无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂及其制备方法,包括重量百分比为,磷酸18-22份,羟基乙酸16-19份,烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐11-14份,次乙基四乙酸四钠11-12份,黄原酸树胶11-13份,E-42环氧树脂89-99份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89-99份,丙酮66-75份,乙二胺10-15份,葶苈4-5份,桂枝10-12份,白芍10-12份,干姜10-12份,麻黄8-10份,半夏8-10份,浙贝母5-8份,细辛3-5份,五味子10-15份,甘草8-10份,花茶4-5粒。本发明的有益效果是:本发明中制备的清洗剂,其有着制备工艺简单方便,清洗过程不刺鼻,配方中通过植物成分中和环保无污染,同时在应用中,重点清洗石油等污染,相对于普通的清洗剂去污效果好,中和能力强,使用效果明显。

技术领域:
本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体一种涉及无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
清洗剂由表面活性剂(如烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠)和各种助剂(如三聚磷酸钠)、辅助剂配制成的,在洗涤物体表面上的污垢时,能降低水溶液的表面张力,提高去污效果的物质。按产品外观形态分为固体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂。固体洗涤剂产量最大,习惯上称洗衣粉,包括细粉状、颗粒状和空心颗粒状等。还有介于二者之间的膏状洗涤剂,也称洗衣膏。各类合成洗涤剂有不同的生产工艺,其中以固体洗涤剂最为复杂。世界各国普遍生产空心颗粒状固体洗涤剂,采用高塔喷雾干燥法,其主要工序有料浆制备、喷雾干燥、风送老化和包装。液体洗涤剂制造简便,只需将表面活性剂、助剂和其他添加剂,以及经处理的水,送入混合机进行混合即可,现有的清洗剂气味刺鼻,清洗剂中含有大量污染元素,流入地下水和河流中,造成严重的环境污染。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种涉及无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂,其特征在于:包括重量百分比为,磷酸18-22份,羟基乙酸16-19份,烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐11-14份,次乙基四乙酸四钠11-12份,黄原酸树胶11-13份,E-42环氧树脂89-99份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89-99份,丙酮66-75份,乙二胺10-15份,葶苈4-5份,桂枝10-12份,白芍10-12份,干姜10-12份,麻黄8-10份,半夏8-10份,浙贝母5-8份,细辛3-5份,五味子10-15份,甘草8-10份,花茶4-5粒。
制备步骤为:将E-42环氧树脂和丙酮混合;将混合后的溶剂与酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物加入到瓶中,搅拌;加热至81-86℃,加入MMA,继续搅拌1小时;将混合剂与乙二胺早-60℃至60℃的环境下按30:1的比例进行混合,充分搅拌均匀;再降温到室温,得到混合剂;
将组成原料中的葶苈、桂枝、白芍、干姜、麻黄、半夏、浙贝母、细辛、五味子和甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,取出杂物,得到混合液;
第一次取5%的混合剂与8%的混合液混合搅拌,第二次再取9%的混合剂与3%的混合液混合,第三次取取2%的混合剂与6%的混合液混合搅拌,将三次混合所得液体加入耐酸缸里,加入一定量的水,在搅拌中加入一定量的磷酸,加入一定量的羟基乙酸,加入一定量的烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐,再加入一定量的次乙基四乙酸四钠,最后加入一定量的黄原酸树胶,加余量的水混合,再搅拌20分钟,得到清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中制备的清洗剂,其有着制备工艺简单方便,清洗过程不刺鼻,配方中通过植物成分中和环保无污染,同时在应用中,重点清洗石油等污染,相对于普通的清洗剂去污效果好,中和能力强,使用效果明显。

具体实施例1:无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂,包括重量百分比为,磷酸18份,羟基乙酸16份,烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐11份,次乙基四乙酸四钠11份,黄原酸树胶11份,E-42环氧树脂89份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89份,丙酮66份,乙二胺10份,葶苈4份,桂枝10份,白芍10份,干姜10份,麻黄8-10份,半夏8份,浙贝母5份,细辛3份,五味子10份,甘草8份,花茶4粒。
具体实施例2:无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂,包括重量百分比为,磷酸22份,羟基乙酸19份,烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐14份,次乙基四乙酸四钠12份,黄原酸树胶13份,E-42环氧树脂99份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物99份,丙酮75份,乙二胺15份,葶苈5份,桂枝12份,白芍12份,干姜12份,麻黄10份,半夏10份,浙贝母8份,细辛5份,五味子15份,甘草10份,花茶5粒。
制备步骤为:将E-42环氧树脂和丙酮混合;将混合后的溶剂与酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物加入到瓶中,搅拌;加热至81-86℃,加入MMA,继续搅拌1小时;将混合剂与乙二胺早-60℃至60℃的环境下按30:1的比例进行混合,充分搅拌均匀;再降温到室温,得到混合剂;将组成原料中的葶苈、桂枝、白芍、干姜、麻黄、半夏、浙贝母、细辛、五味子和甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,取出杂物,得到混合液;
第一次取5%的混合剂与8%的混合液混合搅拌,第二次再取9%的混合剂与3%的混合液混合,第三次取取2%的混合剂与6%的混合液混合搅拌,将三次混合所得液体加入耐酸缸里,加入一定量的水,在搅拌中加入一定量的磷酸,加入一定量的羟基乙酸,加入一定量的烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐,再加入一定量的次乙基四乙酸四钠,最后加入一定量的黄原酸树胶,加余量的水混合,再搅拌20分钟,得到清洗剂。

1.无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂,其特征在于:包括重量百分比为,磷酸18-22份,羟基乙酸16-19份,烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐11-14份,次乙基四乙酸四钠11-12份,黄原酸树胶11-13份,E-42环氧树脂89-99份,酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物89-99份,丙酮66-75份,乙二胺10-15份,葶苈4-5g,桂枝10-12g,白芍10-12g,干姜10-12g,麻黄8-10g,半夏8-10g,浙贝母5-8g,细辛3-5g,五味子10-15g,甘草8-10g,花茶4-5粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无毒环氧树脂植物清洗剂,其特征在于:制备步骤为:
将E-42环氧树脂和丙酮混合;将混合后的溶剂与酚醛-丁晴橡胶共聚物加入到瓶中,搅拌;加热至81-86℃,加入MMA,继续搅拌1小时;将混合剂与乙二胺早-60℃至60℃的环境下按30:1的比例进行混合,充分搅拌均匀;再降温到室温,得到混合剂;
将组成原料中的葶苈、桂枝、白芍、干姜、麻黄、半夏、浙贝母、细辛、五味子和甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,取出杂物,得到混合液;
第一次取5%的混合剂与8%的混合液混合搅拌,第二次再取9%的混合剂与3%的混合液混合,第三次取取2%的混合剂与6%的混合液混合搅拌,将三次混合所得液体加入耐酸缸里,加入一定量的水,在搅拌中加入一定量的磷酸,加入一定量的羟基乙酸,加入一定量的烷基酚的乙氧基铵盐,再加入一定量的次乙基四乙酸四钠,最后加入一定量的黄原酸树胶,加余量的水混合,再搅拌20分钟,得到清洗剂。
