本发明公开了一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征在于:包括驱动电机、行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、传动轴、弯钩和固定座,驱动电机依次经行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器驱动传动轴,蜗轮蜗杆减速器支撑于固定座上,传动轴支承于固定座上,弯钩套接在传动轴上呈随传动轴固定角度旋转状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动装置,具体说是一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构。
背景技术
在一些需要大扭矩驱动旋转的场合,受限于安装空间及需传递大扭矩的条件,采用的传动装置通常不能满足扭矩要求,无法兼顾旋转的角度控制,存在使用安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、紧凑,能兼顾大扭矩、小体积、旋转角度控制的小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征在于:包括驱动电机、行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、传动轴、弯钩和固定座,驱动电机依次经行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器驱动传动轴,蜗轮蜗杆减速器支撑于固定座上,传动轴支承于固定座上,弯钩套接在传动轴上呈随传动轴固定角度旋转状态。
进一步地,所述传动轴与蜗轮蜗杆减速器的蜗轮为花键配合连接,花键配合部分在齿形的长度方向渐变斜度1:1000。
进一步地,所述蜗轮蜗杆减速器包括蜂窝状铝合金箱体、驱动齿轮副、蜗杆和扇形蜗轮,行星减速器经驱动齿轮副传动连接蜗杆,蜗杆啮合扇形蜗轮,扇形蜗轮穿接传动轴一端,传动轴另一端支承在固定座上。
再进一步地,所述蜂窝状铝合金箱体内设对应限位扇形蜗轮旋转固定角度的限位块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:减速传动装置的固定座固定在竖直面上,通过传动将弯勾由水平状态打开至与水平面呈30°角的状态,期间弯勾传递的扭矩为500N.M。传动路线:驱动电机与行星减速器组合的出轴上安装小齿轮,小齿轮带动安装在蜗杆上的大齿轮形成驱动齿轮副,从而带动蜗轮运动,传动轴与蜗轮是通过花键连接,蜗轮带动传动轴转动,最终实现安装在传动轴上的弯勾旋转实现连接其上装置的打开及关闭。受限于安装空间及需传递大扭矩的条件,在结构设计时采用了蜂窝状铝合金箱体的方案;在采用蜗轮蜗杆传动时将蜗轮设计成40°的扇形以减少体积;在行程打开到位时有机械限位的限位块措施,以保证产品不会由于其他原因而超出行程。蜗轮材料选用40CrNiMoA,通过合理的热处理控制蜗轮、蜗杆的表面硬度,以使蜗轮蜗杆在传递大扭矩时,齿面啮合不会出现胶合现象。传动轴上花键齿形设计成在齿长方向上带有1:1000的斜度,以使得轴与蜗轮装配时消除间隙。

图1-6所示:一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构包括驱动电机1、行星减速器2、蜗轮蜗杆减速器3、传动轴4、固定座5、弯钩6、蜂窝状铝合金箱体7、小齿轮8、大齿轮9、蜗杆10、扇形蜗轮11和限位块12,驱动电机1依次经行星减速器2、蜗轮蜗杆减速器3驱动传动轴4,蜗轮蜗杆减速器3支撑于固定座5上,传动轴4支承于固定座5上,弯钩6套接在传动轴4上呈随传动轴固定角度旋转状态。蜗轮蜗杆减速器3包括蜂窝状铝合金箱体7、小齿轮8、大齿轮9、蜗杆10和扇形蜗轮11,行星减速器2经小齿轮8和大齿轮9传动连接蜗杆10,蜗杆10啮合扇形蜗轮11,扇形蜗轮11穿接传动轴4一端,传动轴另一端支承在固定座上,蜂窝状铝合金箱体7内设对应限位扇形蜗轮旋转固定角度的限位块12。传动轴与蜗轮蜗杆减速器的蜗轮为花键13配合连接,花键配合部分在齿形的长度方向渐变斜度1:1000。

1.一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征在于:包括驱动电机、行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、传动轴、弯钩和固定座,驱动电机依次经行星减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器驱动传动轴,蜗轮蜗杆减速器支撑于固定座上,传动轴支承于固定座上,弯钩套接在传动轴上呈随传动轴固定角度旋转状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征是:所述传动轴与蜗轮蜗杆减速器的蜗轮为花键配合连接,花键配合部分在齿形的长度方向渐变斜度1:1000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征是:所述蜗轮蜗杆减速器包括蜂窝状铝合金箱体、驱动齿轮副、蜗杆和扇形蜗轮,行星减速器经驱动齿轮副传动连接蜗杆,蜗杆啮合扇形蜗轮,扇形蜗轮穿接传动轴一端,传动轴另一端支承在固定座上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种小型大扭矩进排气门减速传动机构,其特征是:所述蜂窝状铝合金箱体内设对应限位扇形蜗轮旋转固定角度的限位块。
