Abstract
本发明公开了一种铸件修补用合金添加剂,涉及铸造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:废机油80100份、有机硅树脂2530份、聚醚醚酮2025份、环氧大豆油1217份、丁腈橡胶1015份、卡拉胶1015份、氢化蓖麻油812份、沸石粉610份、石棉粉58份、微粉石墨35份、硬脂酸镁35份、纳米氧化锆23份、纳米锌粉12份、二苯醚1318份、丙三醇2030份。本发明添加剂与合金混合后即形成铸件修补剂,能有效对铸件进行修补,并且涂覆于铸件缺陷面后能在常温下快速固化,固化时间最长不超过3h,从而缩短生产时间和投入成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种铸件修补用合金添加剂。
背景技术:
无论多么好的铸造技术,总会出现一些令人讨厌的气孔,砂眼等孔洞,这些人们并不喜欢的东西我们统称为铸造缺陷。随着人们对铸件质量要求的提高,铸件修补剂应运而生。铸件修补剂是双组分、胶泥状、室温固化高分子树脂胶,以金属及合金为强化填充剂的聚合金属复合型冷焊修补材料。与金属具有较高的结合强度,并基本可保存颜色一致,具有耐磨抗蚀与耐老化的特性。固化后的材料具有较高的强度,无收缩,可进行各类机械加工。具有抗磨损、耐油、防水、耐各种化学腐蚀等优异性能,同时可耐高温120℃。
目前,市售的铸件修补剂虽然能达到有效修补的目的,但是涂覆后固化时间长,并且需要热源加热,不适合大规模生产。因此,本公司开发出一种铸件修补用合金添加剂,通过在合金中加入该添加剂,以缩短固化时间和实现常温固化。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种缩短固化时间和常温下自行固化的铸件修补用合金添加剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种铸件修补用合金添加剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
废机油80-100份、有机硅树脂25-30份、聚醚醚酮20-25份、环氧大豆油12-17份、丁腈橡胶10-15份、卡拉胶10-15份、氢化蓖麻油8-12份、沸石粉6-10份、石棉粉5-8份、微粉石墨3-5份、硬脂酸镁3-5份、纳米氧化锆2-3份、纳米锌粉1-2份、二苯醚13-18份、丙三醇20-30份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)向废机油中加入有机硅树脂和聚醚醚酮,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入丁腈橡胶、卡拉胶和丙三醇,继续微波处理10min,待温度自然降至50-60℃后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将沸石粉和石棉粉充分混合,先加热至70-80℃保温混合15min,再加入环氧大豆油和微粉石墨,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、氢化蓖麻油、硬脂酸镁、纳米氧化锆、纳米锌粉和二苯醚,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以废机油、有机硅树脂和聚醚醚酮为主要原料,辅以环氧大豆油和丁腈橡胶等多种功能助剂制得铸件修补用合金添加剂,该添加剂与合金混合后即形成铸件修补剂,能有效对铸件进行修补,并且涂覆于铸件缺陷面后能在常温下快速固化,固化时间最长不超过3h,从而缩短生产时间和投入成本。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向90份废机油中加入25份有机硅树脂和25份聚醚醚酮,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入10份丁腈橡胶、10份卡拉胶和20份丙三醇,继续微波处理10min,待温度自然降至50-60℃后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将6份沸石粉和5份石棉粉充分混合,先加热至70-80℃保温混合15min,再加入12份环氧大豆油和3份微粉石墨,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份氢化蓖麻油、5份硬脂酸镁、2份纳米氧化锆、2份纳米锌粉和13份二苯醚,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
实施例2
(1)向100份废机油中加入30份有机硅树脂和20份聚醚醚酮,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入15份丁腈橡胶、12份卡拉胶和30份丙三醇,继续微波处理10min,待温度自然降至50-60℃后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份沸石粉和6份石棉粉充分混合,先加热至70-80℃保温混合15min,再加入15份环氧大豆油和5份微粉石墨,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份氢化蓖麻油、3份硬脂酸镁、3份纳米氧化锆、1份纳米锌粉和15份二苯醚,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。

1.一种铸件修补用合金添加剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
废机油80-100份、有机硅树脂25-30份、聚醚醚酮20-25份、环氧大豆油12-17份、丁腈橡胶10-15份、卡拉胶10-15份、氢化蓖麻油8-12份、沸石粉6-10份、石棉粉5-8份、微粉石墨3-5份、硬脂酸镁3-5份、纳米氧化锆2-3份、纳米锌粉1-2份、二苯醚13-18份、丙三醇20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸件修补用合金添加剂,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)向废机油中加入有机硅树脂和聚醚醚酮,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入丁腈橡胶、卡拉胶和丙三醇,继续微波处理10min,待温度自然降至50-60℃后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将沸石粉和石棉粉充分混合,先加热至70-80℃保温混合15min,再加入环氧大豆油和微粉石墨,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、氢化蓖麻油、硬脂酸镁、纳米氧化锆、纳米锌粉和二苯醚,充分混合后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
