本发明涉及一种抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,具体涉及一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,该嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂主要用于羊毛、羊绒织物,涤、棉针织物及其混纺织物的抗起毛起球整理。
背景技术
聚氨酯(简称PU),即聚氨基甲酸酯,是含-NHCOO-单元结构的高分子化合物。1937年,德国化学家OttoBayer利用异氰酸酯与活泼氢化合物的加成制得了聚氨酯,由此奠定了聚氨酯化学的基础。20世纪50年代,溶剂型聚氨酯涂层首先在欧洲染整行业应用。随着人们环保意识增强,近年来水性聚氨酯逐步取代溶剂型聚氨酯,并在各个行业得到快速发展。在纺织行业,水性聚氨酯可用于防水透湿涂层剂、羊毛防缩整理剂、织物免烫整理剂、合成纤维亲水和抗静电剂、抗起毛起球剂和湿摩擦牢度提升剂等方面。
近年来,随着国内生活水平的发展和进出口的增加,人们对纺织品的外观品质和内在质量的要求都日益增加。特别是对针织物,针织物具有细、软、轻、暖等优良特性,广受人们的青睐。针织物手感柔软,织物厚实丰满、保暖性好,但针织物易起毛起球,织物表面的纤维受到外界和自身的因素的影响,包括纤维性能与纱线结构、织物组织结构、染整工艺以及洗涤方式等,在织物表面游离出来形成较长的毛绒,出现起毛现象,在后续的穿着过程中绒毛不能及时脱落,便相互纠缠形成许多球形小粒,出现起毛现象。造成易脏,静电等问题毛球对织物外观、品质及服用性能有严重的影响。但经一般树脂整理过得织物,常常会影响手感、造成色差甚至容易产生黄变。
目前,针织物的抗起毛起球树脂整理剂的研究以水性聚氨酯为主。例如例如文献《有机硅改性聚氨酯型水性聚氨酯整理剂的制备及应用》(印染助剂,2014,Vol.31,No.5),文献介绍了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯的制备与应用,直接将柔软链段引入水性聚氨酯,省去了另外添加柔软剂的麻烦,但用量高时织物发粘,整理过程容易粘辊。又如文献《封端型水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的研制与应用》(针织工业,2009,No.12),文献介绍了封端型水性聚氨酯的制备与应用,采用聚醚多元醇N330和甲苯-1,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,并以亚硫酸氢钠作为封端剂合成了封端型水性聚氨酯,制得拥有良好稳定性和抗起毛起球性的水性聚氨酯,但整理过后的织物容易泛黄且对色光有一定的影响。此外,市场上该类改性水性聚氨酯的制备过程繁琐,反应复杂,反应条件难于控制。综上所述,开发一种工艺简单,产品性能安全可靠,绿色环保的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂具有很大的现实意义。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了克服现有技术制备的改性聚氨酯适应性局限,影响手感、稳定性、易黄变的问题,本发明提供一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端羟基改性硅油:20~30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:7~15份、二羟甲基丙酸:1.5~2.5份、1,4-丁二醇:0.2~0.5份、二丁基二月桂酸锡:0.20~0.24份、三乙胺:1~2份、丙酮:10~20份、水:90~120份;
所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(4)端氢基改性硅油的制备工序:
所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份组成:含氢双封头剂、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、浓硫酸催化剂,通过如下步骤制备而成:在反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、含氢双封头剂和浓硫酸催化剂,缓慢升温至35℃~40℃反应6.5h~7h,制得端氢基硅油;
(5)端羟基嵌段硅油的制备工序:
所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份组成:端氢基硅油、烯丙基聚醚、氯铂酸催化剂,具体由如下步骤制备而成:在装有温度计、搅拌器和回流装置的反应釜中加入端氢基硅油升温至110℃~120℃后,逐滴加入含氯铂酸催化剂的烯丙基聚醚反应3.5~4h,制得端羟基改性硅油;
(6)嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂的制备工序:
将脱水过后的端羟基改性硅油、二丁基二月桂酸锡和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,加热反应1h,然后加入二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇,反应1.5h;加入适量丙酮调节粘度,降温后加入三乙胺中和,快速搅拌30min,最后加水高速乳化得到嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。
作为优化:所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端氢基硅油:13~20份、烯丙基聚醚:8~12份、氯铂酸催化剂:0.1~0.13份,其中,烯丙基聚醚的分子量为400或500。
作为优化:所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:含氢双封头剂:1~2份、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4):3~12份、浓硫酸催化剂:0.1~0.2份。
有益效果:本发明制得的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯作为抗起毛起球剂时,具有成膜强度高,致密性与连续性好的特点。整理过的织物不发粘,应用过程不粘轧辊,稳定性好,抗起毛起球提升效果明显,且整理后织物手感良好,不易黄变。同时制备工艺简单,不需特殊装备,反应条件温和,生产成本低。
本发明中,从分子结构上对现有水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂进行如下创新改进:一方面:引入嵌段有机硅,改善分子内部的疏水-亲水平衡,提高了分子成膜后的耐水性,同时兼顾柔软性;另一方面,合成方式创新,以合成端羟基有机硅聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂,简化了合成工艺,同时扩大了分子中的有机硅链段比例,从而有效地改善了其手感和耐水性。
所制得产品分子量测定及其在纺织品上的应用与性能按如下方法测定:
1)在纺织品上的应用工艺:浸渍织物(2%o.w.f.,浴比1∶20,40℃×60min.PH6~7),自然晾干。
2)性能测定标准:
抗起毛起球性:按GB/T4802.3-2008纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定第1部分:圆轨迹法》测试,与标准样品照片对比评级。
手感:采用5人评级法,对整理织物进行触摸评级。将手感分为5级,未整理的空白样品为1级。

一种根据所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,将脱水过后的端羟基改性硅油、二丁基二月桂酸锡和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,加热反应1h,然后加入二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇,反应1.5h;加入适量丙酮调节粘度,降温后加入三乙胺中和,快速搅拌30min,最后加水高速乳化得到嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。
所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端氢基硅油:13份、烯丙基聚醚:8份、氯铂酸催化剂:0.1份,其中,烯丙基聚醚的分子量为400或500。
所述的端羟基改性硅油由如下步骤制备而成:在装有温度计、搅拌器和回流装置的反应釜中加入端氢基硅油升温至110℃后,逐滴加入含氯铂酸催化剂的烯丙基聚醚反应3.5h,制得端羟基改性硅油。
所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:含氢双封头剂:1份、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4):3份、浓硫酸催化剂:0.1份。
所述的端氢基硅油通过如下步骤制备而成:在反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、含氢双封头剂和浓硫酸催化剂,缓慢升温至35℃反应6.5h,制得端氢基硅油。
具体实施例二:
一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂,所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端羟基改性硅油:30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:15份、二羟甲基丙酸:2.5份、1,4-丁二醇:0.5份、二丁基二月桂酸锡:0.24份、三乙胺:2份、丙酮:20份、水:120份。

所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:含氢双封头剂:2份、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4):12份、浓硫酸催化剂:0.2份。
所述的端氢基硅油通过如下步骤制备而成:在反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、含氢双封头剂和浓硫酸催化剂,缓慢升温至40℃反应7h,制得端氢基硅油。
具体实施例三:
一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂,所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端羟基改性硅油:27份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:12份、二羟甲基丙酸:1.9份、1,4-丁二醇:0.3份、二丁基二月桂酸锡:0.22份、三乙胺:1.4份、丙酮:17份、水:107份。
一种根据所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,将脱水过后的端羟基改性硅油、二丁基二月桂酸锡和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,加热反应1h,然后加入二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇,反应1.5h;加入适量丙酮调节粘度,降温后加入三乙胺中和,快速搅拌30min,最后加水高速乳化得到嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。
所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端氢基硅油:18份、烯丙基聚醚:10份、氯铂酸催化剂:0.11份,其中,烯丙基聚醚的分子量为400或500。
所述的端羟基改性硅油由如下步骤制备而成:在装有温度计、搅拌器和回流装置的反应釜中加入端氢基硅油升温至114℃后,逐滴加入含氯铂酸催化剂的烯丙基聚醚反应3.6h,制得端羟基改性硅油。
所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:含氢双封头剂:1.3份、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4):8份、浓硫酸催化剂:0.14份。
所述的端氢基硅油通过如下步骤制备而成:在反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、含氢双封头剂和浓硫酸催化剂,缓慢升温至36℃反应6.8h,制得端氢基硅油。
具体实施例四:
一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
1、端氢基改性硅油的制备工序。
(1)制备双端氢基改性硅油的原料包括端氢双封头剂、分子扩链剂和酸催化剂,该端氢双封头剂、分子扩链剂和酸催化剂的重量份数分别为1份、6.41份和0.15份,其中,端氢双封头剂为1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,分子扩链剂是八甲基环四硅氧烷有名D4,酸催化剂为浓硫酸。
(2)端氢基改性硅油的制备方法依次包括如下:在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝装置的四口反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷64.1克,端氢双封头剂10克,浓硫酸1.5克,35℃反应6.5h,即得到端氢基改性硅油。
2、端羟基嵌段硅油的制备工序。
(1)制备端羟基嵌段硅油的原料包括端氢基改性硅油、烯丙基聚醚和氯铂酸催化剂,该端氢基改性硅油、烯丙基聚醚和氯铂酸催化剂的重量分别为10份、20份和0.16份,其中烯丙基聚醚中的-EO-个数为8或10。
(2)端羟基嵌段硅油的制备方法依次包括如下步骤:在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝装置的四口反应釜加入端氢基改性硅油10克,在搅拌速度45转/分钟下,升温至110℃,然后滴加20克烯丙基聚醚和0.16克氯铂酸的混合试剂,滴加完毕后升温至130℃反应3.5h,即得端羟基嵌段硅油。
3、嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂的制备工序。
(1)制备嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理的原料包括20克的端羟基硅油、7克的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1.5克的二羟甲基丙酸、0.2克的1,4-丁二醇、0.002g的二丁基二月桂酸锡催化剂、1克的三乙胺、10克份的丙酮、90克的水;
(2)将脱水过后的20克端羟基硅油、0.24克二丁基二月桂酸锡和7克异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,加热反应1h,然后加入1.5克二羟甲基丙酸和0.2克1,4-丁二醇,反应1.5h;加入适量丙酮调节粘度,降温后加入三乙胺中和,快速搅拌30min,最后加水高速乳化得到嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。减压蒸馏后得到含固量39%的整理剂。
各实施例中,所有原料、织物均为市售。所制得产品分子量测定及其在纺织品上的应用与性能按如下方法测定:
1)在纺织品上的应用工艺:浸渍织物(2%o.w.f.,浴比1∶20,40℃×60min.PH6~7),自然晾干。
2)性能测定标准:
抗起毛起球性:按GB/T4802.3-2008纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定第1部分:圆轨迹法》测试,与标准样品照片对比评级。
手感:采用5人评级法,对整理织物进行触摸评级。将手感分为5级,未整理的空白样品为1级。
本发明中,从分子结构上对现有水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂进行如下创新改进:一方面:引入嵌段有机硅,改善分子内部的疏水-亲水平衡,提高了分子成膜后的耐水性,同时兼顾柔软性;另一方面,合成方式创新,以合成端羟基有机硅聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂,简化了合成工艺,同时扩大了分子中的有机硅链段比例,从而有效地改善了其手感和耐水性。
通过上述创新改性,发明人惊奇发现,发明方法制得的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯作为抗起毛起球剂时,具有成膜强度高,致密性与连续性好的特点。整理过的织物不发粘,应用过程不粘轧辊,稳定性好,抗起毛起球提升效果明显,且整理后织物手感良好,不易黄变。同时制备工艺简单,不需特殊装备,反应条件温和,生产成本低。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端羟基改性硅油:20~30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:7~15份、二羟甲基丙酸:1.5~2.5份、1,4-丁二醇:0.2~0.5份、二丁基二月桂酸锡:0.20~0.24份、三乙胺:1~2份、丙酮:10~20份、水:90~120份;
所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)端氢基改性硅油的制备工序:
所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份组成:含氢双封头剂、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、浓硫酸催化剂,通过如下步骤制备而成:在反应釜中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、含氢双封头剂和浓硫酸催化剂,缓慢升温至35℃~40℃反应6.5h~7h,制得端氢基硅油;
(2)端羟基嵌段硅油的制备工序:
所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份组成:端氢基硅油、烯丙基聚醚、氯铂酸催化剂,具体由如下步骤制备而成:在装有温度计、搅拌器和回流装置的反应釜中加入端氢基硅油升温至110℃~120℃后,逐滴加入含氯铂酸催化剂的烯丙基聚醚反应3.5~4h,制得端羟基改性硅油;
(3)嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂的制备工序:
将脱水过后的端羟基改性硅油、二丁基二月桂酸锡和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应釜中,加热反应1h,然后加入二羟甲基丙酸和1,4-丁二醇,反应1.5h;加入适量丙酮调节粘度,降温后加入三乙胺中和,快速搅拌30min,最后加水高速乳化得到嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的端羟基改性硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:端氢基硅油:13~20份、烯丙基聚醚:8~12份、氯铂酸催化剂:0.1~0.13份,其中,烯丙基聚醚的分子量为400或500。
3.根据权利要求1所述的嵌段有机硅水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的端氢基硅油由下列组份按照重量份数组成:含氢双封头剂:1~2份、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4):3~12份、浓硫酸催化剂:0.1~0.2份。
