Abstract
本发明公开一种鸡屎藤饮料,由以下原料制备而成:鸡屎藤叶0.5~1.5g;绿豆15~25g;白砂糖4~6g;赤砂糖0.5~1g;水300~500ml。本发明鸡屎藤饮料,将鸡屎藤和绿豆的药用价值、营养价值进行有机的叠加。本发明鸡屎藤饮料对蔬果中的农药残留导致的中毒具有良好的排解作用,且具有醒酒,清热解毒,祛风活血,消食导滞,除湿消肿等多种功效,同时饮品香味独特,清甜可口,是一款天然的健康绿色食品。

技术领域
本发明属于饮料加工领域,尤其涉及一种鸡屎藤饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸡屎藤系茜草科野生植物,别名鸡矢藤、牛皮冻,在我国传统中医药中使用历史悠久。鸡屎藤的药用首载于《生草药性备要》:“其头治新内伤,煲肉食,补虚益肾,除火补血;洗疮止痛,消热散毒。其叶擂米加糖煎食,止痢。”鸡屎藤的嫩茎富含抗坏血酸、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、多种矿物质和多种氨基酸,某些成分还远远超过普通蔬菜。它既具有营养保健、药用价值;又具有普通蔬菜所不具备的独特食品风味。鸡屎藤生长在自然环境中,少受农药、化肥污染,是名副其实的绿色野珍。
绿豆,众所周知,豆性味甘凉,有清热解毒之功,不但具有良好的食用价值,还具有非常好的药用价值,药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾。常食绿豆饮品,对高血压、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肾炎有比较好的治疗辅助作用,如遇有机磷农药中毒、铅中毒、酒精中毒醉酒或吃错药等情况具有良好的解毒作用。但现有的绿豆汁饮料,都是单一的,其功能也具有局限性。
目前,尚未见报道含有鸡屎藤和绿豆结合的饮料品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种鸡屎藤饮料,将鸡屎藤的特有清香味融入到食品中,使食品香味独特,同时操作简单,原料来源丰富,具有广阔的市场前景。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:提供一种鸡屎藤饮料,由以下原料制备而成:鸡屎藤叶0.5~1.5g;绿豆15~25g;白砂糖4~6g;赤砂糖0.5~1g;水300~500ml。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种鸡屎藤饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸡屎藤叶子清洗干净后,加水放入打浆机中打浆,过滤后取滤液,得鸡屎藤浆液;
(2)将绿豆清洗干净,浸泡20~30分钟,其中绿豆与水的重量比例为1:10;
(3)将步骤(2)中的绿豆及浸泡液一块倒入煮制锅中煮20~30分钟,沉淀后取上清液过滤得绿豆汁,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)中的鸡屎藤浆液和步骤(3)中的绿豆汁放入煮制锅中,中火煮开,加入赤砂糖、白砂糖搅拌均匀,得鸡屎藤饮料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的鸡屎藤饮料装入预先清洗、晾干的瓶子中;
(6)灭菌。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明鸡屎藤饮料,由鸡屎藤叶0.5g;绿豆15g;白砂糖4g;赤砂糖1g;水300ml制备而成。
本发明鸡屎藤饮料的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将0.5g鸡屎藤叶子清洗干净后,加150ml水后,放入打浆机中打浆,过滤后得鸡屎藤浆液;
(2)将15g绿豆清洗干净,加150ml水浸泡20分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的绿豆及浸泡液一块倒入煮制锅中煮20分钟,沉淀后取上清液过滤得绿豆汁,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)中的鸡屎藤浆液和步骤(3)中的绿豆汁放入煮制锅中,中火煮开,加入1g赤砂糖、4g白砂糖搅拌均匀,得鸡屎藤饮料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的鸡屎藤饮料装入预先清洗、晾干的瓶子中;
(6)灭菌。
实施例2
本发明鸡屎藤饮料,由鸡屎藤叶1g;绿豆20g;白砂糖5g;赤砂糖1g;水400ml制备而成。
本发明鸡屎藤饮料的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将1g鸡屎藤叶子清洗干净后,加200ml水后,放入打浆机中打浆,过滤后得鸡屎藤浆液;
(2)将20g绿豆清洗干净,加200ml水浸泡25分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的绿豆及浸泡液一块倒入煮制锅中煮25分钟,沉淀后取上清液过滤得绿豆汁,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)中的鸡屎藤浆液和步骤(3)中的绿豆汁放入煮制锅中,中火煮开,加入1g赤砂糖、5g白砂糖搅拌均匀,得鸡屎藤饮料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的鸡屎藤饮料装入预先清洗、晾干的瓶子中;
(6)灭菌。
实施例3
本发明鸡屎藤饮料,由鸡屎藤叶1.5g;绿豆25g;白砂糖6g;赤砂糖1g;水500ml制备而成。
本发明鸡屎藤饮料的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将1.5g鸡屎藤叶子清洗干净后,加250ml水后,放入打浆机中打浆,过滤后得鸡屎藤浆液;
(2)将25g绿豆清洗干净,加250ml水浸泡30分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的绿豆及浸泡液一块倒入煮制锅中煮30分钟,沉淀后取上清液过滤得绿豆汁,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)中的鸡屎藤浆液和步骤(3)中的绿豆汁放入煮制锅中,中火煮开,加入1g赤砂糖、6g白砂糖搅拌均匀,得鸡屎藤饮料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的鸡屎藤饮料装入预先清洗、晾干的瓶子中;
(6)灭菌。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

1.一种鸡屎藤饮料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备而成:鸡屎藤叶0.5~1.5g;绿豆15~25g;白砂糖4~6g;赤砂糖0.5~1g;水300~500ml。
2.如权利要求1所述鸡屎藤饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸡屎藤叶子清洗干净后,加水放入打浆机中打浆,过滤后取滤液,得鸡屎藤浆液;
(2)将绿豆清洗干净,浸泡20~30分钟,其中绿豆与水的重量比例为1:10;
(3)将步骤(2)中的绿豆及浸泡液一块倒入煮制锅中煮20~30分钟,沉淀后取上清液过滤得绿豆汁,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)中的鸡屎藤浆液和步骤(3)中的绿豆汁放入煮制锅中,中火煮开,加入赤砂糖、白砂糖搅拌均匀,得鸡屎藤饮料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的鸡屎藤饮料装入预先清洗、晾干的瓶子中;
