Abstract

一种包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,涉及上胶机技术领域,包括轮组,输送皮带,电机,储胶装置,轮轴,其特征在于:在所述输送皮带上方设置有一对上下彼此相向的上胶滚轮,所述储胶装置出胶孔通过导管连接到两上胶滚轮中心孔,所述导管中间安装有泵体,通过所述泵体将胶体从储胶装置输送到两上胶滚轮中心孔,位于下端的上胶滚轮靠近端部设置有截止阀。通过设置一对位置上、下彼此相向的上胶滚轮,可以实现对包装体进行单面上胶或双面同时上胶,在包装体传至上胶滚轮前,吹除其表面浮灰,可以更有效的进行上胶作业,上完胶的包装体进行滚压处理,能够使的涂覆在上表面的胶体更加均匀。

本发明涉及上胶机技术领域,具体涉及一种包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置。
背景技术
上胶机是纸箱、皮具、鞋业生产的辅助设备之一,主要用于贴合过程中完成上胶工艺,上胶机按照用途的不同分为拉链上胶机、自动纸箱上胶机、白胶上胶机等。传统上胶机在上胶过程中,胶体不能很好的均匀涂覆在被涂覆物上,并且采用的是市场上配制好的胶液,有时会出现胶黏性不好的情况,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种智能化,良品率高的包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,包括轮组、输送皮带、电机、储胶槽和轮轴,所述输送皮带绕所述轮组、轮轴形成一闭合回路,在所述输送皮带上端下侧面固定有一排圆柱形滚轮,用于支撑输送皮带上传送的包装箱,所述电机通过传送带与所述轮轴相连,通过轮轴带动输送皮带转动,进而将输送皮带上的包装箱传至另一端,所述储胶槽有一进胶孔和出胶孔,所述出胶孔通过导管连接到上胶滚轮中心孔,所述导管中间安装有泵体,通过所述泵体将胶体从储胶槽输送到上胶滚轮中心孔。
所述储胶槽内放置有环保胶黏剂,该环保胶黏剂无毒害,无污染,降解性能好,所述环保胶黏剂是由以下重量的组分制成:天然胶120g、钛酸酯偶联剂5g、紫胶30g、高分子树脂乳液30g、溴代二酚基丙烷环氧树脂20g、AKD乳液20g、阳离子淀粉5g、纳米粘土粉5g、丙烯酸正丁酯5g、氨基树脂2g、醋酸乙酯5g、丙稀酸甲酯5g、碳水化合物5g、乳化剂5g;
上述环保胶黏剂的制备方法为:将天然胶、紫胶和溴代二酚基丙烷环氧树脂放入容器中,加热至80℃,在真空度为-0.09MPa环境下混合均匀,再加入纳米粘土粉和氨基树脂均合均匀,然后加入高分子树脂乳液、乳化剂,在真空条件下混合均匀,最后加入AKD乳液、阳离子淀粉、碳水化合物、钛酸酯偶联剂、丙烯酸正丁酯、醋酸乙酯及丙稀酸甲酯混合均匀即可。
所述上胶滚轮靠近端部设置有截止阀,当对包装体进行单面上胶时,关闭所述截止阀,胶体只进入上胶滚轮,当需对包装体进行双面上胶时,打开所述截止阀,胶体就可以同时进入上胶滚轮,中心空,实现双面上胶。
所述储胶槽通过转轴与轮轴连接,所述转轴另一端连接有叶轮并伸入储胶槽中,当所述轮轴随电机转动时带动叶轮转动,可对胶体进行搅拌,避免胶体沉降不均。
所述电机通过联轴器与扇叶连接,所述扇叶设置在圆形外壳中,外壳侧面设置有进风口,圆周上方向设置有出风口,所述出风口通过管道连接到柱形中空滚轮中心空,所述柱形中空滚轮在沿轴线侧面正对包装体方向上设置成排风口,当所述电机转动带动扇叶转动时,可预先对需要上胶的包装体进行吹除表面浮灰的动作,以便更好的进行上胶。
所述上胶滚轮右侧位于所述输送皮带上方设置有一对上下彼此相向的滚轮,当上完胶的包装体传至所述上滚轮时,通过下滚轮的挤压配合,可对包装体表面胶体进行均匀处理,使得涂覆在包装体上的胶体更加均匀。
本发明的有益效果为:通过设置一对位置上、下彼此相向的上胶滚轮,可以实现对包装体进行单面上胶或双面同时上胶,在包装体传至上胶滚轮前,吹除其表面浮灰,可以更有效的进行上胶作业,上完胶的包装体进行滚压处理,能够使的涂覆在上表面的胶体更加均匀。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,包括轮组1,输送皮带2,电机3,储胶槽4,轮轴7,其中输送皮带2、绕轮组1和轮轴7形成一闭合回路,在输送皮带2上端下侧面固定有一排圆柱形滚轮19,用于支撑输送皮带2上传送的包装箱。电机3通过传送带与轮轴7相连,通过轮轴7带动输送皮带2转动,进而将输送皮带2上的包装箱传至另一端。储胶槽4有一进胶孔20和出胶孔21,出胶孔21通过导管10连接到上胶滚轮14,17中心孔。导管10中间安装有泵体11,通过泵体11将胶体从储胶槽4输送到上胶滚轮14,17中心孔。上胶滚轮17靠近端部设置有截止阀18,如图2所示,当对包装体进行单面上胶时,关闭截止阀18,胶体只进入上胶滚轮14,当需对包装体进行双面上胶时,打开截止阀18,胶体就可以同时进入上胶滚轮14,17中心空,实现双面上胶。储胶槽4通过转轴8与轮轴7连接,转轴8另一端连接有叶轮并伸入储胶槽4中,当轮轴7随电机3转动时带动叶轮转动,可对胶体进行搅拌,避免胶体沉降不均。
电机3通过联轴器与扇叶连接,扇叶设置在圆形外壳5中,外壳5侧面设置有进风口,圆周上方向设置有出风口,出风口通过管道6连接到柱形中空滚轮15,16中心空,柱形中空滚轮15,16在沿轴线侧面正对包装体方向上设置成排风口,当电机转动带动扇叶转动时,可预先对需要上胶的包装体进行吹除表面浮灰的动作,以便更好的进行上胶。
上胶滚轮14,17右侧位于所述输送皮带2上方设置有一对上下彼此相向的滚轮12,当上完胶的包装体传至上滚轮12时,通过下滚轮的挤压配合,可对包装体表面胶体进行均匀处理,使得涂覆在包装体上的胶体更加均匀。

1.一种包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,其特征在于,包括轮组、输送皮带、电机、储胶槽和轮轴,所述输送皮带绕所述轮组、轮轴形成一闭合回路,在所述输送皮带上端下侧面固定有一排圆柱形滚轮,用于支撑输送皮带上传送的包装箱,所述电机通过传送带与所述轮轴相连,通过轮轴带动输送皮带转动,进而将输送皮带上的包装箱传至另一端,所述储胶槽有一进胶孔和出胶孔,所述出胶孔通过导管连接到上胶滚轮中心孔,所述导管中间安装有泵体,通过所述泵体将胶体从储胶槽输送到上胶滚轮中心孔;
所述储胶槽内放置有环保胶黏剂,所述环保胶黏剂是由以下重量的组分制成:天然胶120g、钛酸酯偶联剂5g、紫胶30g、高分子树脂乳液30g、溴代二酚基丙烷环氧树脂20g、AKD乳液20g、阳离子淀粉5g、纳米粘土粉5g、丙烯酸正丁酯5g、氨基树脂2g、醋酸乙酯5g、丙稀酸甲酯5g、碳水化合物5g、乳化剂5g;
上述环保胶黏剂的制备方法为:将天然胶、紫胶和溴代二酚基丙烷环氧树脂放入容器中,加热至80℃,在真空度为-0.09MPa环境下混合均匀,再加入纳米粘土粉和氨基树脂均合均匀,然后加入高分子树脂乳液、乳化剂,在真空条件下混合均匀,最后加入AKD乳液、阳离子淀粉、碳水化合物、钛酸酯偶联剂、丙烯酸正丁酯、醋酸乙酯及丙稀酸甲酯混合均匀即可。
2.据权利要求1所述的包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,其特征在于:所述储胶装置通过转轴与所述轮轴连接,所述转轴另一端连接有叶轮并伸入储胶装置中。
3.据权利要求1所述的包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,其特征在于:所述电机通过联轴器与扇叶连接,所述扇叶设置在圆形外壳中,所述外壳侧面设置有进风口,该外壳圆周上方向设置有出风口,所述出风口通过管道连接到柱形中空滚轮中心孔,所述柱形中空滚轮在沿轴线正对包装体方向上设置成排风口。
4.据权利要求1所述的包装箱全自动节能环保上胶装置,其特征在于:所述上胶滚轮右侧位于所述输送皮带上方设置有一对上下彼此相向的滚轮。
