A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半个小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入煎药机内，注入过药38mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮40分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药35mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮35分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液1350毫升,袋装密封后,入冰箱保鲜备用。

五味子，性味：味酸、性温，具有收敛固涩、益气生津、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗咳嗽虚喘、梦遗滑精、尿颇遗尿、久泻不止、自汗盗汗、津伤口渴、心悸失眠等症；
黄连，性味：苦、寒，具有清热泻火、燥湿、解毒之功效，用于治疗热病邪入心经之高热、烦躁、谵妄或热盛迫血妄行之吐衄、湿热胸痞、泄泻、痢疾、心火亢盛之心烦失眠、胃热呕吐或消谷善饥、肝火目赤肿痛、以及热毒疮疡、疔毒走黄、牙龈肿痛、口舌生疮、聤耳、阴肿、痔血、湿疹、烫伤等症；
虎杖，性味：苦、酸、性微寒，具有活血散瘀、祛风通络、清热利湿、解毒之功效，用于治疗妇女经闭、痛经、产后恶露不下、瘕积聚、跌扑损伤、风湿痹痛、湿热黄疸、淋浊带下、疮疡肿毒、毒蛇咬伤、水火烫伤等症；
黄柏，性味：苦、寒，具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、除骨蒸清虚热之功效，用于治疗湿热泻痢、黄疸、带下、热淋、脚气、痿辟、骨蒸劳热、盗汗、遗精、疮疡肿毒、湿疹瘙痒等症；
黄花母，性味：甘辛、凉，具有清热利湿、活血排脓之功效，用于治疗流感、感冒、扁桃体炎、痢疾、肠炎、黄疸、痔血、吐血、痈疽疔疮；

云实，性味：辛、苦、性温，具有清热除湿、杀虫之功效，用于治疗痢疾、疟疾、消渴、小儿疳积；
乌药，性味：辛、温，具有行气止痛、温肾散寒之功效，用于治疗胸胁满闷、脘腹胀痛、头痛、寒疝疼痛、痛经及产后腹痛、尿频、遗尿等症；
甘松，性味：甘、温，具有理气止痛、醒脾健胃之功效，用于治疗胃痛、胸腹胀满、头痛、癔病、脚气；
龙涎香，性味：味甘、酸、涩、性温，具有化痰平喘、行气散结、利水通淋之功效，用于治疗喘咳气逆、胸闷气结、癥瘕积聚、心腹疼痛、神昏、淋证；
蜘蛛香，性味：辛、温，无毒，具有行气、散寒、活血、调经之功效，用于治疗发痧脘腹胀痛、呕吐泄泻、肺气水肿、风寒感冒、月经不调、痨伤咳嗽；
郁金，性味：味辛、苦、性寒，具有活血止能、行气解郁、清心凉血、疏肝利胆之功效，用于治疗胸腹胁肋诸痛、妇女痛经、经闭、症瘕结块、热病神昏、癫狂、惊痫、吐血、衄备、血淋、砂淋、黄疸等症；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就肝胆湿热型胁痛，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

本发明就是针对上述肝胆湿热型胁痛的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的汤剂药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄芩13g、五味子10g、黄连4g、虎杖13g、黄柏13g、黄花母35g、救必应26g、银柴胡8g、酢浆草15g、鼠李11g、腹水草20g、辟汗草13g、九香虫8g、刀豆13g、土木香8g、川楝子8g、云实20g、乌药13g、甘松8g、龙涎香0.6g、蜘蛛香7g、郁金13g、甘草10g。
实施例2：
一种治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的汤剂药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄芩14g、五味子11g、黄连4.5g、虎杖14g、黄柏14g、黄花母40g、救必应31g、银柴胡9g、酢浆草17g、鼠李12g、腹水草22g、辟汗草14g、九香虫9g、刀豆14g、土木香9g、川楝子9g、云实22g、乌药14g、甘松9g、龙涎香0.8g、蜘蛛香7.5g、郁金14g、甘草11g。
实施例3：
一种治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的汤剂药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄芩16g、五味子12g、黄连5g、虎杖16g、黄柏16g、黄花母46g、救必应35g、银柴胡10g、酢浆草20g、鼠李13g、腹水草25g、辟汗草16g、九香虫10g、刀豆16g、土木香10g、川楝子10g、云实25g、乌药16g、甘松10g、龙涎香1g、蜘蛛香8g、郁金16g、甘草12g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛患者共157例，年龄为42岁以上的99例，只有58例为42岁以下。157例患者中痊愈的109例，显效的48例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，诸症皆除，病获痊愈。

黄芩5～16g、五味子3～12g、黄连2.5～5g、虎杖10～16g、黄柏8～16g、黄花母25～46g、救必应15～35g、银柴胡5～10g、酢浆草10～20g、鼠李6～13g、腹水草15～25g、辟汗草9～16g、九香虫3～10g、刀豆9～16g、土木香3～10g、川楝子3～10g、云实15～25g、乌药8～16g、甘松4～10g、龙涎香0.3～1g、蜘蛛香5～8g、郁金8～16g、甘草3～12g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
黄芩8～14g、五味子8～11g、黄连3～4.5g、虎杖11～14g、黄柏10～14g、黄花母30～40g、救必应18～31g、银柴胡6～9g、酢浆草12～17g、鼠李8～12g、腹水草18～22g、辟汗草10～14g、九香虫6～9g、刀豆10～14g、土木香6～9g、川楝子6～9g、云实18～22g、乌药10～14g、甘松6～9g、龙涎香0.4～0.8g、蜘蛛香6～7.5g、郁金10～14g、甘草6～11g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗肝胆湿热型胁痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
