Abstract
本发明涉及一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物、专洗凝露及其制备方法和应用。所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:肥皂草提取物5~15份,黄瓜果提取物3~18份,穿心莲提取物5~16份,千斤拔提取物4~20份,金樱根提取物2~14份,当归提取物3~15份。本发明提供的天然抑菌组合物含有植物成分,具有较好的抑菌效果,且温和不刺激;将其添加至专洗凝露中,可赋予专洗凝露较好的抑菌效果,去污效果好,不伤衣物和人体皮肤,温和不刺激,特别适合内衣裤等贴身衣物的洗涤。

技术领域
本发明属于洗护领域,具体地,涉及一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物、专洗凝露及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对赖以生存的环境质量和卫生水平提出了更高的要求。目前,洗衣剂已经成为人们日常生活的必备品,产品种类不断增多,并且逐渐朝着绿色环保、功能化、专向化、系列化的方向发展。现有的洗衣剂大致可分为三类:洗衣粉、洗衣液和洗衣皂。
洗衣粉作为一种粉状清洁剂,在使用时容易出现在水中溶解不充分的情况,将影响衣物的清洗效果,且易造成局部浓度大,碱性强,易损害衣物,对人体皮肤的刺激性大;另外洗衣粉还易沉积在织物上导致织物发硬。肥皂和洗衣液相对于洗衣粉来说,刺激性有所减小,但其也存在功能单一的缺陷。
目前市面上少量的具有抗菌效果的洗衣液大多通过添加合成的化学物质来杀菌,如抑菌防腐剂甲基异噻咗啉酮、氯甲基异噻咗啉酮、DMDM乙内酰脲等,虽然这些防腐剂能够起到抑菌防霉等作用,但这些产品都存在较大的缺点,如脲类成本较高,且水溶性较差,使用复杂,不适宜大面积使用;而且这些抑菌防腐剂对人体是不够安全的,如果漂洗不够干净,对皮肤可能产生刺激,另外对自然环境也会造成一定影响。又如杀菌除螨剂次氯酸钠、氯酚类、二苯脲类以及季铵盐类,这些添加剂也存在较大的缺点,如次氯酸钠有很强的氧化腐蚀性,且极不稳定;氯酚类和二苯脲类成本较高,且水溶性较差,使用复杂,不适宜大面积使用;季铵盐则不能和阴离子体系复配,不宜在洗涤产品中添加等。
因此,研发一种抑菌效果好,去污效果好,温和、刺激性小的洗衣液具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的洗衣剂刺激性大、清洗效果不理想,以及功能单一等缺陷和不足,提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。本发明提供的天然抑菌组合物由多种植物成分合理复配而成,具有较好的抑菌效果,且温和不刺激;将其添加至专洗凝露中,可赋予专洗凝露较好的抑菌效果,去污效果好,不伤衣物和人体皮肤,温和不刺激,特别适合内衣裤等贴身衣物的洗涤。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物在制备洗衣液中的应用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
肥皂草,拉丁文名:Saponaria officinalis,石竹科,肥皂草属多年生草本。肥皂草提取物中含有丰富的肥皂草素。其中,肥皂草素含有许多核糖体失活蛋白 (RIPs),RIPs具有特殊N-糖苷酶活性,能够选择性作用于真核细胞核糖体和原核细胞裸露的rRNA使其脱嘌呤,从而抑制蛋白质合成,达到抗菌的功效。将其用于本发明中,可提高抑菌效果。
黄瓜(学名:Cucumis sativus L.),葫芦科一年生蔓生或攀援草本植物。黄瓜中含有的葫芦素C具有提高人体免疫功能的作用,达到抗肿瘤目的。此外,该物质还可治疗慢性肝炎和迁延性肝炎,对原发性肝癌患者有延长生存期作用;黄瓜中含有丰富的维生素E,可起到延年益寿,抗衰老的作用;黄瓜中的黄瓜酶,有很强的生物活性,能有效地促进机体的新陈代谢。用黄瓜捣汁涂擦皮肤,有润肤,舒展皱纹功效;黄瓜中所含的丙氨酸、精氨酸和谷胺酰胺对肝脏病人,特别是对酒精性肝硬化患者有一定辅助治疗作用,可防治酒精中毒;黄瓜中所含的葡萄糖甙、果糖等不参与通常的糖代谢,故糖尿病人以黄瓜代淀粉类食物充饥,血糖非但不会升高,甚至会降低;黄瓜中所含的丙醇二酸,可抑制糖类物质转变为脂肪。此外,黄瓜中的纤维素对促进人体肠道内腐败物质的排除和降低胆固醇有一定作用,能强身健体。本发明意外发现,黄瓜提取物有协同增加抑菌效果的功效。
穿心莲为爵床科植物穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees)的全草或叶,味苦、性寒,具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、抗菌及抗癌作用。常用于急性细菌性痢疾、咽喉肿痛、疮痈疔毒、外伤感染等。临床应用于呼吸系统疾病、胃肠道系统疾病等。
千斤拔,又名土黄鸡、金鸡落地等。商品多切成长约3~7厘米的斜片状。质坚硬,断面白色,粉性,呈菊花心。性味:甘辛,温。功用主治:祛风利湿,消瘀解毒。可治风湿痹痛,慢性肾炎,跌打损伤,痈肿,喉蛾。本发明的发明人意外发现千斤拔提取物有协同增加抑菌效果的功效。
金樱根又名金樱蔃、脱骨丹,英文名为Root of Cherokee Rose,为双子叶植物药蔷薇科植物金樱子(Rosa laevigate Michx.)的根或根皮。常绿攀援灌木,分布于广泛。金樱根功能固精涩肠,主治滑精,遗尿,痢疾泄泻,烫伤等症。目前有报道称金樱根水提取物对对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌等具有一定的抑菌效果。
当归,甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。本发明的发明人意外发现千斤拔提取物有协同增加抑菌效果的功效
本发明通过多次试验筛选发现,选用具有抑菌效果的肥皂草提取物、穿心莲提取物和金樱根提取物作为抗菌活性组分,并配合黄瓜果提取物、千斤拔提取物和当归提取物,以辅助协同增效,并对各提取物进行科学配伍,最终得到的组合物具有较好的抑菌效果,可协同发挥出各提取物的功效;且含天然植物成分,温和不刺激。将其添加至专洗凝露中,可赋予专洗凝露较好的抑菌效果,去污效果好,不伤衣物和人体皮肤,温和不刺激,特别适合内衣裤的洗涤。

上述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将肥皂草提取物、黄瓜果提取物、穿心莲提取物、千斤拔提取物、金樱根提取物和当归提取物混合,搅拌均匀即得。
各提取物可参照现有的提取方法得到。
上述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物在制备洗衣液中的应用也在本发明的保护范围内。
一种内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露,由如下质量分数的A相、B相、C相、D相、 E相和F相组成;其中:
A相:水40~75%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5~15%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1~4%,月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐0.1~0.5%;
B相:椰油基-葡糖苷柠檬酸酯二钠5~12%,椰油基-葡糖苷酒石酸酯钠3~5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~7%,月桂酰谷氨酸TEA盐3~7%,乙基己基甘油 0.2~0.7%;
C相:山茶籽油0.0005~0.0.0025%,牡丹籽油0.0005~0.0025%,美藤果油0.0005~0.0025%,PPG-26丁醇聚醚-26/PEG-40氢化蓖麻油/水0.01~0.03%;
D相:上述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物0.002~0.01%,DMDM乙内酰脲 0.01~0.03%,山梨酸钾0.2~0.8%;
E相:茶树精油0.01~0.04%,葡萄柚精油0.01~0.04%,佛手柑精油 0.002~0.007%,香精0.2~1%;
F相:柠檬酸0.6~1.2%。
应当理解的是各组分的质量分数是指在专洗凝露中的质量分数。
A相、B相和F相中含有阴离子活性剂和乳化剂,通过各组分的配合,可赋予专洗凝露优异的洗涤性和起泡效果。
C~E相中含有大量的功能性组分,其中C相中的山茶籽油、牡丹籽油和美藤果油具有较好的抑菌、消炎舒缓作用;D相中的天然抑菌组合物具有较好的抑菌效果;E相中的茶树精油、葡萄柚精油和佛手柑精油也具有较好的抑菌作用。通过C~E相的科学配伍,可发挥出各组分的功效,赋予专洗凝露优异的抑菌效果和舒缓功效,温和不刺激。
通过A~F相的配合作用,专洗凝露具有较好的抑菌效果,去污效果好,不伤衣物和人体皮肤,温和不刺激,特别适合内衣裤等贴身衣物的洗涤。
优选地,A相:水61.68%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10.1%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠 3.3%,月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐0.4%;
B相:椰油基-葡糖苷柠檬酸酯二钠7%,椰油基-葡糖苷酒石酸酯钠4.2%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,月桂酰谷氨酸TEA盐5%,乙基己基甘油0.33%;
C相:山茶籽油0.002%,牡丹籽油0.002%,美藤果油0.002%,PPG-26丁醇聚醚-26/PEG-40氢化蓖麻油/水0.013%;
D相:天然抑菌组合物0.008%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.048%,山梨酸钾0.5%;
E相:茶树精油0.02%,葡萄柚精油0.03%,佛手柑精油0.004%,香精0.596%;
F相:柠檬酸0.94%。。
优选地,所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物由等质量分数的肥皂草提取物、黄瓜果提取物、穿心莲提取物、千斤拔提取物、金樱根提取物、当归提取物组成。
上述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将A相中各组分依次加入后升温至40~60℃搅拌溶解后停止加热,继续搅拌至混合均匀;
S2:加入B相,搅拌;
S3:将C相中各组分混合均匀后加入搅拌;
S4:依次加入D相和E相,搅拌均匀;
S5:加入F相混合均匀,即得所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露。
优选地,S1中升温至50℃搅拌,停止加热后继续搅拌10min。
优选地,S2中于40℃加入B相。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用具有抑菌效果的肥皂草提取物、穿心莲提取物和金樱根提取物作为抗菌活性组分,并配合黄瓜果提取物、千斤拔提取物和当归提取物,以辅助协同增效,最终得到的组合物具有较好的抑菌效果;且含天然植物成分,温和不刺激。将其添加至专洗凝露中,通过各组分的科学配伍,可赋予专洗凝露较好的抑菌效果,去污效果好,不伤衣物和人体皮肤,温和不刺激,特别适合内衣裤等贴身衣物的洗涤。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。这些实施例仅是对本发明的典型描述,但本发明不限于此。下述实施例中所用的试验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所使用的原料,试剂等,如无特殊说明,均为可从常规市场等商业途径得到的原料和试剂。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由肥皂草提取物9g,黄瓜果提取物8g,穿心莲提取物7g,千斤拔提取物11g,金樱根提取物9g、当归提取物9g组成。
将肥皂草提取物、黄瓜果提取物、穿心莲提取物、千斤拔提取物、金樱根提取物和当归提取物混合,搅拌均匀即得内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,记为1#内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,肥皂草提取物7g,黄瓜果提取物12g,穿心莲提取物11g,千斤拔提取物8g,金樱根提取物5g、当归提取物13g组成。
其制备方法与实施例1一致,记为2#内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由肥皂草提取物13g,黄瓜果提取物5g,穿心莲提取物6g,千斤拔提取物16g,金樱根提取物12g、当归提取物7g组成。
其制备方法与实施例1一致,记为3#内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由肥皂草提取物5g,黄瓜果提取物3g,穿心莲提取物16g,千斤拔提取物4g,金樱根提取物14g、当归提取物15g组成。
其制备方法与实施例1一致,记为4#内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,由肥皂草提取物15g,黄瓜果提取物18g,穿心莲提取物5g,千斤拔提取物20g,金樱根提取物2g、当归提取物3g组成。
其制备方法与实施例1一致,记为5#内衣裤天然抑菌组合物。
另外,设置如下对照组合物:
将实施例1中的肥皂草提取物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为1*天然抑菌组合物;
将实施例1中的黄瓜果提取物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为2*天然抑菌组合物;
将实施例1中的穿心莲提取物物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为3*天然抑菌组合物;
将实施例1中的千斤拔提取物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为4*天然抑菌组合物;
将实施例1中的金樱根提取物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为5*天然抑菌组合物;
将实施例1中的当归提取物替换为水,作为对照组合物,记为6*天然抑菌组合物。
实施例6~14和对照例1~7
表1、2和3分别为实施例6~12和对照例1~7的专洗凝露的配方。

各实施例和对照例中的专洗凝露的制备方法如下:
S1:将A相依次加入主锅,搅拌加热至50℃,使其完全溶解,停止加热,搅拌10分钟;
S2:待主锅温度降到40℃,依次加入B相,搅拌10分钟;
S3:将C相的各组分在锅外混合均匀(呈透明状),然后加入主锅,搅拌10 分钟至料体澄清透明;
S4:依次加入D相和E相,搅拌均匀(葡萄柚精油的添加量需要控制好,加多料体易雾化)
S5:缓慢多次加入F相,即得专洗凝露。
对实施例6~12和对照例1~7提供的专洗凝露的如下性能进行测试:
(1)感官和理化指标:参照QB/T1224-2012标准,测试结果如表3
(2)抑菌效果测试:参照GB/T 2850-2007,测试结果如表4。
(3)刺激性测试:参照消毒技术规范2002年版,测试结果如表4。
(4)去污力测试方法:参照QB/T1224-2012标准,测试结果如表5。

从表3、表4和表5的结果可知,本发明各实施例提供的专洗凝露对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑菌效果,杀菌能力强、去污能力强,对皮肤无刺激作用,有广大的发展前景,其中以实施例6提供的专洗凝露效果最佳。对比例1~7由于缺少某一提取物或天然抑菌组合物,而使得复合配方不合理,未能发挥复方的协同增效作用,其抑菌效果较差,去污能力也略微降低。

Claims (10)
1.一种内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
肥皂草提取物 5~15份;
黄瓜果提取物 3~18份;
穿心莲提取物 5~16份;
千斤拔提取物 4~20份;
金樱根提取物 2~14份;
当归提取物 3~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,其特征在于,所述天然抑菌组合物由如下重量份数的组分组成:
肥皂草提取物 7~13份;
黄瓜果提取物 5~12份;
穿心莲提取物 6~11份;
千斤拔提取物 8~16份;
金樱根提取物 5~12份;
当归提取物 7~13份。
3.根据权利要求2所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物,其特征在于,所述天然抑菌组合物由如下重量份数的组分组成:
肥皂草提取物 9份;
黄瓜果提取物 8份;
穿心莲提取物 7份;
千斤拔提取物 11份;
金樱根提取物 9份;
当归提取物 9份。
4.权利要求1~3任一所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将肥皂草提取物、黄瓜果提取物、穿心莲提取物、千斤拔提取物、金樱根提取物和当归提取物混合,搅拌均匀即得。
5.权利要求1~3任一所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物在制备洗衣液中的应用。
6.一种内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露,其特征在于,由如下质量分数的A相、B相、C相、D相、E相和F相组成;其中,
A相:水40~75%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5~15%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠1~4%,月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐0.1~0.5%;

E相:茶树精油0.01~0.04%,葡萄柚精油0.01~0.04%,佛手柑精油0.002~0.007%,香精0.2~1%;
F相:柠檬酸0.6~1.2%。
7.根据权利要求6所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露,其特征在于,

8.根据权利要求6所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露,其特征在于,所述内衣裤天然抑菌组合物由等质量分数的肥皂草提取物、黄瓜果提取物、穿心莲提取物、千斤拔提取物、金樱根提取物、当归提取物组成。
9.权利要求6~8任一所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将A相中各组分依次加入后升温至40~60℃搅拌溶解后停止加热,继续搅拌至混合均匀;
S2:加入B相,搅拌;
S3:将C相中各组分混合均匀后加入搅拌;
S4:依次加入C相和D相,搅拌均匀;
S5:加入F相混合均匀,即得所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露。
10.根据权利要求9所述内衣裤天然抑菌专洗凝露的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中升温至50℃搅拌,停止加热后继续搅拌10min;S2中于40℃加入B相。
