架16两侧悬臂17螺丝连接,悬臂17上开有长孔,松开螺丝时,靠条18通过长孔调整与基层墙面的距离;金属靠架用钉或锚栓固定于基层墙面上;金属靠架在垂直向相互对齐,并与锚固连接点14对齐;金属靠架水平向间距不大于括尺长度;依据基层墙面两侧锚钉上的找平基准点15,用仪器或专用工具校正各金属靠架的靠条18位置,将水平向各排金属靠架的靠条18外边缘调至位于同一直线,并与两侧找平基准点15的连线对齐。
在垂直向每两个金属靠架间抹1-2个基准灰饼19,采用长直括尺靠紧上下金属靠架的靠条18将基准灰饼19括平;基准灰饼19在垂直向和水平向整齐排列,相互对齐,基准灰饼19的中心点对准锚固连接点14。
4、抹找平灰饼
将金属靠架拆除,以基准灰饼19为依据在其余各锚固连接点14位置抹找平灰饼,再依据找平灰饼完成基层墙面找平;找平灰饼的中心点对准锚固连接点14。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于外墙外保温的水泥装饰面板的安装找平方法,其特征是内配金属或非金属网,外侧面预制有三维立体装饰图案;内侧面为平面或四边高,中间低的槽形;上端面设通长凸键,并按一定间距设置金属挂件,下端面和两侧端面设凹槽;所述水泥装饰面板施工组装时,水平缝做法是:上一排板下端面正对叠合于下一排板上端面上,下一排板上端面的通长凸键嵌入上一排板下端面凹槽内,构成暗键式接缝;竖缝做法是:先分别在板侧端面凹槽内注满密封胶,板正对靠紧并锚固定位后,再在两凹槽组成的暗槽内插入金属或塑料防漏插板,构成暗槽式柔性密封缝;插板的板面平行于水泥装饰面板板面,当竖缝为通缝时,上下插板顺水搭接;
所述水泥装饰面板是通过金属挂件及采用专用锚栓和塑料垫管安装锚固上墙,塑料垫管一端顶住基层墙体,另一端顶住金属挂件;
所述水泥装饰面板在安装前,是采用以下方法和步骤对基层墙面进行找平:
(1)弹排板分格线

在垂直向每两个金属靠架间抹1-2个基准灰饼,采用长直括尺靠紧上下金属靠架的靠条将基准灰饼括平;基准灰饼在垂直向和水平向整齐排列,相互对齐,基准灰饼的中心点对准锚固连接点;
(4)抹找平灰饼
将金属靠架拆除,以基准灰饼为依据在其余各锚固连接点位置抹找平灰饼,再依据找平灰饼完成基层墙面找平;找平灰饼的中心点对准锚固连接点。
