Abstract

本发明公开一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板及其制备方法,其中,所述涂胶铝盖板是通过在原胶液中加入一定固体填料搅拌均匀后涂于铝片上制备而成的。本发明通过在原胶液中加入一定量的固体填料,然后涂于铝片上,制成的涂胶铝盖板不仅能起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,还有效减少了缠丝现象,提高孔位精确度,降低断针率继而降低钻孔成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及PCB用盖板领域,尤其涉及一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板及其制备方法。
背景技术
印制电路板钻孔用的涂胶铝盖板都有轻重不一的缠丝问题,缠丝可造成孔位精度下降、断针率上升而增加钻孔成本。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板及其制备方法,旨在解决现有涂胶铝盖板存在缠丝问题,造成孔位精度下降、断针率上升而增加钻孔成本的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,所述涂胶铝盖板是通过在原胶液中加入一定固体填料搅拌均匀后涂于铝片上制备而成的。
所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,所述原胶液为聚氧化乙烯、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯乳液的混合液。
所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,所述固体填料为三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸氢钙中的一种或多种。
所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,按重量比计,固体填料的加入量为原胶液的10-30%。
所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,还包括:在原胶液中加入一定气相填料。
所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,按重量比计,气相填料的加入量为原胶液的0.1-3%。
一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板,其中,采用如上任一所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法制备而成。
有益效果:本发明的涂胶铝盖板不仅能起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,还有效减少了缠丝现象,提高孔位精确度,降低断针率继而降低钻孔成本。

本发明提供一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其中,所述涂胶铝盖板是通过在原胶液中加入一定固体填料搅拌均匀后涂于铝片上制备而成的。原有涂胶铝盖板都有轻重不一的缠丝问题,缠丝可造成孔位精度下降、断针率上升而增加钻孔成本。本发明通过在原胶液中加入一定量的固体填料,然后涂于铝片上,制成的涂胶铝盖板不仅能起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,还有效减少了缠丝现象,提高孔位精确度,降低断针率继而降低钻孔成本。
具体地,本发明所述原胶液为聚氧化乙烯、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯乳液的混合液。该原胶液为现有技术,本发明在此不进行详细赘述。本发明所述固体填料可以为三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸氢钙等中的一种或多种。此前原胶液均为水溶热熔或不溶不熔胶型,无论什么胶型都会出现缠丝,缠丝就会影响钻孔精度,继而造成断针现象。本发明通过在原胶液中加入一定量的上述固体填料,可起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,减少缠丝,降低断针率。
具体地,按重量比计,本发明固体填料的加入量为原胶液的10-30%。即本发明采用在聚氧化乙烯、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯乳液的混合液中加入固含量重量比10-30%的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸氢钙等中的一种或多种,以解决原胶液出现缠丝,影响钻孔精度,继而造成断针的问题。
具体地,本发明还包括:在原胶液中加入一定气相填料,以防止胶液沉淀。其中,按重量比计,气相填料的加入量为原胶液的0.1-3%。具体制备过程为:将聚氧化乙烯、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯等按一定比例溶于水中搅拌均匀,加入原胶液重量比10-30%的固体填料,同时加入原胶液重量比0.1-3%的气相填料防止沉淀。搅拌12小时后过滤,在恒温环境下储存待用。然后将备用的胶液涂于铝片上,制得本发明涂胶铝盖板。
本发明还提供一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板,其采用如上任一所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法制备而成。本发明制成的涂胶铝盖板不仅能起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,还有效减少了缠丝现象,提高孔位精确度,降低断针率继而降低钻孔成本。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
在原胶液中加入固含量重量比10%的纳米级三氧化二铝粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加三氧化二铝粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加三氧化二铝粉比不加三氧化二铝粉缠丝小,断针率相当。
在原胶液中加入固含量重量比10%的纳米级二氧化硅粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加二氧化硅粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加二氧化硅比不加二氧化硅缠丝小,断针率相当。
实施例2
在原胶液中加入固含量重量比20%的纳米级三氧化二铝粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加三氧化二铝粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加三氧化二铝粉缠丝比不加三氧化二铝粉的小,加三氧化二铝粉断针率小于不加加三氧化二铝粉的。
在原胶液中加入固含量20%的纳米级二氧化硅粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加二氧化硅粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加二氧化硅粉比不加二氧化硅粉缠丝小,加二氧化硅粉断针率小于不加二氧化硅粉的。
实施例3
在原胶液中加入固含量重量比30%的纳米级三氧化二铝粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加三氧化二铝粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加三氧化二铝粉的无缠丝,不加三氧化二铝粉的有缠丝,加三氧化二铝粉断针率为0.1-0.3%,不加加三氧化二铝粉断针率为0.5-0.8%。
在原胶液中加入固含量重量比30%的纳米级二氧化硅粉搅拌均匀,将胶液均匀涂于铝片上,涂层厚度等同于不加二氧化硅粉的胶层厚度。对比钻孔结果,加二氧化硅粉的没有缠丝,不加二氧化硅粉的有缠丝,加二氧化硅粉断针率仅为0.1%,不加二氧化硅粉断针率为0.5-0.8%。
综上所述,本发明提供一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板及其制备方法,其中,所述涂胶铝盖板是通过在原胶液中加入一定固体填料搅拌均匀后涂于铝片上制备而成的。本发明通过在原胶液中加入一定量的固体填料,然后涂于铝片上,制成的涂胶铝盖板不仅能起到清理钻针排屑槽的作用,还有效减少了缠丝现象,提高孔位精确度,降低断针率继而降低钻孔成本。

1.一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂胶铝盖板是通过在原胶液中加入一定固体填料搅拌均匀后涂于铝片上制备而成的;
按重量比计,固体填料的加入量为原胶液的10-30%;
所述原胶液为聚氧化乙烯、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯乳液的混合液;
所述固体填料为三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸氢钙中的一种或多种。
2.一种PCB用涂胶铝盖板,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1所述的PCB用涂胶铝盖板的制备方法制备而成。
