Abstract

本发明属于药物制备技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种茶油外用软膏剂及其制备方法。本发明所述一种茶油外用软膏剂,按质量份计,包括2.5%?15%茶油、7.5%?10%硬脂酸、1.0%?4.0%十六醇、4.0%?6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5%?1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%?1.5%三乙醇胺、0.1%?0.2%尼泊金乙酯、8%?12%甘油、56.9%?68.8%纯化水组成。与现有技术相比,本发明所述的茶油外用软膏剂,附着性好,且易于用水洗除,能有效提高患者用药的顺应性。

Description

一种茶油外用软膏剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于药物制备技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种茶油外用软膏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶油是山茶科植物油茶的成熟种子经压榨取得的脂肪油,《本草纲目》记载:“茶油性偏凉,有凉血、止血、清热、解毒之功效”;茶油含多种有效成分,具有独特的药用价值。《山海经》将其归类为名贵中药,现代《中国中医药大辞典》亦将茶油作为药用油收载。民间常将茶油外用防治蚊虫叮咬,治疗烫伤和烧伤以及体癣、慢性湿疹、婴幼儿尿布湿疹等皮肤病。有研究发现茶油对革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌和真菌有广谱的抗菌活性,能渗透入深层肌肤发挥药效,促进正常代谢。
虽然茶油外用有多种作用,但目前多采用食用茶油直接涂抹的方式,由于油类本身的流动性,涂抹后对用药部位的附着性较弱,附着时间短,透皮吸收不足,从而影响其治疗效果;此外,油类物质易污染患者衣物且不易洗除,影响患者用药的顺应性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种茶油外用软膏剂及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种茶油外用软膏剂,按质量份计,包括2.5%-15%茶油、7.5%-10%硬脂酸、1.0%-4.0%十六醇、4.0%-6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5%-1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%-1.5%三乙醇胺、0.1%-0.2%尼泊金乙酯、8%-12%甘油、56.9%-68.8%纯化水组成。
本发明提供一种茶油外用软膏剂,按质量份计,包括5%-10%茶油、7.5%-10%硬脂酸、1.0%-4.0%十六醇、4.0%-6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5%-1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%-1.5%三乙醇胺、0.1%-0.2%尼泊金乙酯、8%-12%甘油、56.9%-68.8%纯化水组成。
本发明提供一种茶油外用软膏剂,按质量份计,包括10%茶油、7.5%硬脂酸、1.0%十六醇、6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%三乙醇胺、0.2%尼泊金乙酯、10%甘油、63.5%纯化水组成。
本发明提供一种茶油外用软膏剂,其特征在于:制备方法为: 按处方量称取茶油、硬脂酸、十六醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯,水浴加热至80℃,待固体成份全部熔化后保温2分钟,得油相;按处方量称取十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙醇胺、尼泊金乙酯、甘油及水,水浴加热至80℃保温2分钟,得水相;在保温搅拌下,将油相缓缓加入水相中,搅拌乳化5分钟,冷却至室温即得茶油乳膏。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述的茶油外用软膏剂,附着性好,且易于用水洗除,能有效提高患者用药的顺应性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明所述的茶油外用软膏剂及其制备方法做进一步说明,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于此。

制备方法:
按处方量称取茶油、硬脂酸、十六醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯,水浴加热至80℃,待固体成份全部熔化后保温2分钟,得油相;按处方量称取十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙醇胺、尼泊金乙酯、甘油及水,水浴加热至80℃保温2分钟,得水相;在保温搅拌下,将油相缓缓加入水相中,搅拌乳化5分钟,冷却至室温即得茶油乳膏。

实施效果
附着性、用水易洗除效果考察
按实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、对比实施例1制备的软膏剂及茶油,由相同的20名志愿者试用,统计感觉附着性好、用水易洗除人数。附着性主要是指样品涤于皮肤上,考察是否流动或脱落下来;用水易洗除主要是将样品涂抹于志愿者手上,再用纯化水冲洗,考察是否容易洗除或感觉油腻。结果如下:
由考察结果可知,本发明所述的茶油外用软膏剂,附着性好,且易于用水洗除,能有效提高患者用药的顺应,尤其是按实施例2和3制备的软膏剂。
制备方法考察
按实施例2及对比实施例2制备软膏剂,二者制备方法不同,制备软膏剂的难易不同,结果如下:实施例2中,制备过程顺畅,样品细腻、成软膏状,稠度适宜;对比实施例2中,当油相加入水相时,出现成团现象,制备过程不太顺畅,样品粗糙、成软膏状,较稠。由考察结果可知,本发明所述制备方法制备软膏剂,制备过程顺畅,样品细腻、成软膏状,稠度适宜,符合该发明茶油软膏剂的制备要求。

1.一种茶油外用软膏剂,其特征在于:按质量份计,包括2.5%-15%茶油、7.5%-10%硬脂酸、1.0%-4.0%十六醇、4.0%-6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5%-1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%-1.5%三乙醇胺、0.1%-0.2%尼泊金乙酯、8%-12%甘油、56.9%-68.8%纯化水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶油外用软膏剂,其特征在于:按质量份计,包括5%-10%茶油、7.5%-10%硬脂酸、1.0%-4.0%十六醇、4.0%-6.0%单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5%-1.0%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.8%-1.5%三乙醇胺、0.1%-0.2%尼泊金乙酯、8%-12%甘油、56.9%-68.8%纯化水组成。

4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的茶油外用软膏剂,其特征在于:制备方法为: 按处方量称取茶油、硬脂酸、十六醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯,水浴加热至80℃,待固体成份全部熔化后保温2分钟,得油相;按处方量称取十二烷基硫酸钠、三乙醇胺、尼泊金乙酯、甘油及水,水浴加热至80℃保温2分钟,得水相;在保温搅拌下,将油相缓缓加入水相中,搅拌乳化5分钟,冷却至室温即得茶油乳膏。
