技术领域
本发明涉及一种逆止器,特别是涉及一种减速器专用逆止器。
背景技术
逆止器是机电一体化机械传动中的关键基础件。其主要功能作为防止逆转、精确定位、传递转矩或切断转矩。因此,有的行业称逆止器或单向轴承。广泛用于机床、包装机械、印刷机械、轻工机械、纺织机械、石化机械、水泥机械、治金机械、起重运输机械、减速机、发电设备及试验台等机械传动中。现有滚柱逆止器制造简单但承载力低,滚柱式超越离合器的滚柱数目较少,元件接触应力大,故承载能力低。滚柱能在滚道内自由滚转,与内、外圈接触点经常变化,磨损比较均匀,但内圈制造工艺较复杂,安装精度要求较高。楔块式超越离合器和滑块式超越离合器因楔块和滑块较多,承载能力较高,现有楔块式逆止器的楔块在工作时仍会和内外环产生摩擦造成楔块容易磨损。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题提供了心形楔块减速器逆止器,克服了现有技术的不足,设计简单,结构合理,利用楔块受离心力时转动改变楔块和内外圈的间隙来实现逆止器的工作。本逆止器在使用过程中具有高度耐磨、使用寿命长、低噪音、低油耗量和传动效率搞的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
减速器逆止器,包括外圈,内圈,楔块,扭簧,保持架,其特征在于:所述楔块横切面为心型,楔块两端为圆柱销安装在保持架之间,所述扭簧顶位于楔块销柱上,一端卡在楔块上,另一端固定在保持架上,向楔块施加逆时针扭转力。
优选地,所述保持架以方销定位。
优选地,所述方销上安装有柱销。
优选地,所述外圈上留有通孔可连接联轴器。
优选地,所述内圈上置有键槽可连接发动机。

本发明提供的减速器逆止器结构合理,防卡死,节省能源;在使用过程中具有高扭矩、使用寿命长、低噪音的优点。

具体实施方式
参见附图,减速器离合器,内圈2上有键槽可连接发动机,外圈1上有通孔可连接联轴器,楔块3两端为圆柱销安装在保持架5之间,扭簧6位于楔块销柱上,一端卡在楔块上,另一端固定在保持架上,向楔块施加逆时针扭转力。方销101两端有定位销,定位在两个保持架之间,柱销104穿过方销,蝶形弹簧102向柱销提供弹力使柱销压向内圈,从而使保持架可随内圈转动,单转速过大时保持架会和内圈产生相对滑动从而保护保持架。
当内圈逆时针转动运行时保持架随内圈一起顺时针转动,当转速达到一定程度,产生的离心力使楔块顺时针转动到和外环间存在间隙的位置,逆止器的工作没有摩擦,当转速下降楔块的离心力不足以克服扭簧弹力时,楔块逆时针旋转,并和外环接触,逆止器进入自锁状态。

1.减速器逆止器,包括外圈,内圈,楔块,扭簧,保持架,其特征在于:所述楔块横切面为心型,楔块两端为圆柱销安装在保持架之间,所述扭簧位于楔块销柱上,一端卡在楔块上,另一端固定在保持架上,向楔块施加逆时针扭转力。

3.根据权利要求2所述的减速器逆止器,其特征在于:所述方销上安装有柱销。
