Abstract

本发明公开一种造纸填料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下原料制备而成:碳酸钙,氢氧化钠,无水氯化钙,硅藻土配制而成。该发明通过对硅藻土的改性,使用离子改性使硅藻土表面带有正电荷,再通过调节硅藻土溶液 pH,使硅藻土表面被大量的硅羟基所覆盖,最后得到造纸填料,使其在作为造纸应用的时候具有更优良的适应性和特性,填料添加到纸张中,纸张抗张指数和撕裂度分别提高0.4倍和0.25倍,效果显著。

一种造纸填料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸工艺领域,具体是一种造纸填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国轻质印刷纸产量,近年呈现增长态势,主要以机械木浆,白化学木浆和草浆为纤维原料,填料主要选择滑石粉,碳酸钙或二者的混合体。硅藻土细腻,密度小、质轻、松散、粒子形态好,用于加填轻质纸,可提高纸张松厚度、不透明度、抗张指数等性能指标。
硅藻土具有的孔隙度大、吸附性强、容重小无毒等特性,由于硅藻土具备这些良好的特性,可以利用其特殊的分子结构特征,生产抄造多种特种纸。硅藻土用于特种纸的生产,可满足不同纸品对性能要求,如:松厚度、透气性、油墨吸收性、吸附性、吸油吸水性和阻燃性等方面的要求。因此,可作为功能性填料或涂料颜料广泛用于文化印刷纸,特种工业用纸和纸板,生活用纸张的制造。但市面上普通的硅藻土用作造纸填料适应性差,抗张指数,撕裂度指数较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种造纸填料,通过改性硅藻土设计一种新型的造纸填料。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种造纸填料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备而成:碳酸钙,氢氧化钠,无水氯化钙,硅藻土。
作为优选方案之一,所述的原料按照重量百分比为碳酸钙:氢氧化钠:无水氯化钙:硅藻土=1:0.2:0.5:4。
进一步地,所述的造纸填料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)把硅藻土原料研磨粉碎过120目筛后备用;
(2)将氯化钙溶于适量的蒸馏水中作为A溶液,将碳酸钙溶于适量的蒸馏水作为B溶液,分别加入到烧杯中,搅拌混合;
(3)依次往烧杯中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,硅藻土,边加边搅拌,最后过滤,滤渣在110℃恒温干燥,干燥后过120目筛即得填料。
作为优选方案之一,所述的A溶液浓度为50%质量分数,B溶液浓度为30%质量分数。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明通过对硅藻土的改性,使用离子改性使硅藻土表面带有正电荷,再通过调节硅藻土溶液pH,使硅藻土表面被大量的硅羟基所覆盖,最后得到造纸填料,使其在作为造纸应用的时候具有更优良的适应性和特性,填料添加到纸张中,纸张抗张指数和撕裂度分别提高0.4倍和0.25倍,效果显著。

实施例1:一种造纸填料,由以下原料组成:碳酸钙,氢氧化钠,无水氯化钙,硅藻土。原料按照重量百分比为碳酸钙:氢氧化钠:无水氯化钙:硅藻土=1:0.2:0.5:4。
所述造纸填料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)把硅藻土原料研磨粉碎过120目筛后备用;
(2)将氯化钙溶于适量的蒸馏水配制成质量分数为50%的溶液中作为A溶液,将碳酸钙溶于适量的蒸馏水配制出质量分数为30%的溶液作为B溶液,分别加入到烧杯中,搅拌混合;
(3)依次往烧杯中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,硅藻土,边加边搅拌,最后过滤,滤渣在110℃恒温干燥,干燥后过120目筛即得填料。

Claims (4)

1.一种造纸填料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备而成:碳酸钙,氢氧化钠,无水氯化钙,硅藻土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸填料,其特征在于,所述的原料按照重量百分比为碳酸钙:氢氧化钠:无水氯化钙:硅藻土=1:0.2:0.5:4。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的造纸填料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)把硅藻土原料研磨粉碎过120目筛后备用;
(2)将氯化钙溶于适量的蒸馏水中作为A溶液,将碳酸钙溶于适量的蒸馏水作为B溶液,分别加入到烧杯中,搅拌混合;
(3)依次往烧杯中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,硅藻土,边加边搅拌,最后过滤,滤渣在110℃恒温干燥,干燥后过120目筛即得填料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的造纸填料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的A溶液浓度为50%质量分数,B溶液浓度为30%质量分数。
