一种密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置及方法,该装置包括模压机下模、模压机上模和抽芯堵头,所述模压机下模内设有用于放置密胺仿瓷洁具嵌件、抽芯堵头以及密胺模塑的模腔,所述模压机上模与模压机下模呈对称结构。本发明还包括一种密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法。利用本发明,能克服现有水龙头产品表层电镀处理方法所带来产地严重环境污染的问题,而所制得密胺仿瓷洁具有表面平整、光洁,便于洗涤、耐摔,安全卫生,无毒无味,质硬、耐热、抗冲击、耐磨擦、耐用不易破碎,耐酸碱溶剂性能优异,对油脂、酸、碱及各种溶剂都具备优越抵抗性,耐温性能好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁具的制备装置及方法,具体涉及一种密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置及方法。
背景技术
在环境污染越来越严重的今天,人民都面临着改善生活环境和居家用水品质,而我国每年用于生产水龙头制品的铜、铁、锌合金镀铬等材料约6000万吨,由于现有水龙头需要电镀而造成了极大的环境污染,不利于环保和健康。
其中,尤其是电镀的污染物对人类环境所造成的危害较为严重,如电镀的酸、碱废水、废渣、废的电镀液的排放是土地、水资源环境最大的污染根源。酸和碱:会改变水的pH值,影响水的性能;氰化物:有剧毒,会毒杀各种水生物;金属离子:镍、铬和汞的离子为贝克类生物和植物吸收,并会积聚其体内,一旦人们误食这些被污染的食物后便会中毒;废水排放如:镀铬废水每镀10³m²工件产生的废水中含六价铬37kg,氰化物废水中排除氰化物用量的90%,废电镀液六价铬对人体有致癌、皮疹、溃疡、糜烂以及废液排放引起其它脊髓、脑、肺癌、心脏等疾病。在欧盟和美国等很多国家都对六价铬和含有铬产品做了严格的限制,电镀铬甚至达克罗公司都已改革成无铬的替代产品;而水龙头行业都是电镀铬产品,在这些水龙头生产电镀区周边的水塘、小溪、水池都看不到生物及鱼类,严重影响周边环境。其次,现有洁具水龙头壳体材料都是金属铜、锌合金压铸成型或不锈钢铸造成型,制造工艺复杂,抛光劳动强度大,而且好多员工抛光铜皮肤过敏,抛光人员工资和生产总成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保,对环境无污染,无电镀污染物排放,生产效率高,便于机械化生产和普及推广的密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置及方法。该方法具有工艺简单可靠,材料和加工成本低等优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置,包括模压机下模、模压机上模和抽芯堵头,所述模压机下模内设有用于放置密胺仿瓷洁具嵌件、抽芯堵头以及密胺模塑的模腔,所述模压机上模与模压机下模呈对称结构。
进一步,所述密胺仿瓷洁具嵌件为水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件。
本发明之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)嵌件准备:先采用金属材料或工程塑料的传统工艺制作水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件,然后将制作好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件除油去污、清洗烘干;
(2)模压成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件的端口拧上堵头后,装入模压机下模的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模,将物料密胺粉预热,然后进入进料室并在15-45s内加热到熔融温度,在辅助柱塞的作用下将物料密胺粉送至模腔内,控制模腔内的温度130-195℃,在压力50-140MPa的作用下(具体压力根据产品的大小确定),将密胺模塑模压成形在水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件上;
或注射成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件的端口拧上抽芯堵头后,装入模压机下模的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模,将物料密胺粉由注射设备通过热塑、压力、热固化注射成形在水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件上,注射成形的工艺参数为:料筒温度40-95℃,模具温度120-195℃,注射嘴温度80-120℃,注射压力50-90MPa,注射时间2-15s,保压时间5-30s,固化时间15-80s;
(3)贴花或印花:将花纸按花形剪好,按要求在产品素面热固化成型好的洁具水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑上贴花或印花,将贴好或印好花的水龙头主体或手柄主体送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压50-90MPa、高温120-195℃达到贴花或印花的固化;
(4)加金:在水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑上贴好或印好花后,在产品表面均匀撒上罩光粉,然后送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压50-90MPa、高温120-195℃的固化,达到表面具有纯陶瓷一般的亮泽;
(5)抛亮:因生产出来的水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑产品上有模缝毛边,将产品模缝毛边进行修边、打磨、抛亮,即成。
进一步,步骤(2)中,模压成形过程中,密胺粉预热的温度为50-95℃,时间1-3min。
进一步,步骤(2)中,密胺粉模压成形过程中,熔融温度为120-170℃。
密胺模塑属于高分子聚合物树脂的热固性模塑材料,将主体水路嵌件及手柄嵌件与密胺热固性模塑复合,经过高温高压、热固成型制造密胺仿瓷卫浴洁具,其制品表面具有平整、光洁、便于洗涤、耐摔,安全卫生,无毒无味,质硬、耐热、抗冲、耐磨擦、耐用不易破碎,耐酸碱溶剂性能优异,对油脂、酸、碱及各种溶剂都具备优越抵抗性,耐温性能好,在-20℃~+110℃之间长期使用性能优良,高温处理表面贴花或印刷精美鲜艳的图案,如:大理石、木纹等花纹,着色稳定,色泽美观,光泽度好,质感佳,有传统陶瓷之美感等优点。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.所制得密胺仿瓷洁具有表面平整、光洁,便于洗涤、耐摔,安全卫生,无毒无味,质硬、耐热、抗冲击、耐磨擦、耐用不易破碎,耐酸碱溶剂性能优异,对油脂、酸、碱及各种溶剂都具备优越抵抗性,耐温性能好,在-20℃~+110℃之间长期使用性能优良,高温处理表面贴花、印刷精美鲜艳的图案或大理石、木纹等花纹,产品着色稳定,色泽美观,光泽度好,质感佳,有传统陶瓷之美感等优点;
2.能克服现有水龙头产品表层电镀处理方法所带来产地严重环境污染的问题;
3.工艺简单可靠,原材料来源广泛丰富,材料和加工成本低,生产效率高,便于机械化生产和普及推广,密胺仿瓷洁具环保健康。

实施例1
参照图1-2,本实施例之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置,包括模压机下模7、模压机上模8和抽芯堵头6,所述模压机下模7内设有用于放置密胺仿瓷洁具嵌件、抽心堵头以及密胺粉模塑的模腔,所述模压机上模8与模压机下模7呈对称结构。
本实施例中,所述密胺仿瓷洁具嵌件为水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件。
本实施例之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)嵌件准备:先采用金属材料的传统工艺制作水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5,然后将制作好的水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5除油去污、清洗烘干;
(2)模压成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5的端口拧上堵头6后,装入模压机下模7的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模8,将物料密胺粉预热,预热的温度为70℃,时间2min,然后进入进料室并在30s内加热到熔融温度140℃,在辅助柱塞作用下将物料密胺粉送至模腔内,控制模腔内的温度180℃,在压力100MPa的作用下,将密胺模塑3模压成形在水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5上;
(3)贴花:将花纸按花形剪好,按要求在产品素面热固化成型好的洁具水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3上贴花,将贴好花的水龙头主体1或手柄主体4送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压80MPa、高温150℃达到贴花的固化;
(4)加金:在水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3上贴好花后,在产品表面均匀撒上罩光粉,然后送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压80MPa、高温150℃的固化,达到表面具有纯陶瓷一般的亮泽;
(5)抛亮:因生产出来的水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3产品上有模缝毛边,将产品模缝毛边进行修边、打磨、抛亮,即成。
实施例2
本实施例之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备装置同实施例1。
本实施例之密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)嵌件准备:先采用金属材料或工程塑料的传统工艺制作水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5,然后将制作好的水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5除油去污、清洗烘干;
(2)注射成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5的端口拧上抽芯堵头6后,装入模压机下模7的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模8,将物料密胺粉由注射设备通过热塑、压力、热固化注射成形在水龙头主体1的水路嵌件2或手柄主体4的嵌件5上,注射成形的工艺参数为:料筒温度80℃,模具温度150℃,注射嘴温度100℃,注射压力80MPa,注射时间8s,保压时间20s,固化时间50s;
(3)贴花:将花纸按花形剪好,按要求在产品素面热固化成型好的洁具水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3上贴花,将贴好花的水龙头主体1或手柄主体4送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压80MPa、高温150℃达到贴花的固化;
(4)加金:在水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3上贴好花后,在产品表面均匀撒上罩光粉,然后送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压70MPa、高温160℃的固化,达到表面具有纯陶瓷一般的亮泽;
(5)抛亮:因生产出来的水龙头主体1或手柄主体4的密胺模塑3产品上有模缝毛边,将产品模缝毛边进行修边、打磨、抛亮,即成。
利用本发明,可生产各种不同的产品,包括各种不同形状款式的水龙头及配件,如脸盆龙头(如图4所示)、菜盆龙头(如图5所示)、淋浴龙头(如图6所示)、弯管(如图7所示)等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的保护范围内所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)嵌件准备:先采用金属材料或工程塑料的传统工艺制作水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件,然后将制作好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件除油去污、清洗烘干;
(2)模压成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件的端口拧上抽芯堵头后,装入模压机下模的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模,将物料密胺粉预热,然后进入进料室并在15-45s内加热到熔融温度,在辅助柱塞的作用下将物料密胺送至模腔内,控制模腔内的温度130-195℃,在压力50-140MPa的作用下,将密胺模塑模压成形在水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件上;
或注射成形:在烘干好的水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件的端口拧上抽芯堵头后,装入模压机下模的模腔内启动模压机,合上模压机上模,将物料密胺粉由注射设备通过热塑、压力、热固化注射成形在水龙头主体的水路嵌件或手柄主体的嵌件上,注射成形的工艺参数为:料筒温度40-95℃,模具温度120-195℃,注射嘴温度80-120℃,注射压力50-90MPa,注射时间2-15s,保压时间5-30s,固化时间15-80s;
(3)贴花或印花:将花纸按花形剪好,按要求在产品素面热固化成型好的洁具水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑上贴花或印花,将贴好或印好花的水龙头主体或手柄主体送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压50-90MPa、高温120-190℃达到贴花或印花的固化;
(4)加金:在水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑上贴好或印好花后,在产品表面均匀撒上罩光粉,然后送入模压机的模腔内启动机器,经机械的高压50-90MPa、高温120-195℃的固化,达到表面具有纯陶瓷一般的亮泽;
(5)抛亮:因生产出来的水龙头主体或手柄主体的密胺模塑产品上有模缝毛边,将产品模缝毛边进行修边、打磨、抛亮,即成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,模压成形过程中,密胺粉预热的温度为50-95℃,时间1-3min。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密胺仿瓷洁具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,密胺粉模压成形过程中,熔融温度为120-170℃。
