本发明公开了一种安全环保屏蔽电缆外套配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,马来酸酐接枝乙烯12-23份、醋酸乙烯共聚物20-22份、莫来石粉3-9份、石棉粉30-40份、乙丁橡胶50-60份、导电炭黑17-30份、增塑剂30-36份、硫化剂13.6-22.8份、共硫化剂52-69份、活化剂5.6-9.2份碳酸钙料13.9-22.5份、聚丙烯料60-63份、塑料22-25份、聚乙烯20-26份、氢氧化物阻燃剂39-46份、硅烷偶联剂12.3-20.9份,其它杂质为2.6-6.2份、炭黑9-15份、增塑剂30-60份、交联剂25-36份、抗氧剂9-20份。本发明工艺流程简洁,采用上述配方后,具有可阻止火焰蔓延的阻燃性能,并能维持电缆继续传输电能和通讯信号,而且在燃烧时还具有低发烟量,释放出有毒气体少,产生气体腐蚀性低,减少对人体及仪器设备伤害等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全环保屏蔽电缆外套配方。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展以及通讯行业的飞速发展,大功率设备的使用量越来越多,这就对电缆的使用性能提出了更高的要求。电缆的耐受功率和内导体最高温度和环境温度之差成线性关系,而内导体的最高工作温度受制于电缆绝缘材料,电缆绝缘材料的长期工作温度就是内导体的最高允许工作温度,但目前市场上大部分的电缆料都不具有优秀的耐高温性能,无法满足现在大功率设备的需求。因此本发明人通过设计新的电缆料配方以及工艺,创造出安全屏蔽电缆。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种安全环保屏蔽电缆外套配方。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种安全环保屏蔽电缆外套配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,马来酸酐接枝乙烯12-23份、醋酸乙烯共聚物20-22份、莫来石粉3-9份、石棉粉30-40份、乙丁橡胶50-60份、导电炭黑17-30份、增塑剂30-36份、硫化剂13.6-22.8份、共硫化剂52-69份、活化剂5.6-9.2份碳酸钙料13.9-22.5份、聚丙烯料60-63份、塑料22-25份、聚乙烯20-26份、氢氧化物阻燃剂39-46份、硅烷偶联剂12.3-20.9份,其它杂质为2.6-6.2份、炭黑9-15份、增塑剂30-60份、交联剂25-36份、抗氧剂9-20份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,制备方法简单,同时具有一定的阻燃性,避免了缆芯温度过高而引发安全事故,使用效果明显,保证了特征电缆的合理使用。
